My bill due tomorrow on 10th but I won't Hve the money till Wednesday the 15th 

I set up a SIM-only deal for my sister when she was visiting from New Zealand two years ago. She visited again this year, but no longer needs the SIM for use in the UK. Until recently I paid this by direct debit (at £6.00 a month it was cheaper to keep it going!)The phone [SIM] is physically in New Zealand and has never been linked to my App.I wanted to cancel the SIM, but could find no information on how to do this, and cancelled the direct debit. This brought about an email from ID mobile and I then spent an inordinate length of time on the website to cancel the Mobile number account. Surely I can’t be the only person on the planet to have more than one mobile phone with the same provider?? Been trying to make payment now for 3 weeks an getting nowhere iv done the live chat an spoken to an agent on there for them to say if gone to debt collection I have then phone the debt collection for them to say my case is closed as its been payed when I have not made any payment so had to go back to id chat for them to say pay online or the automated payment again will not work told them this then get given an vulnerable team number for them to just try an transfer me to automated payment im getting absolutely nowhere going round in circles u can look how many time iv been in contact with you this its just beyond now im paying for a phkne thats disconnected an will have another bill now on top of this an I haven't even used it how is this my fault that ur system ain't taking payment your just putting me in debt for a phkne I ain't using

I want to discuss my options for payment arrangements but feel like I'm hitting a brick wall.I'm in a bit of a vulnerable state at the moment so don't feel I could discuss over the phone. I've been on live chat but they don't seem to understand what I'm wanting. I just want someone to help and discuss my options.Is there an email address I can contact at all?

received an outstanding balance email today from ID but my bank account shows I've paid the months bill already. about a month ago i saw i had two direct debits connected to ID mobile but i only have one plan for one phone, so i cancelled one. overall just confused about this second set of billing, can't find info about it anywhere on my account. 

Hi, I have multiple android phones, all have 1p mobile sims in them, I want to move them all to iD mobile, I can't seem to be able to order more than one sim at a time, so it will be time consuming doing it one at a time. I have just ordered one iD mobile sims, however it took me ages to do, problems with the browser and having to contact my bank, before I could sort it all out. So my question is, is there a way to order more than one sim of the same type, at the same time (so I have multiple sims in my basket at once)? If so, I can check them all out in one go, hopefully reducing the problems that I have in buying multiple sims. Thanks for any help.

As the title says, I paid for 10gb of roaming data but have been charged standard rate which are insanely expensive.My 10gb is still 10gb and wont even connect to internet which has badically ruined my trip because I cant access maps. My standard data allowance is currently 197gb.So despite having roaming data I've been charged.This is the last straw with Id network, its poor coverage as it is and its add ons that don't work.Can I get my bill reduced, its cost me £114 in a day!?

Hello, Any advice for this issue please?I am in the British Army and have been posted to the US for 2 years. I have approx 12 months left on my contract which was for Pixel 9 Pro and includes minutes/data.I called ID and explained this, and said I was obviously happy to keep paying back my phone, but could they pause the "SIM" usage charges. They said it was not possible.They're a member of the Armed forces covenant so it was a bit dissapointing as I'll now be paying to use a UK.phome for a minimum of 12 months while I'm not here.Any tips?Thanks 

If I would buy the plan let say 12 month with term of condition 3 months half price and after then normal price. If I change my mind in 30-60 days and I make the decision to stop the plan, it’s can be anytime stop the plan or not?and if stop the plan, I am still have a charge fee like early termination fee or not?

Hi ID Team, I recently moved one of my 4 family simms from another provider to ID mobile and waited for 2 months to see if the coverage was good before moving anymore, Today I tried to move another simm over and was advised that I failed the credit check what a load of tosh I can have 30k loan from my bank but not a £8 Simm from you. If this is how you treat new customers I won’t be renewing after 12 months very poor customer experience.
