I have just registered with ID and installed my eSIM. It seems near impossible to navigate this website, or find any useful help regarding transferring my old number. I found information on google how to do so, and now it is asking for my transaction number which i was never given. I never recieved a welcome email from ID with this number on. This is not looking very promising for first impressions, is it too much to expect to be able to speak with a human on the phone. I am starting to regret my decision already.

Hi, my sim stopped working so I downloaded the eSIM onto my old phone as new phone wasn’t here - now I have my new phone but it has no sim and can’t transfer eSIM please help

Hi, I bought a breeze esim for my Galaxy S23 FE with ID mobile. When I click on add eSim it just spins and then stops. I can’t get beyond that. Can anyone advise? Esim is for USA. Thanks.

Is the Honor 200 as supplied by ID a single or dual sim. If it is a single sim can both a physical sim and esim be used together? Thanks

As the title, is there a way to cancel a sim only contract immediately without the 30 day waiting / notice period? I recently got an ID mobile esim monthly contract and then realised that I would like to upgrade it to a phone contract. Initially I placed a new order for a phone contract, only to be rejected stating that I had exceeded my number of connected accounts. So now am stuck in a 30 day wait until this one gets cancelled and I can then place a new phone order. so yeah, is there a way the 30 day notice period can be waived / ie cancel immediately?

I was setting up an esim, and in haste switched off my id mobile SIM. How do I switch it back on?

I have a Galaxy A54 5G model SM-A546B/DS which is eSIM capable. When I try to add an eSIM I go to Settings - Connections - SIM manager - Add eSIM and press the "+" symbol. At that point it should open the options to add an eSIM including scan QR code, but all I get is the 4 buttons rotating for a few seconds and then back to the Add eSIM with the "+" symbol. Software etc is up to date, my contract is with iD Mobile but the phone is not locked and I cannot find any other settings that need to be changed. A friend with exactly the same phone can add an eSIM so I guess it's something with my phone. I've tried resetting the connections and even a full factory reset. Online chat cannot help and Currys did not have a solution either. Any suggestions?

Hi please help! I changed my number over from my old sim to this new eSIM. I have done the Puk code etc and got a text to say it’s transferred etc etc. I have restarted my phone but my old number still isn’t working and in the ID app it says my old number. Please can someone advise on what to do? Thank you!

We bought esim from esimbuy.org first day was great but then somethings happened phone and Profile status DISABLED but i have more 2 GB quota now how can i fix on ios or android any idea for this ?

Good afternoon, I am an Italian Erasmus student who just arrived in England, and I am interested in your pay as you go plan with an eSIM and unlimited data for £20 per month. I tried to purchase it, but the system requires the entry of a UK phone number, which I don't have. Is it possible to purchase the eSIM using my Italian number? Alternatively, is it possible to get a similar plan by requesting a new UK number to use either as an eSIM or in another phone? I hope I explained myself clearly, and I thank you for your help.

I signed up for ID with an eSim 2 days ago. After activating, I haven’t been able to connect of use any of services. I’m using an iPhone XS. It shows ID and 4G in the corner, but looks like there’s no signal (there is good coverage in my area, and I recently used SMARTY on the same phone). I can’t make calls, text, or use any data. I don’t even know what my number will be, as the listing in my settings is empty. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas how I can get connected? Many thanks

Swapped from android to iPhone XS (with updates iOS 18). I upgraded mobile plan from monthly pay to contract plan - which still has not even begun! Tried several times to load an eSIM, spending several hours on live chat where it is a miserable experience. At one point, after entering manual eSIM info I was asked for a “confirmation code”. I haven’t had one. So, if iD have problem loading an eSIM : do I even need it? why have I gone so long without calling or texting? why can I not leave to another provider as my contract has not even begun without paying £95+!!!! I go to Portugal soon so really need my phone. I saw on here a guy had problems over there. im very upset and stuck. Need help anyone, please and Thankyou.

When I have 4G switched on it never works. Nothing will load at all so have to have 3G on. Does this happen to anyone else?

I signed up on Thursday and have received a slew of emails from id mobile, but I haven’t received the esim email. Can anyone give me the subject line in case I’ve missed it? Or how do I ask for it to be re-sent?

Hello. I recently switched from 3 to ID mobile, and I used a PAC code to keep the same phone number. However, once I had set up my new ESim, I was given the option of choosing a primary and secondary number, so I chose my old phone number to be my primary. I am confused as to the point of this secondary number, as I was under the impression that my oils phone number would carry over when I switched to ID. Does anyone have the answer?

I recently purchased an ID sim card, 30GB esim, because my data where i live through Sky was shockingly bad. There are a couple of 3 masts not far away on the development I live on so I thought I would get a good speed. When I was testing after installing the esim I was getting great speeds. I switched off my home wifi so I was using the ID data and testing through the iphone Okla speedtest app. being happy with the speeds I decided to fully switch over so I ported my number from Sky to ID, this happened yesterday and process was smooth enough from what I can tell, all done before midday on the day selected. I have noticed however that if I try to perform a speedtest using the app now it doesn’t connect, just errors saying it can’t reach Speedtest. Data does seem to be working ok, if I use a speedtest through the chrome browser I get results, apps seem to work (sport apps, youtube, etc), everything seems to stream and work but I can’t verify my speeds using the ID mobile sim. I’ve had no phone or internet connection for over an hr now. My husband and son are on ID too and are the same. Can’t find any info about network outage. Had to use another hotspot from another network. anyone have any clue what’s going on?

Hi community, the past week I can’t make calls but data and SMS works fine. My phone is an iPhone 13 Pro Max I know there was a 3G shutoff but I don’t think this would affect me being in the north west area. My partner has the same contract on an iPhone 11 and that works fine. Tried all troubleshooting steps found online apart from a replacement sim as I’m using an eSIM which I’ve had reset. My phone was on a ID 24 month contract and was paid off a few months ago. Checked with ID live chat who couldn’t see any issues, I’m starting to think signing up to a 12 month sim has been a terrible idea. Hopefully this is a good enough reason to switch providers as it’s causing a few issues.

I upgraded near a week ago and I got the eSIM email before receiving my new phone, when I did my current service and data dropped out as I assume they switched my contract over. I activated it on that phone, now I have the new phone but the qr isn’t working and I can’t get it working on my new phone, any suggestions?

I’ve recently upgraded to an iPhone 16. When I’ve put my sim into my new phone from my old one it’s been sending iMessages from my email address not my phone number. I’ve gone into the iMessage settings and attempted to change the send & receive to my phone number but every time I do it says an error occurred during activation. This happens even when I’ve turned iMessages off and restarted my phone. I’ve not got an eSIM so I’m not sure why this is happening. Can anyone tell me how to fix this.

I recently took out a new contract with ID and switched from my old provider using a PAC. I have received confirmation that my phone number has switched now from ID and my old provider has confirmed they've cancelled my services but it hasn't changed over yet. I have tried restarting my phone. How long should this take?

Nightmare with phone and normal ID SIM not working after trying to install airalo E SIM for travel abroad. Have tired everything apart from factory reset. If I get a replacement SIM from ID ( alreqdy have plan) does it keep my same number automatically as with same provider ? Thanks And if anyone can advise on getting rid of eSIM which refuses to remove from my A54 5g that would be fab.
