    iphone 16 pro max price

    Hi, I’ve been with us around 9 to 11 years I really cannot remember how long but since carphone warehouse were trading as a separate company. I’m due an upgrade in 5 days and have ask support my price options but they can’t give them to till two days prior. I’m curious as to what price I’d be offered to pay on the iPhone 16 pro max I know I can get it as a new customer for 63ish a month and 30 pounds upfront but that’s for newbies

    I have Galaxy A54 5G. Over the last 24 hours, I am not able to make any phone calls as a message comes up saying “”Not registered on Network”. I am unable to access my online banking, as the 6 digit number for verification does not work. I need 24 hour access to my phone as I am a diabetic with unstable blood sugars, and I need to be able to call my family if I have a Hypo.

    When you search on here, this seems to be a top issue. All issues eventually have a “this has all been sorted, please reboot your phone” Clearly this is a known fault on this network. Online chat have had me checking all settings, resetting settings and changing sims into another phone. Don’t waste your time doing this, ITS NOT YOU PHONE. its been over 24 hrs now and as I was going round and round on the chat, I really wanted to talk to someone. I call complaints, what more waste of time, 51 minutes. Apparently technical are looking at it and it can take 24 to 48 hrs. this was only sent to technical as I called back this morning as I was told there were service issues in my area and it would be resolved after midnight. Guess what…. it wasn’t. I then had to wait until 9am for online chat to open. Out of the 3 people I have spoken to, its would seem this is a new thing.     Plan showing as disconnected on ID app

    My plan is showing as disconnected on the ID app. Spoke to CS yesterday and they assure me it's all fine and live their end. Spent an hour and a half on webchat yesterday and this is still not resolved. Loaded app again etc. I believe when I've added the plan to my app it's picked up an old account I held with ID as the pin code was also different to what the CS advisor told me. Clearly it would be helpful if I can see my plan in the app but no one seems able to help on their Web chat which seems ridiculous. Any ideas?     iMessage and Facetime after port

    I ported my number to ID mobile and imessage and facetime do not work. So i have tried numerous times now where i have: signed out of imessage / facetime switched off imessage and facetime deleted network settings restarted phone, and switched the services back on and still nothing. I get “An error occurred during activation. Try again.” Works fine with email but not my phone number so know its an ID mobile issue trying to connecting to apple system, before it was trying to activate as would see a spinning sign next to my number but now it just fails activation immediately. I also asked for a new e-sim but that also did not fix the issue. I have raised a ticket with ID mobile but its been 3 days now and no update. I have seen other threads with similar issues, like this one: I told the customer rep that this person sooper got tech support to fix this issue and they managed to resolve it, took some time to get them to raise the ticket which they did, but unsure what to do now, has anyon

    Totally useless and zero customer care

    I have already posted on this subject. ID can’t and won’t talk to me and seem to rely on threatening texts and emails. Ill mention the distance selling regs and the Consumer protection laws in the Uk. If somebody from ID ( not a “ Community texter ) could actually bother to contact me ( not through my new number of course as it’s defective ) I’ll explain why the service is not of merchantable quality .     4G calling on Oneplus 5

    A while ago, I stopped being able to receive or make phone calls. Today I decided to do something about it, and after some research I learnt it's probably due to the 3g network being switched off. I also learnt that my phone, OnePlus 5, is not on the list of supported phones for 4g calling, and the guide for turning on 4g calling is not applicable to me (those options aren't available, not even under different names as far as I can tell). Is there any hope for me or will I need to switch carrier (I am not getting a new phone yet)? As a side note, the chat bot was about as helpful as a sack of potatoes in this case, and I think it might be easier to find Atlantis than a proper contact method to speak to a human. Please, I don't want to talk to a bot.

    Upgrade not processed correctly.

