I cannot use mobile data anywhere with my phone, it just doesn’t work. I have an IPhone 11. Signal bar only shows 1 bar but coverage checker says in my post code 4g should be excellent. I can only receive 1 bar on 3G. Post code is CO6 2FD. WiFi off & mobile data on. No matter what I do, I cannot improve signal where ever I go to so unless I have WiFi I cannot use my phone data plan of which I’m paying for unlimited but this is currently useless. Please can anyone help?

Hi. We have a problem with roaming in Azerbaijan.We have 4 ID mobile numbers in our family, 2 Android phones and 2 iphones.We just arrived today and 2 Android phones and 1 iPhone was able to use local BAKCELL GSM2000 network for data roaming only. But we are not able to make any calls locally or to UK. We all did turn our roaming options on before leaving UK. We all have unlimited calls and text and 30GB data. Another problem is phone related. Second iPhone was not able to connect to ID mobile roaming at all. But when I put that SIM card into Android phone, SIM card was able to connect to ID roaming, again with data roaming only, but without any calls. But when I put that SIM card back into iPhone, it is not able to connect to roaming at all. Please help. Whoever can suggest anything really appreciated. 

I recently purchased a S23 from currys and ported our old number to it, unfortunately we didn’t get on with the phone so returned it within the 14 day window and got a full refund.At point of return, we were told that the SIM would be turned into a PAYG SIM, and we could either add credit and continue using it, or get a PAC and swap to another operator.However, this has not happened - the account is listed as ‘You have limited menu access as you left iD on 14 Dec 2023. You will be able to access this account for 6 months from the date your plan ended.’ There is no obvious way for me to add credit, and the SIM is no longer able to make calls or SMS etc.We’ve also tried requesting PAC via SMS but didn’t get a reply.Does anyone know how to sort this mess out? We just want to keep the number, don’t care if it ends up on an iD PAYG or PAC.Thanks for any help, Rich.

I need to have contact with customer support urgently. ID have lost my phone number. I need to retrieve it.If not I need the complaints procedure and my rights, compensation, etc.This is a incredible error they have made and it is not being rectified. I cannot get a contact with customer support.Please help

I am having issues with transferring my number. I have a PAC code which has never been submitted before and transaction id number but still saying error when inputting all the information. Tried live chat but saying it's busy and to try later but cannot get through on each attempt and the bot is not helpful. How do I resolve? 

I upgraded my phone to a Google pixel 7 on 22nd September 2023 where the promotional offer was a £75 currys gift voucher but I still haven't received anything? 

I have spoken to customer support several times and they claim my issue was raised to technicians and will be resolved in 48 hours. The original number transfer was meant to happen on the 22nd.Ant help?

Morning. I switched to ID from Plusnet (Now EE) about a month ago. The internet speed is legitimately unusable. The majority of the time, as the data rates are so low, websites and services such as speedtests will simply time out. I bought the mid-tier data plan, but at the current 4g data speeds I wouldn’t even be able to use all of the low-tier data plan if I left the phone on and consuming data 24/7 for the entire month.I’ve added screenshots of my current data rates, when I can get speedtests to work, which isn’t too often.Any ideas on resolution? I already factory reset the phone, as it wasn’t picking up my new number at first. Tried using the sim in other phones too, but it’s still useless. My partner has an ID sim too and her’s is the same. Coverage of my area is indicated as good, and it’s not that I don’t have signal, it’s just unusably slow. I’d rather not go through the headache of switching providers all over again when I just switched, but I'm not sure what else I can do a

Hi why can’t I make calls when out of the house and why does my phone cut out after 2 hours

Initially, my plan commenced at £61.99, fluctuating several times over the past two years and currently standing at £64.99 per month. The contractual period for my phone concludes in October 2023 after the designated 24 months. However, my billing statement has consistently reflected the same £64.99 charge for the last two months (November and December), even after the completion of my phone contract, during which I solely utilized data services.I am seeking clarification on the reason for maintaining the identical charge in the final two months and would appreciate a refund for any excess amount. Despite contacting customer service, I was informed that the charges are standard. When I bought my handset with a new sim I entered my PAC code at the check out and specified that I wanted  my number to change on the 29th December. I bought the handset on the 26th December.   When is my number going to be transferred over to my new handset as it hasn’t yet.. I’m using two phones, my old phone with my old sim and my new phone with the new sim.  

I have a Samsung A53 5G mobile and for the first time ever I have exceeded my mobile data allowance.  I understand why this has happened and can see that both my mobile data and wifi data are very high this month.I’m at home and connected to my home wifi, so even though my mobile data allowance has been exceeded, meaning I can no longer use mobile data, I’m also being blocked from using wifi data.  Chrome is showing there is no internet connection.Is this ID Mobile blocking my home wifi access via my phone or is this a mobile setting that I need to change to allow me to continue to use wifi, even though I’ve exceeded my mobile data allowance?This is urgent as I need to be able to monitor my elderly parents who both have advanced dementia, via Ring cameras/doorbell that was recently installed.  This is the cause of my high data usage.

I recently used an e-sim whilst on holiday in America and when I came back to the UK, I removed the e-sim. My network immediately began working fine, but my phone number changed back to the original number at the beginning of my new contract. I had used a PAC code to keep my old phone number, which was working fine until the e-sim. I am now having trouble receiving some text messages. How can I re-instate the phone number that I want to use?

My child is in France on a school trip but his phone is basically useless.  If I try to sign in to iD, it tries to send a code to HIS phone!! Obviously that's not going to work. I am the adult acc holder and am in UK but my own phone is not iD. How can I turn on roaming for him. I can't even text him to tell him how to do it on his phone himself. Hello,my number was due to port from Vodafone to ID on 16/06.I got a text to say the port was going to happen on 15/06, but then nothing after that.Checking the status of both old (Vodafone) and new (ID) SIM cards - both now display my old number when accessed via the SIM manager on my phone, yet only the Vodafone SIM can make/receive calls or send SMS. The number assigned to my ID SIM has an engaged tone when calling it.My ID account still shows the original ID number registered to the account not my old number.I have contacted ID via chat several times and advised of the issue and they have said that there was an “issue with Three obtaining the files for the transfer” each time I contact them.
