Will I be able to add an eSIM to an iPhone 15 to use abroad - even though Idmobile don’t support eSIM. So phone would have physical idmobile sim and I would add an eSIM from the likes of airalo?

I have recently switched over to ID and have imported my number which was done successfully, I can text and call with my previous number which I wanted, but with iMessage and facetime to other people with an iPhone, it is a different number, does anyone know why? Thank you.

I want to buy an upgrade with idmobile which which would move me from my current sim only contract to a new phone on a 24 month contract.I want to keep my current phone number.I have read some community questions/threads that seem to suggest that a PAC code is only used to keep an existing number if you are moving to a new network provider (which I am not).Is the only way to keep my existing number to use my current sim card in the new phone rather than the one that will be provided under the new contract?I would prefer to use the new sim if possible (as I assume it will be 5g) but only if it can be registered with my new number.What are my options?Thanks

Hello, my phone is not receiving any text messages from company's and websites (for example PayPal)... they've sent me a one off verification code to my number, but I've not received it yet.Have also tried this with banking app still not received verification code. Phone is pixel 7 pro transferred number over from Vodafone

It's not the first time too (with other services) all of my settings are enabled, APN settings are correct etc.... checked all my inbox but can't find the code... it's been like half an hour. can someone help me out please..by the way i can receive messages from contacts.  

Hi, I recently started using ID and need to register a login for the app. It doesn’t seem to be accepting my email. I think I may have had a contract with ID quite a few years back. Is there any way around this?

Hi, I have just moved to iD mobile and provided a PAC code from my previous contractor. However, this hasn’t transferred over and my phone is still linked to the incorrect new number.Please advise

I have successfully ported in my old number to my ID mobile sim (Samsung phone) but recently it has started to show my temporary ID mobile number when I send a text to anyone, whereas WhatsApp messages show my new number!Why is this?

HiMy phone worked fine a few days ago in Germany but since arriving in Prague I cannot get my phone to connect to any network and therefore have no access to my data. I have data roaming enabled and have tried looking to manually enter my APN but the settings are not where suggested online. Any advice?Thanks

I have seen a number of threads making it difficult or maybe impossible to apply for this. Apparently I should receive instructions after 90 days after opening the contract.Please can you advise when I get this? I purchased a contract with yourselves around 2ish weeks ago. I have the iPhone 11, successfully transferred my number and I cannot send messages, they keep showing ‘message not sent’. I can receive messages and have tried restarting my phone etc. I also tried the coverage checker before I started the contract and in my area it was good and in most places in my area I have absolutely no signal for data. 

Can I buy a Samsung a 34 5g upfront through Idmobile keeping my current SIM only contract. How much would that be?

Five weeks ago bought the iPhone 15 on your contract,I cancelled existing Direct Debit as I could not get in touch with anyone,chat is garbage and no one answers the phone. Now it looks like I have to pay over £100 even though I have  been trying to contact someone for weeks and now chance of talking to anyone. Previous contract ended in 2022 anyway, will someone please just bloody speak to me as we have been trying for 2 months now and as a last resort I cancelled the DD as  I got a new phone and number. I do not work through ill health and a bill is all I need during these upcoming cold nights

Had to get a new phone because of the switch to Volte. But can’t find my messages icon or any of my messages. Put Sim back in the old phone , messages still there as well as Icon.New phone is Samsung Galaxy AO4e, any one know what’s happening?

Recently got a new plan through iD for a deal that wasn't available for me as an upgrade or anywhere on the iD site as it was on carphone warehouse. I have an existing iD contract, is it possible to keep that number or do I need the new one now? 

 I've been having trouble when i text people.My number got transferred over a couple of days ago but when i text,its coming up as the number i got with the sim and not my transferred  number?Yes my number does show up on my phone and on my sim.I spoke to chat but they weren't no help.I was told to remove the sim etc,Reset to default access point names,i even changed  the messages app but it didnt help.Ive just spent about 2+ hrs resetting the phone to nothing and that appears to have worked for now.What is the issue if it happens again without me having to reset the phone from scratch?I've gone from a network that had great telephone support to a network with no telephone support and a live chat that dont know much apart from telling me to wait 48hrs. 

My contract ends on the 1st Dec. I’d like to change to a SIM only deal but when I click on “Change my plan”, under “Choose a new plan from the list below” I’m only offered one plan: Data: Unlimited DataTexts: Unlimited TextsMinutes: Unlimited MinMonthly cost: £29.99 I’d prefer to switch to a SIM only plan, probably the £7 one for 20Gb. Why can’t I choose the plan I want?

When I click on the link it says URL not reconsider. Contact administrator? Can this be resolved ASAP. Or is there another link/way to submit PAC to keep my number? Thankskris
