Is there a way of preventing unanswered calls going to voicemail? I just want my phone to ring. If for some reason I cannot answer, I do NOT want any caller to be able to leave me a voicemail.

My phone has been disconnected incorrectly 

Hi All,I placed an order on the evening of 9th October 2025 for a Motorola Edge 60 @ £19.99pcm, about 30 minutes after placing the order I saw an advert on Facebook for the same phone for £300.10 from Currys so decided to purchase from there instead. I wen’t on the chat to cancel the order however because it was late in the evening the chat was not available, i thought no problem I’ll wait until the next morning to speak with them.About 30 minutes later I get a notification from DPD that they have mt parcel, didn’t think much of it because I thought I can cancel it in the morning. I spoke to an agent the next morning who said that they had processed the cancellation that I would receive an email within 24 hours confirming this, as expected - no email received. At this point I asked DPD to push the delivery back a week.On the 12th October I get an email to say my first bill is ready to view (£19.99) and will be taken by direct debit on

Both me and my wife have recently got iD, I have Samsung out S25 ultra and my wifi have iphone 17. The signal in our house is terrible so we have to use wifi calling, my Samsung s25 ultra works perfectly but my wife's IPhone doesn't work at all. Tried all the steps on the community but still not working. Want to speak to someone but NO LIVE CHAT avaliable! 

I recently transferred my mobile number from Vodafone to iD Mobile and received confirmation that the porting process was completed successfully. However, I am still unable to activate iMessage and FaceTime on this number. The issue appears to be network-related, as I was able to successfully activate iMessage and FaceTime within minutes using a different SIM card. I have confirmed the following: My number is correctly set in iPhone settings (Phone > My Number). I can send and receive regular SMS and calls. I can send an SMS to Apple’s activation number without issues. I’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings and reactivating iMessage/FaceTime.I have already checked the below and it did not help:

Hi, I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max on the 10th and it says it’s not in stock yet so the estimated delivery date is 30th October. When would I receive an email saying it’s been dispatched? The only two emails I’ve received are an order confirmation and one with the estimated delivery date, nothing else since then. 

I never had an issue with this before but now when I try to access my voicemail messages I get some short 5 second sentence telling me to set up a pin. It hasn't ever done this before.I tried ringing both the 123 number and the longer +44 version. Same thing. Short message that auto disconnects. I need access to respond to important messages! Please!

Hi there. I have recently bought a new phone through ID mobile as it was cheaper than upgrading my current plan with ID mobile. But as a result the new phone has come with a new SIM card and phone number. So I want to carry on using my current number which is also on an ID SIM card but my contract is expiring soon. How do I go about that? I have tried to contact customer service on a number of times and it just says that no one is available to help and then end my chat

Any updates with the text issues, be a week tomorrow since I've been able to receive text from o2 network, I hope we will all be refunded for the service we are paying for but not receiving.  

I'm 58 years old and bought a new Google Pixel 10 Pro on the 2nd of last month. Everything worked fine initially, but since yesterday afternoon, I've been unable to access gambling websites. It seems the FlashGet Kids app is installed on my phone, blocking my access. I don't know when it was installed, nor do I know how to disable it.I visited FlashGet Kids' official website: https://parental-control.flashget.com/But there doesn't seem to be any instructions for uninstalling it. I've recently joined Id mobile and ported my number over from previous network via PAC code over a week ago. When I send SMS Messages the recipients receive the text from the number I was assigned when I took out the contract, therefore, I ain't receiving a response. I do receive messages if sent directly to my number (orginial brought over number).  I have also noticed that I can't call a number that is on a sky contract. It starts with 074 but keeps saying number is invalid. Why is this? Never had any issues with previous provider. The number is not invalid as they are able to contact me. 

Hi, I have a mobile number which I use for my day to day at EE, and I also have a ID Mobile Sim which I use for back up and for when I go abroad. My ID Mobile is coming up to 1 year old Even though its coming up to 1 year old of a 2 year contract, can I still port my number from EE over to replace the ID number, which I don’t really use, I only use it for Data etc at the moment.

I signed up to a contract yesterday with an a recurring add on of unlimited data. My data is now showing 10MB how can I be confident I have my add on

I have a couple of issues with my line: a significant delay on my audio on incoming calls, and my own speech echoing back to me. I took the phone into Currys and they told me to contact Customer Service at ID. I have been trying to speak to an agent via the live chat but I just get a message saying they are not available (multiple times). Where do I go from here?

Good afternoon everyone,I joined ID last night,then my Bill cap is off for sure I had email sent and confirmed,but just now when log on app or pc ,it stated 21 quid extra charged from my minutes and text,I did try to use live chat lots of times but now possilbe to reach to them at all! so what can I do about it?it is not fair to charge me for that amont isnt it?!!Thank you all

Good afternoon, i purchased a new contract online and was unable to add my PAC code and I don’t know my ID mobile number as it isn’t being delivered until the 30 Oct.  is it possible to to add PAC code so it’s good to go on arrival please?  also the direct Debit i havent seen anything regarding this or when it is expected to come out my bank.  I have been unable to get to speak to an online agent also so not the best of starts with ID Mobile.  many thanks for all your help John.
