Impossible to contact ID mobile I ordered a phone for my daughter and she did not use the ID mobile sim it came with as she wanted to go with another provider. My most recent direct debit failed, I do not know why as there was money in my account to take it, it failed a second time, now I have had an email from ID mobile stating my direct debit has been cancelled and threatening with debt collection, I just want this money paid, I cannot pay via phone as it wants the ID mobile number, it is impossible to get through via online chat, I am clicking on the right section and nothing is happening. This is making me very worried and anxious, surely there is a way to pay without ID mobile number this is getting ridiculous now.
