In a weeks time I am travelling to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and then staying in Australia for a year. I am aware that my SIM card won’t work when in these places and plan to get a physical sim when in each place, although I want to keep my uk phone number so I can still contact people through WhatsApp with this number and when I come back still make use of it. I have heard that you have to send a text from it every so often to keep the number active so how would this work with being in these places. Would I be charged etc? As well as this I want to change from a monthly contract to pay as you go as I won’t actually be using the contract at all so is the best option to pay of the remaining bill on the contract and move to pay as you go sim. Should I get this e sim if I plan to get physical sim when travelling. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I’ve I’m struggling to get in contact with customer service on the live chat .

I need to cancel a sim only plan that I took out just a few days ago. live chat isnt working and it wont let me sign in to my account either. It's like the system knowns and it wont let me leave. WiFi calling has stopped working on my Pixel 9 Pro. I'm not sure when exactly it stopped working but it's been at least a week. If I go into aeroplane mode while still connected to WiFi and try to make a call, I message pops up saying "please turn off aeroplane mode or connect to a WiFi network".I have a work phone (Pixel 6 Pro) on Vodafone and that can make WiFi calls fine on the same WiFi network. I rely heavily on WiFi calling as signal in my flat is non-existent 

I was previously with a different mobile provider.  I activated my esim with ID but I would like to keep the phone number I had with my previous provider.  I mistakenly put my old sim card into the new phone and sent a PAC request but I have not done anything further.  When I send the PAC request from my old phone to the number provided nothing happened.  Please advise.

My phone has died and so I cannot access my account as to verify my identity, ID Mobile wants to send a passcode to my broken phone.How can this be resolved, please ?

I ported across from O2 to ID, I can make calls out but when people try to phone me it says the number is not recognised, if I send a text out it appears on peoples phones under the original ID number and people can reply using that number but if they text my new ported number I don't receive the text, this is critical for my business, please help

Why there been no network for three days in my area PO381LG and no service when will back on just been saying we are trying to fix this problem 

I am looking to take out a sim only contract and transfer my number from my current provider.  I have seen a comment on this forum that you can’t transfer a number between accounts and just want to check there’s going to be no issue in my case when i start punching in my details.  Prior to 2019 I had an account with ID mobile with a different phone number. Since 2019 my current phone number was provided by the new provider and it is this number I would want to PAC to ID mobile if I take out a rolling 1 month only contract with ID mobile.  

Has something changed (well obviously it has!) . I can no longer send a text to a short code number, I have sent messages to this number before for a year or two , up until a couple of weeks ago. I haven't changed any of my out of plan preferences ( I have checked my settings ).  I still have a full amount cap in place and have my account set to send out to premium numbers and short code numbers ? 

Hi Id checker saying is problem in area (DN7)Can't use phone calls internet not working.can someone tell me when I can find something about and refund or something is possible? 

When trying to make call I have to restart my phone then I can finally call the person. When I am on the phone the call gets cut off many times and the person has to call me back. This started about a month ago. Ive tried to take sim out of phone and put back in. coverage is great. I have put sim in a new phone still got the same problem. Please help. Thanks 

I cant believe you charge £25 to change my phone number why ? when most other companies allow you to change it at least once free well this has made up my mind to move once my contract is up as 1 I can get cheaper plans 2 with better coverage 3 with more inclusive things like mms inc picture messages that are free so once again ridiculous fee to change number 

Purchased a Pixel 10 which had a promo offer of an extra £200 when trading in your old handset. Received the initial payment of £80 but not the extra bonus of £200. Contacted the trade up team but had no response

I upgraded my contract. Samsung 25 edge that suppose to come with a Samsung chromebook. The laptop didn’t come  how do I claim it? No instruction how to get it on the id app.

My phone does now work in the EU with or without internet. My data roaming does not appear to be switched on. My settings are correct but dispite messages that I can use all my data (France, Spain etc). I can’t I can only use my phone as a camera and a specalist has said my phone is OK .
