Hi I just joined ID and it said you do esims but there was no option to get one when I signed up. Can I request one now?

Hi there I would like to switch from my physical sim to an esim please

Since switching to id mobile about a month ago it has been nothing but horrendous if I am honest. I live in an area which claims to have full outdoor 5g coverage and mostly indoor too, however outside I can get 5g maybe 0.1% of the time. But the worst thing about this awful provider is the fact of in the month since I got this phone and new contract I have had more internet issues due to signal etc than I did in 5+ years using a Three mobile contract, but how does this work if idmobile claim to be ‘on the same network as 3’? I never had any problems with Three, ever. But now my internet cuts out and I cant refresh things etc minimum 3+ times a day on Idmobile. Absolutely embarrassingly bad.

Am I able to download an eSIM app to use my ID mobile (iPhone 13 mini) in Morocco? I wondered whether the phone is “locked” by ID to prevent me doing this?

I moved to ID Mobile in July and received the QR code to activate my eSIM. I am now buying a new phone. Can I use the QR code from July to activate the eSIM, or do I need to request a new code?

I'm a very unhappy customer, my sim card has been cloned, as a communication company ID mobile is the worst for trying to speak to someone, still haven't managed too. Can someone please contact me, you are a mobile phone company that doesn't communicate by phone.

Hi, I have two contracts one started March 2024 and other August 24. I am unable to make or receive calls on both phones. Both phones ate iPhone 14, one using physical Sim and the other eSim. Both phones data and text is working. Tried everything I can think off, like factory reset, switching on and off nothing worked. Deleted the eSim and tried to used the QR code to reload and the QR code not working. Please help as we do not have any land line at home.

I got my Esim before my new phone arrived so I enabled it using the QR code on my old phone. But now that I have my new phone and set it up, I can’t get my Esim on it because the QR code is t valid anymore

I want to change my physical SIM to an e SIM but can’t see how to request this.

Hello, I recently bought an eSim through a well known eSim company to use whilst I'm abroad. I have an Android phone which supports eSims. When I go to add the eSim through Sim manager, I click on "add eSim" and all that appears is the 4 Samsung "thinking" dots. It does not let me add an eSim. I think it's a problem with my iD mobile sim as recently I switched my physical iD mobile sim with a different physical sim local to the country I was in. When I did this, I could use the "add eSim" function on my phone. I would like to be able to add an eSim with my iD mobile sim in my phone so I can switch between my iD mobile sim and an eSim. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have been with the network for about 6 months migrating from Three - so far so good. I am about to take possession of a cellular equipped Apple watch Ultra2 so that I no longer need to take my phone with me when out running. Unfortunately it seems that ID doesn’t yet support this. Can anyone update me on progress? If there’s nothing coming in short term is it possible to add an eSIM from another provider to my iPhone Xs, so that I may then hopefully support the Apple watch? All constructive comments welcome!

I have pre ordered a Google Pixel 9 Pro and chose to have an eSIM. I have been sent the eSIM but my current phone is not compatible and I've not had, and don't know when I'll be getting my new phone....

I’ve switched from O2 to ID mobile and I’m unable to change my old number to my new phone. I have entered my PAC code, old number and new number into the ID mobile PAC code system and it isn’t working. Every time it says there’s an error. I’m not sure why all the details are correct. I have also not selected a date. I have used the number starting with 4 also. Haven’t received a message to tell me switch is on the way.
