Hello everyone. I brought my old phone number from Giffgaff to ID mobile. However, i am ok to make call, browse everything but when I try to register for online account to see Data etc, it doesn't let me do it.I am using my number that I brought with me from other network. "The message it says, Oops the Details you have entered are incorrect. "I can't use my ID auto granted number because that is already swapped with ported number. Your help is highly appreciate.

Hello I have just moved from my Iphone x which was almost 6 years old to a brand new Iphone 14 Pro.I have just used it to navigate using Google Maps to somewhere 30 mins away. It was connected via a small cable to car play which I’ve used for the Iphone xIt was extremely hot on both journeys there and back. That never happened to the Iphone x.If it was going to happen I’d have thought it would happen on an old phone not a brand new modern one?What’s wrong?best,Steve

This is a question for ID really. I have an Asus Zenfone 10, and previously the 9, and neither is on the list of handsets approved for Vowifi. They both use an almost native version of android. Can they be tested and authorised? Thanks. 

I have had an extremely frustrating time so far with trying to get One Time passcodes through from Bank, Universal Credit, Paypal etc. I bought a new Iphone 14 from Id Mobile on Monday 31st July. and the number ported on the Tuesday. Able to send messages and call fine, but I am still having an issue with getting One Time passcodes through from the above places. It has been extremely frustrating. Have done everything the Live Chat agents havve told me. Issue has been passed to the Technical Team but nothing seems to be getting resolved, 9 days after the number has ported.As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating and I am extremely unhappy that this has not been sorted yet. I ported from EE and had absolutely no issues with getting One Time Passcodes through with them on the same number, so it is obviously an issue with the Port at the Id Mobile End. My frustration is nothing seems to be getting done. No text or email from Id Mobile to say whether the situation will be resolved.

I want to switch my number to a different network but keep my Idmobile contract using a different number. Is this possible? 

I'm trying to retrieve my 9-digit order number for the Amazon reward. Thing is I've never had any emails saying this, only one about the reward (perversely) and the day after one about my direct debit and a welcome one. I've checked spam and EVERY email from the day of the order, which obviously went through as I'm on the 12m £8 20gb plan as required. Tried live chat but no button ever materialised. Not sure if I got SMS about it but they haven't been saved.

I recently switched from EE to iD and got a new iPhone 14 and I’m having huge problems which I think stem from the dual SIM.I don’t need two lines, but regardless, it’s only allowing me to make “business” calls and any number which isn’t already in my contacts I can’t call at all as it automatically selects those to call from the “primary” line and comes up as “call failed”.It’s driving me mad as this is a work phone and a lot of the numbers I call are not my contacts.I’ve spoken to Apple but they can’t help and told me it’s a network issue. Please help!

I switched to ID on the 4th of August from Sky Mobile. I’ve had constant issues getting any data to work, there’s either no internet or it’s ridiculously slow. Confirmed it is the SIM and not my phone by trying it in my friends phone with the same issue.I’ve been checking the three outage reports and it has said there’s an issue in my area for over nine days now. I don’t know if this is really to blame or if the signal just sucks for me in general. A live chat rep told me it was most likely the latter, I’m within the cooling off period so will cancel my contract in all likelihood unless there’s a good reason to be hopeful that there really is an ongoing issue being fixed with the masts? The report states it will post updates but never does, it just updates the timestamp on the message throughout the day. I saw another poster state he/she had that network issue message on their postcode for over nine months so 9 days might be the tip of the iceburg even though it would have been unheard

I have just wasted 1.5 hours trying to resolve issue with refer-a-friend using the online chat and i am going crazy.  I referred my mum who signed up via link, she joined id and received an email to click a link to submit account number for refer-a-friendClicking this link goes to the original refer a friend page where you enter email to start refer a friend process AND NOT a page to enter account number.  Can someone please help 

Is there a means of bringing forward the date my old number is ported to ID? When I purchased the contract I selected 15th August 2023, not realising the phone would be delivered next day.

I switched from Plusnet to ID with my exisiting mobile number . The port switch was carried out yesterday. Since then I cannot receive calls or texts. I can call out and send texts.Should you call me it will got straight to the previous newtworks provider.My phone is showing the correct telephone number.I have reset networksI have reset the phone HELP PLEASE

Hello, I just moved from Three to Id mobile. I wanted to hold my old number, therefore I followed all the steps, and yesterday morning my old SIM lost the signal ( never had any issues, I assumed that the process of transferring my old number to ID has started). I removed the old SIM that I had from three, and inserted the new SIM from ID. At this point this is the second day when none of the SIM are working. When I insert them in the phone, it says ‘No SIM card’. I did try with other SIM just to see if there is any issues with my phone, and they are working fine (I tried with O2, GiffGaff). 

Hi, I’m new customer, or I’m supposed to be. Phone should have ported from PlusNet yesterday but hasn’t. I’ve got all of my information (Service pin, account, ID mobile no, Pin etc) but it doesn’t recognise my email address (even though they are using it to send me stuff through), either phone number or password to let me set up an account and when I try to register, the security code doesn’t come through to either my Plusnet or ID sim. i have a signal through ID. Tried help chat but permanently unavailable.How am I supposed to resolve any of this. How hard do they want to make it to be  new customer??Any humans who can help tell me what I’m supposed to do next please
