I want to get an offer available from Currys. A new phone and sim card deal and you save £110. Im already on iD. Can I port my number from my current iD SIM to a new iD sim?If I am not able to, how can get this deal? Do I have to port it to a new network first, then move again?
Hi I am trying to port my number over to IDmobile but it is telling me We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. I’ve checked all info and still no joy

I recieved my iPhone 11 yesterday and when i entered the sim it says no service, when i go onto airplane mode it just comes back as no service i have reset the network services and nothing has worked! I cannot receive messages which includes the security code to make an account with id mobile. I dont know what else to try except for throwing the sim away at this point.
I had seen several old topics regarding failing to meet credit check criteria, but wondered if anyone had any recent experience to help my husband understand why he’s been refused a cheap phone contract. My husband has been trying to purchase an Alcatel 3L on a £12.99 monthly contract. He had an email telling him he had failed to meet the credit check criteria. After a lengthy Live Chat conversation he was told he failed because he hadn’t set up a Direct Debit (he had). The operator cancelled the original order and told him to try again. He reordered but this was also rejected - a further lengthy Live Chat ended with him being told to wait a month before trying again. He was pretty fed up by this stage so entered into the online Complaint process which turned out to be another lengthy Live Chat and nothing at all to do with Complaints!. He was told to phone and register his complaint and he would get a telephone reply within five days - he’s still waiting.Has anyone had any succes
I have just moved from 3 to iD and want to keep my old number. I rrcuever my PAC code from 3 and entered it to the iD app. The app gave me an error message saying the code is not valid. I then entered my PAC code online via the website. Shortly after I received a text saying that some of the information I provided was incorrect (I'm 99.9% sure it was correct). The text had a link to www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us When I clicked the link I get a page not found error message on iD website. I've tried calling customer services but the call centers are all closed. What do I do now? The iD app pointed my towards the iD Community for help. Any one that actually works for iD on here or is it just customers?
I have just moved from Vodafone and had a text from ID mobile to say my old number had been ported successfully however when I call or message people from my new I phone it is coming up as the new number ID mobile sent me and not my old ported number. In addition the new number is also showing as listed for my new I phone 11 in my apple account and my old number is showing as listed under my old I phone 8. When anyone calls or texts me it comes through on both my old and new phone and old and new number! Also I am unable to send SMS text messages. I have tried adding my old number in the settings tab under profile which it has let me do but it’s also showing the new number there and I can’t delete it. I have also tried switching the phone on and off. Can anyone help?
Hi, I know this is during this period of self-isolation but really lost as to what to do next as there is no ID support. Just before the period of self-isolation, I had to report my teenage daughter's phone as lost and order a replacement SIM. This arrived I placed it into the replacement iPhone 6S and activated it online. All good. Unfortunately, the SIM does not work and states ‘No Service’. I’ve tried all the advice online and even swapped in the ID Mobile SIM from her brother's identical iPhone 6 and this works perfectly. Been testing and waiting for 7 days now. As there is no chat or online support now at all, understandably, can anyone advise what to do next? The only option I can currently think of is to simply cancel the ID account and get a new number/SIM from a company that can help. I would really prefer not to have to do this. Thanks in advance.
My recent order for a Sim Only deal was declined with the following message: "We’re sorry but we’ve had to cancel your order (xxxxxxxxxx) as it didn’t pass our internal security checks". I am contacting you to find out if there is a way to find out why?I have an excellent credit rating and had a sim card account with you previously with no issues.Ive lived at the same address for over 20 years and own my own house with no mortgage. My bank balance is extremely healthy!! I cant understand why I have been declined for a sim only monthly account, for a very small amount. Any advice would be appreciated thank you
Hi, I have a data only account, and wanted advice on whether this is still appropriate for my needs - but cannot register or chat to anyone at iD about it, as I need my Mobile Number in order to do so, and I don’t have one, as my Sim card doesn’t make calls! Any help gratefully received!
I was told my number was going to be transferred yesterday, yet still today nothing is working & I cannot make or receive calls As I am disabled this is really worrying me as this is my main contact method & nothing is working, neither new or old number?!? Please what is going on? This isn’t great. Please can someone fix this?
Hi, 8 days ago I started a new pay monthly contract with id mobile. The handset was received fine the day after ordering, but the SIM never showed up. A new mobile phone number is printed on the invoice that came with the handset after the text “Phone Number/Contract” (more on this later). After a week, I contacted ID using live chat asking about the missing SIM. To summarize this conversation, a replacement SIM was ordered. I was told I would have to activate the replacement SIM on the ID website using the phone number on my original invoice. The replacement SIM arrived in 2 days, and I tried to activate it, but the new phone number was not recognized, so I couldn’t activate it. “The mobile number you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again.”So I had a second session of live chat: during this session, my replacement SIM was apparently activated by the operator. At the end, I was told to insert the SIM in the phone, power off/on after 1hr, and all would be fine. I was
Hi, I'm having trouble switching from EE to ID, I went in to carphone warehouse, to switch network, but message coming up to do with port issue.. am not sure if this is because I was on ID in 2015, but then went back on EE.. one of the people I saw in the store was saying something wasn't done or cancelled properly went I switched back to EE.. can't understand why this is happening cause I'm not on ID. It should be easy to transferred my number over but this error keeps coming up. What can be done about this....even when I tried to log into my old ID account it says (my ID plan ended more than 6motns months ago), just want to know what's causing this problem.!!
I submitted my PAC code on Friday 2nd October, but my number still hasn't been ported across from O2 over a week later. I have spoken with 3 people on Live chat and they can see that the PAC code is with you (or with Three actually) and they have said to wait 48 hours and that it will be sorted out. It is now over a week since I sent the PAC code and I still don’t have my number. This is completely unacceptable. I need my number for work - I am self employed and all my marketing material lists my existing number. I need this sorting out ASAP TODAY
