I’ve tried logging in to the app on Android but it will not allow log in even after a week. The app gives me a message saying ‘Oops, that action couldn’t be completed’. I know I have put in the correct details. A search or the Internet shows only one person had this problem and it seemed to solve itself. Not this time.  The email used seems to be tied to an old ID account.

Over the last couple of months I have had problems with my data. On my phone (iPhone) I have a full signal and the 5g or 4g showing but I am unable to use data. To get round this I have to turn the phone off and on and then it works. It doesn’t do it in just one place which would make me think a signal problem but could this be a sim problem?  

Where is the link that actually works?  Friend signed up, but can’t get the voucher as no working link. Has anyone ever managed it? Or is it a scam, or made so difficult that you can’t actually claim it?   wasted so much time trying to sort this out

I received a new sim recently but i cannot set up my ID account due to being a customer previously in the past and the PAC does not seem to be working. I cannot seem to speak to a human and am going round in circles. Can I just get a refund as this is extremely annoying. Rhys

Basically I ordered an Xiaomi 13t on id mobile from car phone warehouse, I received no order confirmation and waited two weeks, I rang car phone warehouse to check if my order had gone through they told me they had received no order from me.I then ordered a pixel 7a on id mobile as the 13t was no longer in stock only to receive an email three days later to say my Xiaomi 13t was on the way! I've contacted car phone warehouse to return the Pixel, that was fine, the problem is I requested to change my old number to the pixel 7a, it has transferred onto the 7a sim contract. How do I now transfer my old number onto the Xiaomi 13t id sim contract? I tried requesting a PAC code to be told I will be charged the full price of the pixel 7a that I am returning.

Someone has fraudulently signed up to an iD mobile contract using my name and address. I received a copy of the contract in the mail yesterday.I have tried to use Live Chat to contact an agent in order to resolve this but it seems the service is not working.

My Mum died suddenly 18 months ago but we’ve only just got her phone back (due to the criminal investigation into her death). Her contract has ended and her account has been closed because of the length of time elapsed. I really want to retrieve her Whatsapp messages as I’ve lost them on my phone but need to re-start the sim with her number on somehow. I can’t get a PAC code as the phone has no network for texts. Can someone let me know how I can do this, I can’t get hold of ID in anyway and the Chatbot is not any use for this. Thank you!

I switched from Vodafone to ID last week.  I've received emails from both companies telling me that my port has been successful.  This is not the case as although I can make calls I am unable to receive them.  I know that I've kept my number as intended as I can see it appear correctly when I call another mobile.  I also can send messages but not receive them.  Already spent hours on the live chat with ID and also on the phone to Vodafone-both blaming one another for the problem.

I have paid for an upgrade, the money has come out of the bank already for the extra handset cost. I received no email, so contacted “live chat”. The “advisor” Mr “fat lot of use that was” advised that the order “was not processed” but could not tell me why?  He advised to “try and order again and wait for the refund of the other one”- so I did this, again, no email confirmation and the “upgrade your handset” option is still available to me on my ID mobile login- I am actually losing the will to live with ID mobile, I have several accounts and getting nowhere fast - is there any contact number where you can actually talk to someone please?

I have just recently entered a contract with IDmobile. I ordered a new sim card for my phone and it is not working. Every time I insert the sim card a message pops up saying not registered on metwork. What can I do?
