W hey doesn’t phone keep saying no connection. I’m sick of it. Luke last time when phone went down. I need a better service than this so will have to change This afternoon again no connection ?????

Phone saying 4g   The. bars very low so I have no connection part of this afternoon. Really not good enough after the last time not long ago when it was off nearly all day   I need this phone as I get called out due to an I’ll relative. Is this a fault on network ??? Stoke on Trent will have to change to better network if 

I am trying to port my old number from ee into id as I’ve just started a new contract with id. On my joining emails I was given a mobile number but that is different from the one that works on the phone and the id mobile sim! I now get emails through saying they relate to the last 4 digits of the number assigned to the sim and also this number is shown in the phone settings. basically I am entering all the correct details into the PAC entry page and I get an error message. I think the details say it is not possible to port an id number to id, although I am not trying to do that!can someone help with this please?

It stopped working this afternoon after three days here. I have not anywhere near reached my data limit.

I pay for unlimited data I’m supposed to be getting a phone today but it saying I’ve got no data now even if I pay for unlimited why is this ID so poor as a network be moving soon as possible 

Hello, I placed an order for a phone on Wednesday 20th December and it hasn’t arrived.  I received the confirmation email, but haven’t received anything since. When will the phone arrive and will I already be being charged for this months bill?

My 24 month contract is coming to an end on 9 January 2024. A week ago I ordered an upgrade sim, I want to keep this phone and keep my phone number. I still haven’t recieved the sim so just wondering where it is? And I’m also confirming if this new sim keeps my same number? As I do not want to change it. Do I have to do anything further to ensure that my number is the same, or is this automatically transferred over? Thanks

I lost my iphone since the 5th of December 2023 and I reported to ID mibile using the chat to contact customer services. However,  they keep telling me that it has been sent to my email. However,  I have not recives it. Its frustrating to say the least. I just need confirmation that phone and sim was blocked and confirmation of usage.Please any advice on how to resolve the situation will be appreciated.  Thank you. 

I gotten a contract with iD Mobile last week, delay of delivery. Was supposed to be delivered today but never arrived. Turns out was Royal Mail issue. Rather than waiting 2-3 days for iD mobile to send a replacement from their warehouse, I went to Currys instead as they do replacement SIMS for iD mobile. Bare in mind I didn't even have the SIM delivered in the first place but still went ahead and got a replacement sorted in store at Currys.  Once I received the replacement, put in my phone, it works with the wifi turned on, and can see iD mobile shows top left of my phone and I can call and also text. And also got an confirmation text of my my sim being activated as i did it myself. When I turn off the WiFi to test the Data, it doesn't work whatsoever. It doesn't recognise the network which is strange as its a brand new replacement SIM. The issue also occurs on a different device. Works well with WiFi but Data it just doesn't seem to recognise the network and doesn't work.  Would my op

Hi, I have just ported away from ID and have £8.88 credit left on my account, I do not have an active direct debit as despite many attempts the system never allowed me to successfully set one up so I paid by debit card in advance. Live chat does not work! when I ask for a resend of security code, I’m told to wait 2 minutes since my last security pin sms but I’ve not tried this in more than 24 hours. Waiting more than 2 minutes and I still get the same reply.

I keep trying to upgrade my plan but the page keeps crashing when I go to view my basket and check out!

I have an issue with my bill. I tried to access the chat feature but its not allowing me to send messages. My bill should be £12 a month but has gone up to £16.74. I have checked my billing and this is made up of £13+ and then Vat of £3+. I an confused as to the rise of my bill and would like an explanation  please. Also to mention i have a £0 cap on my bill so I am unable to spend over my monthly limit. I have also not seen any additional charges.

PAC submitted 7 days ago and I have received confirmation my unwanted new number is now live The system doesn’t allow me to resend the PAC as it says request received. I now can’t use my old number as the old SIM has been cancelled.  I need my phone for work urgently.  

I don’t have any transaction numbers. And nothing beginning with a 4. I have my PAC code. Just joined ID but desperate to change back to old number. Any ideas please.
