new customer

I’ve just joined ID today, I went to call someone but it is saying that I’m over my cap? I’ve got unlimited everything and so am very confused. Any help would be appreciated:)

Direct debit transfer

I have been paying for my daughter’s plan, but she is now going to take the financial responsibility on herself as she is earning money.  I have tried to do this through my id mobile account, using her bank details (in her name), but it won’t let me (perhaps because the bank account is obviously in her name, but the phone account in mine). Everytime I try it says’ Oops, something went wrong’, without telling me what. So how do I do it?

pac code problems, no signal with new sim

just switched over to id mobile, and already thinking this was a mistake, new phone arrived, popped in the sim, nothing , 24 hrs later, nothing.  how do you actually speak to a real person at id mobile?no signal, no switch over of numbers, so now i have 2 phones which is ridiculous.we didn’t have these problems 20 years ago, so why do we have them now?

ending my sim only deal

I have had my sim since February this year and I have been off of the internet more than I have been on the coverage is rubbish I need it for my security cameras and ring door bell but it does not work so how do I cancel the contract? It’s pointless paying for something that does not work?

Can't create direct debit

My account got blocked last week because my direct debit failed (there was money in the account).The app and site were down and I couldn't login anywhere so see what was going on. My direct debit disappeared from the app (even though my bank had it registered as a direct debit) and I now can't create a new direct debit at all! I keep getting the "Oops, something went wrong" message.To add, I'm on the new version of the app.Need to get this sorted before my next bill which is in a couple of days! Any advice?

Anthing quicker than chat?

I have spent over an hour on chat trying to sort a billing issue. Chat is the only way of getting of someone who can actually help. The only problem with that is, that the ID Mobile staff are dealing with multiple queries at the same time and can take 5-10 min to come back to you. The 1st time I tried to get in contact with ID I couldn't chat as I was driving at the time. It wasn't till I got home 3 hours later I had to get on chat. After over an hour on the chat, it disconnected without my issue being solved. I switched to ID over the disappointment with Three. I feel that are just as bad. So unprofessional. Can anyone recommend how I can speak to a human to get my issue resolved please?

wifi calling wifi preferred

Why has the option wifi preferred in wifi calling recently disappeared on my Samsung S23 ultra? I queried with Samsung and they say my operator has stopped it?

I swapped to a SIM only contract two months ago for I think £12 per month but my last two bills have still been £35.43. And guess what, the site is down. Has anyone else had this issue?

Unable to access my account

I cannot now access my account. I am aware there has been an update and it asks me to reregister *( a pain) but I waited the 9 minutes and started. BUT it will not accept my new password keeps saying Password must not include first name, last name or email. I AM NOT using my first name or last name or email... tried again and again I get the this...Your estimated wait time is 8 minutes.We are experiencing a high volume of traffic and using a virtual queue to limit the amount of users on the website at the same time. App not working

Mr. Mathew You are very good qt asking people to use others gadgets to solve Id mobile app issues. Good in taking money as well. Why on earth will I pay for a service that's telling me their service is the best but better if you use PC and other mobile phone to call and make payments blah blah blah. I had a chat today with chimera, your colleagues. I was talking about app not working.He went and put add on of 3GB and charged me 8£. Without me asking for it. Day light robbery.Just because I mentioned I will move to ee or 3 mobile, he just decided to take £8 of my sickpay, in this living cost we all suffering in. That is customer service. Daylight robbery.Almost 2weeks now I cannot see mobile app. Cannot see data usage and now you put £ 8 add ons without my permission.Seriously, this is not the company WHICH! is recommending to all.USwitch and all other a..l..kers, who say iD mobile is good, is a reap of. Please cancel this contract.Good I am on monthly basis. From 02, one of the biggest

Where do I find my usage?

I have eventually managed to log into the new “updated” App/webpage. How do I find out my usage? How many minutes I’ve used, or how many texts. How much data have I used..where are my data rollover details? All very useful feature of the old App which now appear to have gone with this “new” version!

Can anyone explain to me what is happening please? I can’t access my account or live chat. Been 7 days now. I get email reminders telling me my contract is nearly up but the links to the id website don’t load. I’ve tried incognito browsing but still can’t get anywhere.Thanks

No Service After Port-in

HI Folks,   I have just joined ID from EE and so requested my PAC code from EE to transfer my number. The problem I am having is that it would appear that my number on my phone has been updated but my screen shows “NO SIM / NO SERVICE” and it would appear that I have indeed lost the network as I cannot get any phone or text service and I have lost mobile data.The Pac request was placed Saturday with transfer on Tuesday and as I stated earlier it would aooear to have gone through as my old EE phone has gone off.I have tried the usual switch off/on, reseated and wiped the sim but still no luck, I even went into Currys and they just said it might take a while, but it has been 32 hours now and its getting ridiculous.I have tried loggin on to ID mobile but when I tried to register they wanted to send me a code through to my phone which I cannot get messages on. Any help or ideas would be most welcome .

incorrect data plan after ID mobile app updated

After ID mobile app is recently updated by the company, my sim data plan changed by ID from 120GB to 1.5 GB.  My contract is a sim only 120 GB data unlimited calls and voicemails each month until Aug 2024. Can ID staff please rectify the errors?

Hi I missed a payment yesterday but paid it today around 11am it’s now 10pm and my account hasn’t been re-activated I’ve turn my phone off and on I even took out the SIM card and put it back in but nothing works sadly and it is frustrating as I just moved home and got no WiFi here

My dad recently lost his phone and has tried to get a replacement sim with no luck. We have tried to set up an online account which he now has but cant add his number as it tries to text it and we don’t have access. is there any other way to connect his number to the account,

RCS Chat Samsung Flip 5

I switched to ID mobile about 2 weeks ago and my number switched over however when I send a text message the number that appears on the receivers side is not my number but a temporary one. I have tried toggling RCS in message settings and verify my number however this has not worked. Thanks.

I need to cancel an old phone (my youngest sons) but dont have the number and its not been used for over a year.

I was paying for my sons ID Mobile phone by direct debit. He left home for university 2 years ago and has since replaced his phone with a new one that he pays for himself. I recently noticed that Im still paying the monthly tariff so obviously i want to discontinue.I cant cancel the contract on line as once i have entered the old number, a text is sent to that phone, which is no longer in use.So i cancelled the Direct Debit but today received a final warning telling me to pay up (or else)There doesn't seem to be any phone numbers that i can speak to someone about this.HOW do I legitimately cancel this phone please? The contract shouldve rtun out over 12 months ago.
