    Foreigner having trouble with IDMobile number

    So I am from the UK, fully British. However I was born and raised in Thailand (Asia) my whole life. I'm over for about a month now to visit my grandparents and wanted to get a temporary tourist phone number going like I did last year. However this time I was handed a sim card from IDMobile for free and told to handle the rest online. The problem I'm having is that whenever I try to purchase a plan or whatnot, I have to submit a UK phone number which I can't do because- I don't have a UK phone number? That was the whole point of me getting a sim card. I hear people talk about an app but I looked on Google Play which just says it's not available in my region seeing as I have an asian phone. (Oppo Find N3). I would just like some guidance and help regarding getting a new phone number without the app or an hassle online. I want to pay for a sim card and get the data and calls.

    My Samsung S25 won’t connect to Internet. It is fine in Wi-Fi, but when I am out of a Wi-Fi zone it says no Network connection available. I have plenty of Data. I have tried all the on line advice, including conneting and reconnecting, resetting ‘Access Point Names’ and adding Network details agin. Nothing seems to work. Very frustrating. Not sure if this a Phone issue, Network issue or Sim issue?

    HELP FROM ID NEEDED NEW CONTRACT BUT NO SIM SENT WITH PHONE

    Hi, I have taken out a new contract and the phone has been received but no SIM card has been posted out to me. I am unable to make an ID account online due to not have the sim to be able to add the number to the online account. ID please contact me ASAP to resolve as I need a SIM to use my new phone contract I am paying for! Not a good start to using ID after switching from another provider I’ve used for years!     SIM Hijacked – No Service, Accounts Hacked – URGENT Help Needed

    Hi, I’m honestly really disappointed and frustrated right now. I think my SIM has been hijacked and I urgently need help. My phone suddenly lost service — no calls, no texts, nothing. I’ve tried restarting, checking coverage, switching phones — nothing works… until I put someone else’s SIM in, and it’s totally fine. So it’s clearly not my phone — it’s the SIM/number. Since this happened, I’ve been locked out of my Google account, and I just found out that my PayPal has been hacked. There are now attempts to access my bank and I’m pretty sure whoever did this used my phone number for 2FA codes!! I didn’t get any alert, no notification, nothing. If someone was able to swap or transfer my number without my permission, that’s a serious security issue on your end. I need to know if a SIM swap or porting request was made, and if so, how that got approved. I want my number secured ASAP or reissued to me, and I want a PIN/password put on my account so this never happens again. This has caused

    4G issues across Europe

    Over the past year and a half using ID mobile I have traveled across France Italy Greece and Spain, often staying within central cities and across this time the 4G network has NEVER worked. I have continually checked the network, changed different options of network, checked data roaming etc and the data never works. this is extremely disappointing and to see that ID are increasing fares when the phone cannot even be used abroad if appalling. Having previously been with Vodafone I never had an issue with this for years. Please can someone share how this can be resolved or look into this. Are others facing this or is this a singular problem? Either way I would appreciate it being resolved ASAP before the summer as I will once again be left without any data.
