I am having problems logging in to bet365 when connected via mobile data. Has anyone else experienced similar? Is there a setting I need to change? I have checked the adult content option.The website opens but shows loading swirl continually.

Got new iPhone on contract as a Christmas gift for my daughter so she won’t receive until Xmas day (3weeks away).The phone and sim have both arrived and are stashed safely  unopened 😬. Do I need to do anything in the meantime? She’ll need to xfer the number over but I can’t request a PAC beforehand because then she’ll know. whilst I appreciate it’ll take time to fully xfer over I’d like Xmas day to be as stress free as possible and tbf she’ll enjoy staring at her new phone regardless. Also, are iPhones network locked? 

I am trying to switch my new number using PAC. The form pops up with “Something went wrong!” when I try to submit. It doesn’t say what went wrong! I can’t submit the form

Hi. I have 3 accounts with ID Mobile. One for me, wife and daughter. I would love to upgrade my daughters phone for Christmas. I know what I have to do and the phone I'm interested in. My worry is, when I commit to the deal on my daughters account, she will no doubt receive a text and email notifying her of her uodlgrade, obviously this will spoil the surprise. My question is, how do I avoid this? Many thanks in advance.

I have recently switched networks to ID. When I put the SIM card into my phone, nothing happens and I have no signal. I tried everything to fix it.

Following over a week of Hell (not least because of the current outage of Three network) I appeal to the community to add some clarity to an issue I am fast losing track of.I had an unlimited data sim card deal of £18 pm. The card sat in my home router which provided WiFi throughout my home for my wife's tablet and my laptop. Also Sky sports TV. I wrongly changed my deal to a £7 pm month deal and promptly lost all internet access some six hours later once the data was used up. Id were adamant I could not return to my old deal so I cancelled the direct debit and ordered another unlimited data plan at £15 PM however I am unable to get the new sim card activated to the new account receiving the message the sim is already registered and activated?After a week of no broadband, today Saturday afternoon 4pm ish suddenly my internet came on and I was able to finally use my wifi with my phone. I am as confused as it is possible to be with which account is now working. I have around 10 transcrip

Hello, PAC transfer is due today.  My old SIM is disconnected now, but there is no sign of it being transferred to my iD account.  It's been 3 hours since I was disconnected.  I really need access to my number for work.

I have an unlimited bundle but my phone is redirecting me to the no credit page.  Whats going on!?  Internet now been off now since 3:30pm on friday. I need a fix for this fairly urgently!

I recently joined id mobile, I've received my new phone and new some card, successfully sent my  PAC information over ( due to complete Tuesday) but when I've put the new SIM into the phone it is not acknowledging a SIM being inserted. My old sim is recognised so the phone is not the issue. I've noticed a bubble in the chip on the new SIM. Could this be causing the issue?  I've followed the steps suggested re a new SIM not working.  

I set up a SIM only plan on IDMobile for my son, which I pay for monthly. I cannot access his details via my ID mobile account. He may or may not have an account. If he does he won’t know what the password is as it’s so long ago (and his password would be on his phone), so I need to set an account  up for him so that I can order a bigger SIM card to use in an old phone while his screen is repaired (screen is black and cannot get into the phone). Can I set up an account without needing a verification code, that would be sent to his unusablephone? 

Hi there. I just signed up for a new contract with ID mobile and I entered the wrong email address, one that does not exist! I stupidly entered a dot (.) between my first name and last name, but my email address doesn’t include a dot. I am unable to log in online to change the email address. How do I update my email address to the correct one and get email confirmation of the contract?   

I was out of contract, cancelled online and got an email stating final bill will be £02 months later get contacted by debt collectors chasing outstanding debt. Never been contacted by ID for any money and impossible to actually speak to anyone. Online chat is permanently unavailable

I've tried using Live Chat but there seems to be no option for it, even the "Contact Us" page isn't avaliable for me.What is my PUK network code?Please help me asap as I need to access this number for important messages I'm receiving. I’ve tried setting call forwarding on my iPhone to 123 but when someone calls me they just get unobtainable. In the U.K. without forwarding the answerphone works fine. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi All, I'm a bit frustrated as I just signed up to a 24 month contract, cancelled my EE contract and set my number transferring over, only to find that my Nokia X10 isn't supported for 5g on idmobile's network! I'm either going to have to fork out on a new mobile or cancel the contract/number switch. The only phone I was looking to buy (but wasn't planning yet) is the Poco X5 Pro. Does anyone have this phone and can confirm if 5g and WiFi calling works through Idmobile, please? Many thanks!

Hello, I recently switched to iD and am still within my 30 days of switching. The coverage checker says that I should have good 3G, 4G and 5G coverage in my area (N8 and N4) however, as soon as I walk 5 minutes down the road into N4 I lose all ability to make & receive calls, texts or use the internet. Even though my phone shows several bars of signal and 4G/5G. Can you help? I spend a lot of time in my local area so if you cannot fix then then I need to leave iD in the next week. My phone is iPhone 15. Thanks. Laura
