Allowance cut with no notice

My monthly allowance was unlimited minutes and unlimited textsLooking on the app today, when it stays up, this has been reduced to 500 minutes and 5000 textsThis is a reduction which I was notified aboutDoes NOT appear on the new contractsWill I be getting a rate reduction for my reduced package?If ID Mobile are happy to just change peoples contracts without notice. I might take my business elsewhere...

Need to Pay my bill but can't access my account

My pay was late and my direct debit didn't go through. I've been sent a text saying that my account has been suspended until I pay but I can't get into my online account to pay. If I pay over the phone, it will take 3-5 days to clear. I've been trying to access my online account for days.

Why isn’t this working still!!? 11days and still back back up and running what a joke! and you also send me an incorrect bill which I could easily check on the app or online but guess what!!! I can’t and no I won’t speak to some muppet reading from a script!! get this sorted or send me a pac code

SIM card

Hello! I can’t seem to get hold of you for help. My SIM card won’t work and won’t recognise a Network. I’ve reset the network settings on my phone, turned off and on etc but still no joy. Just come back from abroad and took SIM out for a week and it won’t recognise it now I’ve put it back in my phone. Can you help please? Thanks!

Unavailable sim

I have recently joined ID Mobile and was sent a iphone and sim. I was able to port my old O2 telephone number  but my phone is showing a Sim Unavailable message. I have followed the the steps in the Troubleshoot tutoria and it has not helped.

£100 Currys voucher

hello, i have recently upgraded my ID contract and have been with ID mobile for a couple of years with no issues at all. Upgrading was super easy, and the new handset arrived a couple of days later. My question is, with my new upgrade came £100 Currys voucher of which i am yet to receive and had had no notification as to how to redeem it. Please advise. Thank you.

Iphone12 earpiece not working

I have an iPhone 12 through a contract. The earpiece stopped working meaning I couldn’t receive calls unless on speakerphone or using headphones. I have had it checked in the Apple Store but said I needed to contact the provider to see if it could be fixed?

Help. Money taken but "balance empty" all services down

I paid my bill on March 22nd for unlimited calls and data, a week ago my sim stopped working, no internet or calls even text messages wouldn’t come through. When I use the phone number it says my balance is empty then says there’s a system error or something and hangs up. My online account also says my balance is full and untouched. I tried clicking on Live Chat but they say the system is down. I am completely dependent on my sim card I’ve been left in the wilderness all week with nobody available. I have had to pay for a second sim card and hot spot it just to come online and ask this. Please help. :/

Billing issue on my account

Hi, my pay-monthly contract ends on April 17th, 2024. I requested a switch to a monthly SIM-only plan for £8 through the website. However, my account was switched immediately instead of waiting for my contract end date. Additionally, I was charged £52 today on my direct debit, even though I already paid for my April contract last month. Could you please resolve this billing issue urgently? I'd also like to report that your new app isn't working, preventing me from managing my account. Thank you.

buying in store vs online

Hi everyoneI am not with ID...YET.However, I found an amazing deal on their website for an s24 ultra with a free tablet.I was advised that if you buy online, the guys in store can’t / won’t help you with any issues.is this true?Also, will they offer same deal in store?Many thanks

porting issue

Hi could someone help. i am trying to port mine and my daughters mobile numbers from BT to ID.  I have managed to change my daughters no problem. But have been unable to change mine.i have tried twice without success. I requested a different PAC code from BT and tried again but this hasn’t worked.i have looked through the community answers and can not find the solution. ID seem to be having some issues because I can not find the chat function, I have tried Facebook messenger but didn’t get a reply. any help greatly received

Is EU roaming working?

Hello community, I want to find out if others have been able to use EU roaming as usual recently abroad? I last went abroad October 2023 to mainland Greece, and I couldn’t use any mobile data, calls and texts were fine, and I had all of the roaming settings on my phone, I made sure. I had to use my partner’s hotspot or other WiFi the whole time we were there.  I’m due to go away to Belgium in April and I’m really worried about history repeating itself and I won’t be able to access any mobile data, I just want to be reassured that my phone will be okay with mobile data otherwise again I will have to rely on my partner’s hotspot. thank you!

Number not recgnised

Since last night I haven’t been able to receive text messages or phone calls. I can make calls and send messages.  I have been on the online chat 4 times, picked up a replacement sim, refreshed numbers on messages and phone, refreshed the network but without any luck.  when people call they get a message to say my number is not recognised 😭

Appalling Cellular Service

Since changing to ID mobile my cellular calls have become almost non-existent.  Given we cannot contact any ID Mobile representative directly I am concerned as to how we are expected to report such issues?  On requesting to cancel my ID contact I have been informed I have to pay for the remaining contract length yet such issues were not prevalent within the first week and cellular calls aren’t typically more than a few a week yet in the past few weeks I have had to receive numerous business related calls and am persistently having to apologies!! Not great iD Mobile / Currys / Three.  5G network is awesome, until it’s not, then 4G seems to be unusable too. So that’s Cellular and NON-5G which are appalling.

International Roaming Charges / Data Cap

Hello- I purchased an eSim for data roaming abroad (Peru) and have used 1GB of data from this. However, when I have checked my home ID SIM data usage in my device settings (by chance), it states that I have used 18.62 GB of data in 7 days. I don't know how this could have happened as I have kept my phone on airplane mode for most of the trip and just turned on data when needed to look for restaurants etc. I have a Google pixel 5a. Any advice on roaming charges, as the website states £15 per MB for use in countries not listed in the inclusion. I have calculated that the rate will be £279,600 according to the roaming charge. How is this possible? I have a cap on my account of £3 and have been told by the chat bot that this will have kicked in, so the most I would have to pay will be £3. However, this contradicts the information on the website. Any advice would be much appreciated, as I am travelling for the next 5 weeks and this is causing considerable stress given that I am not able to
