WiFi calling sends all calls to voicemail

All incoming calls are being sent to voicemail. My phone doesn’t ring at all. I have an iPhone. Call Forwarding is off, Focus is off, Live Voicemail is off, Silence Unknown Callers is off, but WiFi Calling is on. iPhone updated to latest iOS, but didn’t help. Adjusting the ringing timer via shortcode didn’t work either. Restarting the iPhone, or enabling then disabling Airplane Mode solves the issue, but not permanently. What works permanently is if WiFi Calling is switched off. Why is this the case? What is iD Mobile doing to fix this issue? Me and both my parents are on iD Mobile, and I’m the reason they switched to iD Mobile from O2 with whom they never experienced the issue. Now I’m embarrassed because they keep missing important calls such as from their GPs when they’re at home. And isn’t WiFi calling supposed to help you stay connected for when the mobile signal is weak?

Unable to receive calls and Text messages

Hii transferred my number over to ID yesterday. Since then I’ve been unable to receive calls and messages. I’ve left it till after 10pm just in case but this morning I have the same issue. I need to be able to receive calls and messages for 2 factor security. Which I currently can’t do. I’ve seen previous streams with these issues. Just not sure what to do next ?

I did the enhanced trade in for the extra 50 when i got a iphone 17 pro. I’ve gotten the 275 for the phone few weeks ago but still have yet to get the promo money. How do i chase this up?

Voicemail doesn't text us the number that rings us.

I'm listening to voicemail, & there seems no way for it to text you the number that left the voicemail-This is standard across all networks.When you go into the other menu's of the voicemail, it's impossible to get out the sub menu's to get to the first menu where you can delete the message.When you are on a plane or bad signal, & person doesn't leave a voicemail, ID Mobile texts us the phone number of the person. However, it does it in the wrong format, it texts 44 7976 735XXX . This is incorrect as when we ring the number , it says the number is non existent. It won't ring the number without the +44 at the beginning.How can ID Mobile get all this so wrong?And when you logging in on PC, you press log in, & it takes 3 pages-Why? 1st page after you click says Let's get you started-Why? Someone please prove me wrong, if not, then ID Mobile, please your people who should bring these things in, will never know unless you tell them.Ca

Transferring number to ID

I received my sim yesterday, inserted it in a second phone and tested the number, all was OK.I then filled in the Switching form and entered the PAC as well as other details chosing today for the transfer. Transfer was confirmed for today between 10am and 6pm.This morning the ID sim is showing no connection, and if I ring the number from a different phone it reports - invalid number.I am hoping the sim goes live again with the transferred number later today - but is it normal.for or the sim to go dead for a period of time on the day of transfer?

Change number on my ID account

I have successfully switched my old number to ID BUT - My ID account was created before the number was transferred, using my original ID number. Now when I try to log in it is sending the code by text to the number on the account which is the old one - so I can’t receive the text.How do I now access my account.

Why does my phone not ring when called (not because it's set to silent?)It means calls go immediately to voice mail which i also cannot access - because every time i try it says “set up pin - to do this call us” - which when i do it simply gives the same message!

Question regarding keeping my number via a triangle port

Hi, so I’m halfway through the process, and have already switched my number over to a PAYG sim from Asda. I’m awaiting my new 12 month pay monthly sim from iD, which i signed up for before starting the whole process. Before I put the new iD sim in and activate it, can i still use my new PAC code from Asda to transfer my number over, or did i have to give the PAC at the point when I signed up? I can’t remember if it asked for a PAC at the time.

Calls straight to voicemail

I'm repeatedly getting important calls (Bank, school, hospital etc) going straight to voicemail without ringing. I've tried every setting, still nothing. There doesn't seem to be a fix in the forum and I can't try my esim in another phone. Has anybody managed to solve this yet?

I have switch to ID Mobile yesterday and am now received this message for last 24 hours “We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.”postcode area is ME19, is there anything I can do to resolve, or do I just wait and if no change cancel my contract.

How do I listen to voicemail without recording a greeting

I've just moved over to id mobile and I've only realised I can't access my voicemail without setting up a mailbox name and recording a personalised message. I don't want to do either of these things. I don't think a mailbox needs a name, and I want a generic recorded message not a personalised one. The voicemail service just hangs up on me if I don't record anything, so what do I do to get around it?? If I can't, at least I'm on a 30 day contract so my stint with id may be quite short...

My phone connects to Vodafone au momentarily after restarting phone and then disconnects saying Sim1 not aloud. Is this normal?
