I have just taken a contract with ID mobile from Vodafone.  When does the SIM arrive and do I need to order this separately or does it just arrive automatically?  I put the PAC code in at point of sale to transfer over my number from Vodafone. Also trying to set up an account with ID mobile and the app but it is sending a verification to the iD mobile mobile number that I have been allocated and not to the vodafone mobile number that i want to keep.  The ID mobile number is not yet active as the phone is not active as i dont have a SIM so how can I set up an account>Going round in circles

Hi my mobile no is different when I text than when I call I've only got one sim card  

I purchased an e sim yesterday and have received emails including the contract, notification of direct debit and an email saying my order has been dispatched etc but no QR or email with a phone number or e sim. Interestingly in between those I have received a couple of emails stating that the contract was still in my basket. When could I expect to receive the eSIM and is there any one I can actually contact as I can’t access the live chat due to not having an ID phone number yet?Thanks in advance

I need help asap. Pac code error multiple times

I purchased a id mobile contract and phone with mobiles.co.uk 5 days ago.  The phone arrived the next day but I haven't received an email with QR code for the eSIM.  ID customer services and complaints team directed me to mobiles.co.uk, mobiles.co.uk directed me to id mobile. Neither have helped. I cannot access my account as it sends a welcome text to the new number which is not set up so I have no access to.   How do I remedy or do I just cancel the contract and send back within my 14 day cooling off period?  I look forward to any direction that may help me sort this. Thanks.

HiNew ID Mobile customer. I need to register a SIM and to do this, I need the app. The problem I have got is that when I am logging into the app, it wants the phone number, so I enter the number and then it says an SMS has been sent to that number with a code. This is a new contract so in order to get the code to finish setting up the app, I need to be able to access the SMS messages on the phone…, to do this, I need an activated SIM in the phone, which I cannot do without being able to get on the app.Maybe I am being really dumb but I can’t activate the SIM without the app and I can’t activate the app without a SIM. Any assistance would be very much appreciated as I need to sort this as it is a Christmas present for my daughter 

Received 2 phones and 2 sims got a welcome email for one and nothing for the other tried both sims as it would have been useful to tell me which sim was which, also entered a PAC code and only received confirmation of one switching please help 

i have previously had an ID mobile sim in someone else’s account and my contract has ended, so i have bought a new sim only plan, i got an e sim and i’ve tried to switch it to keep the same number but it won’t let me. this is because i don’t know my new number that i’ve bought or if it’s the same one, it won’t let me log into the app either it says my details are incorrect when i type in my phone number, last name and date of birth, im assuming this is because of it being in another persons name, is there anyway i can fix this?

Hello! I made a new order yesterday here for a SIM only deal. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected esim which is not compatible with my device. I can wait for a new SIM or collect one from Curry's. However, my current Vodafone contract ends tomorrow. My understanding is that unless I use the PAC by tomorrow, the Vodafone contract will roll over for an additional month, which is really not ideal. So, I have submitted my PAC number to ID mobile with the relevant info I have been sent by email (new number temp number, transaction number etc) and selected tomorrow as the transfer date. However, my question is: does this number transfer and reconnection apply even if I haven't yet got the new new card, or do I need to have and activate a new card before this can all happen? I'm content to be out of service for a day or two as long as I know I'm not still connected and charged by vodafone. Sorry for this long winded explanation but if anyone can advise I'd be grateful as it's not clear

I received an email Send and your contract have been Declined it mentioned a whole list of possible reasons. I don’t know which one applies to me

Recently switched over to iD mobile today (the 28th November) was supposed to be my switch date, all has gone well as in my number is switched over however I have not revived the email or text about it being complete even through it said it would be by 10pm. The strange thing is I can still receive messages through Wi-Fi or data sending but am not getting anything through standard text/sms messaging. Is this normal, I checked my old sim card is now deactivated. 

I got a new phone on pay monthly with ID mobile through car phone warehouse. I asked to keep my old o2 number. It sent me a sim and when I put the sim in it gave me a new number for a few days then text me to tell me it was switched back to my old number. When I’m ringing people/ people are ringing me it’s coming up through my old number which is good. When people are texting my old number however it’s coming through my phone but when I text back it’s coming up as my new number ?  

Hi, I’ve just installed my eSIM on my phone but there is no signal yet, does it take time for this? The eSIM was confirmed to be installed correctly, but I can’t find any information on how long it might take to get signal. I’m in an area that has good signal for all networks. My phone does have a regular sim with Vodafone, but this will be deactivated when my PAC request goes through tomorrow. Would having a regular sim set as my main account stop my ID eSIM working?

Terrible phone network, avoid at all costs. Sent me a broken phone and refused to resolve it. Customer service staff were useless, rude and called me a liar. 

My old provider used to still showing in phone settings even though I had a PAC and I have been given a new ID number

This seems a recurring theme which is a concern. I transferred with an E sim from 02 to ID mobile. The data works fine. I can’t make calls as there is no ID mobile showing on network list and it's just stuck on 02.   I haven't got any help from the BOT. Phone is I phone 12 pro max.

Hi, I have just got a new SIM card and the PAC transfer got sorted yesterday. It says I have 4G but I have no signal anywhere around my house. This means I can’t receive phone calls from people. I live by myself so I don’t have the option of using anyone else’s phone. I’ve tried the things you have suggested in other people’s problems.

Hi, I  have an old iPhone that I am switching the number to my new ID iPhone. I want to transfer all the account details, apps and messages to the new phone, but do I need to set it up before the number switches, and then transfer, or should I wait until the switch has competed? I  don't want to lose messages etc.Regards MCL

I have got a new contract with ID mobile but I want to keep my number from O2. I have already set the phone up but transferred my O2 eSIM to my new phone just so I could set things up quicker. Now I need to do the PAC code but when I try to log in on the ID mobile app, it is asking me for the phone number on the account to send a confirmation text which is the one ID Mobile have given me but obviously I’m not going to get a text because I didn’t set that number up. What do I do now?

Hello, I have recently bought a new SIM card from ID. When I try to register it and enter the number from the card that I just opened, I receive a message saying that it is already registered and that I should use another number. I also tried changing the number by entering the PAC code and all required data, but it still does not accept it. Could you please help me solve this issue?Thank you in advance. Best regards,Dawid Dudek
