Getting Started.

I am constantly missing calls due to lack of connectivity with ID system. I have no number recorded on my recent calls although people say they tried to call. I also try to make calls and the phone won’t connect. If I turn off WiFi it works sometimes but I have no knowledge of missed calls unless someone tells me. what is going on? Does anyone else have this?

I have recently switched to ID mobile from another network & have kept my old number. Everything seems to have working fine but I have one little problem that I don't know how to fix. If I send a regular text message, it sends as my old number. If I send a chat message, it's sending as the number that came with the phone. How can I change this so they both send as the old number? I use the Samsung messages app, not the Google one btw

I’m potentially looking to switch to ID mobile simply for the reason that they seem to support Nothing Phones for Wifi Calling. My current provider doesnt. Does anyone know if the Nothing Phone 3a does work with Wifi calling yet as I am aware its not listed as one currently.

I want to enter a competition on my local radio station in the U.K. and need to send a premium rate text costing £2 to a short number. My settings within the ID app are enabled and I have enough of a buffer on my monthly bill to cover this so why am I unable to send them?. Thank you in advance for any help!

I've been asking customer services on live chat all week for a proof of usage document that never arrives, so I can make an insurance claim. This should be a fairly standard thing, but judging by other posts on here, it's almost impossible to get hold of!! I just need my document, how do I get it without going through live chat again??

Hi iD Mobile Community, I’m hoping someone can help escalate this issue as I’ve been waiting several days now. I submitted a request last Friday for proof of usage and ownership documents for an iPhone that was recently stolen. I urgently need these documents to process an insurance claim, which is time-sensitive. Despite being told it would take 24–48 hours, I’ve already visited iD Mobile in person three times and still haven’t received confirmation or the documents. I specifically need: A copy of the contract and date it was signed IMEI number of the phone My phone number linked to the device Any documents showing the phone make and model I’m struggling to understand why these documents aren’t accessible through my online account or why the process is taking so long. If anyone from the team or the community knows how this can be escalated or expedited, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am using ID mobile on my iPad and have no signal when in Germany. I have checked all the settings and followed the points in the app so am sure roaming is switched on for the ipad and my ID account. I have tried manually selecting a network but it will not connect to any network. I have tried rebooting as well! How do I fix this please? Thanks

I’ve travelled to Turkey with my family and had some money within my monthly cap that I wanted to use for data roaming from the time between the airport and my hotel where there’s WiFi. However you guys sent me multiple messages while in Turkey (not via WhatsApp) and charged me for the privilege using up my cap. It made it really challenging as I couldn’t message our transfer or do any language translation on google. Can you refund me the charges you have given me by texting me and send me some data in the meantime to cover what I would have had on my account?

I still can not make outgoing calls, only WiFi calling working. 4g works fine. I am not on pay as you go. Have unlimited usage. I have a iPhone 11 Regards Steven.

When at home, my mobile phone signal is poor (3 or 2G) so I have WiFi calling switched on. If the phone switches to WiFi all is well but if it thinks the signal is strong enough, no calls can get in or out. My solution is to go into airplane mode which forces it onto WiFi. Having to do that everytime I come in and go out is not ideal. It used to work fine and I have not changed the phone (Samsung A35 5G) I have set the phone to reboot every morning. Any suggestions?

Where is customer support?

I want to port my number to another Network as I'm not happy with ID however I'm tied into a 2 year contract which I want my son to take over and import his number. Is this possible please?

I have recently joined ID Mobile (after being with my previous provider for 22 years). This has meant I’m a bit rusty with new technology and dread phone upgrades! I wanted to keep my previous number and gave this information when I ordered my new iPhone. The phone arrived, I received confirmation the change to ID Mobile had been successful, everything seems to be working absolutely fine. However, I now have 2 sims shown in the sim section (my old number with EE Plan and also my new ID plan) Can anyone advise how I can get rid of the old sim? It’s rather annoying when making a call I have to choose between which sim/lline to use. many thanks nicola please can someone help

I changed to a newer phone a couple of weeks ago (iphone 7 to iphone 12) and have been having problems getting and making calls when at work. There is very little signal in the building so the phone uses wifi calling when I’m in the office which worked fine before - I’m using the same SIM card as previous. I have checked when at home and WIFI calling works fine there (put on airplane mode to check) so it is just when on the work WIFI that it does not. Tried called over Whatsapp at work and this works ok. Not sure what to try after that - if I cannot get it working I will need to change provider as I cannot continue with not being able to use phone when in the office.

Have new phone with you and my phone no hasn’t ported. Had email to say it was but not worked. Any ideas ?