    Hey - hoping someone here can help as so far the dedicated CS have not been able to! I’ve been with ID mobile on a £10, 70GB contract for years but saw an upgrade offer on my account earlier offering 120GB data and a voucher for the same price - seemed like a win-win to me! I accepted this offer but never received any email confirmation. I queried this with CS who confirmed it was indeed being processed. I’ve just accessed my account again, a few hours after putting in the upgrade, and my data allowance has reduced to 1.5GB a month - far short of what I agreed to. Anyone know if this is a technical glitch? CS said I’d have to contact them again tomorrow and the sales team just pointed me back in the direction of CS …

    Made a payment on the 22nd April, which is early each month yesterday I received a text saying I was getting switched off due to bill not being paid I have proof on my bank statement and also on app which says balance 00.00 next bill due may id is the worse they don't have a number so can phone up and talk to someone to sort this out I shouldn't be turned off especially when pay early every month

    Hi, I couldn't get on my id mobile app even uninstalled it & re installed it & i got a load of messages from I'd mobile, I thought my contract had run out, so I ordered a new sim only deal, sim to arrive by post next day, I did the pay 0.1p but now I think my old contract still has time left on it, I can't find any phone numbers to contact id mobile, will the new sim still replace my old sim only contract, should I just send the new sim back, or will I end up paying for both. Thanks for any help id mobile is a nightmare with no one to talk to, no customer service.

Will this still be live next Monday?

    Hi, My 81 year old Dad lost his phone last week so I've been trying to sort a new sim for him for the last 3 days and have hit a wall with the situation. Dad lost his phone which obviously had his sim inside. We managed to login to his account in a web browser and report the phone and sim as lost. Next I tried to order him a new sim through the website only to find I couldn't login to his account without his phone for verification. Then I called customer service who advised I could collect a sim from the local Currys branch or have one sent via post within a few working days. I opted to go to Currys to save waiting, attended the store to be told they didn't issue replacement sims and could offer a PAYG sim or a contract I explained we spoke to ID CS and they said the store would issue a replacement sim. The staff member went away and returned with a sim package, stating I could register it at home via phone, the app or website. I then attempted to register via the website, no can do as

    My Name is Ian Derbyshire I am contacting you on behalf of my Dad the account holder Robert Kenneth Derbyshire who has 2 phones on his account one for him and one for my Mam who has recently passed away. I have tried various way to get in touch and recently had to pass over a copy of my Mams Death certificate to you robot system only to get told it didn't matter about my Mam as she is not the account holder I am fuming.     i cqnt receive text messages

    I can send text messages but not receive them. I have spent the entire day on Apple support, there is nothing wrong with my phone they say it is ID Mobile. Without text messaging I can’t access my mobile banking and frankly I’m furious. My billing is up to date. is there a number I can phone to talk to someone. The message chat doesn’t seem to be working. I blame myself for signing up with a provider who appears to offer no support

    I have never received my refund for my Pixel 9 XL

    I have been trying to get a refund for this since October. I returned the phone following all instructions however the refund amount has never been credited to my bank account. The only money I received was £18.76 as cashback on the latest monthly charge. I paid £239 (£10 off promotion so actual fee was £249). I have contacted ID mobile agents 5+ times about this. Responses range from ‘I can see you have £249 credit and will contact the finance department to get this resolved’ to ‘This was processed on the 24th October’. It doesn’t matter how many times I talk to an ID mobile agent, the issue is never resolved. No figure of money was sent to me on the 24th October or anytime afterwards so it feels like borderline gaslighting. I believe what is happening is they ‘think’ they have processed the refund, so whenever the request goes to finance to refund me, they block it. They need to investigate further to see they have never refunded me. I am just lost for what to do now. Can anyone offe

    still being billed for cancelled plan

    I took out a deal during black Friday week, then cancelled it not long after due to getting a better deal on my existing number. Anyway the new number was supposed to have cancelled, but I was still getting billed a month later. I chased this up, I had an apology as it hadn't been done, and I was due a refund. Roll onto this month, I've had yet another bill, and no sign of a refund. I've been with iD since 2018 without any issue. But this is proving to be very frustrating. I really don't like not being able to talk to someone, and get a resolution sorted. Many thanks for your help. ​​

    PAC not carried over

    So My number should have transferred a couple of days ago. The agent sorted this out for me, prior to receiving my phone. I think something has been actioned as when I request a new PAC code O2 tells me there is a problem and cannot provide one. My old number is still active. Sadly customer service is saturated and the AI is of no use. Is there anything I can try (other than restarts) until I turn to CS? It’s frustrating that I need two phones for text mssgs!
