    No signal is appaling. new customer. new sim, problem with sim card?

    I'm a new ID customer only had it 6 days, coming across from EE. Much more expensive but constant 4G signal. Despite the Three network coverage saying I would get l good indoor and outdoor signal at home, it's really really not. I get a symbol saying H or H+. This is disgusting. The price i pay for this is not acceptable. My postcode stated good inside and out. My partner who is also has id mobile soesnt have any of these problems hers is constantly 4G. I have put the phones next to each other and she has a signal and i dont. I have a brand new Samsung S24 plus and yet appalling signal. Could it be the sim card considering my partner has absolutely no issues with signal? Can I get another sim card in case this is faulty? It's not workable at the moment. Thanks Dan.

    Sim only Contract ended, but can't cancel plan

    Tried to cancel sim only contract as this has come to an end. I had no response so cancelled the direct debit. Then got an email wanting to know why I’d cancelled and how this would affect my credit rating!!!! I can’t cancel my contract because I don’t know what my phone no is . I have used this sim for data only and apparently my tablet doesn’t know my phone no either so I can’t get into my account to cancel it. Any idea’s would be welcome.

    Brand new phone, brand new SIM....Emergency Calls only

    Hi all….I have a brand new IDMobile SIM which I have put into my brand new Nokia 106. When the SIM registers, the phone shows “Emergency Calls” and I can’t receive or make any calls/texts, etc. Have tried SIM in both slots of the phone and it’s the same issue. Can’t test SIM in another phone as the 106 takes a Standard SIM size and all my other phones are Nano

    Switching from an E sim to a physical sim

    I've been given a physical ID mobile simcard from a curry's store. The issue I'm having is that i wish to swap from E sim to a physical sim. How can i do this. I used to have an s22 running an E sim, but I've recently upgraded and now have an S24 ultra. I wish to have a physically simcard as i need the e sim for foreign network and you can't run two e sims simultaneously. I would have the following Physical simcard And e sim Does anyone know how to transfer my number from an e sim to this physical plastic sim i have Thanks

    new phone but the sim isnt working

    I’ve purchased a iPhone 14 Pro Max and my number won’t connect to the phone, I’ve tried everything that Apple have suggested but the number is still unavailable after 2 days of having the sim in my phone. My data is working however calls and texts are being done over my email address - any ideas on how I can fix

    Identical Phone with the same SIM doesn't have a voLTE option

    I own a J3 2017. It has always been able to use voLTE. Recently, it’s microphone broke and I replaced it with an identical model. Same software version, identical hardware. I moved my SIM from the old phone to the new, but the new one does not have a voLTE option. If I put my SIM back into the old phone, the voLTE option is still there. The only difference I could find between the two phones was in the iD Internet access point, under the Access Point Names menu. The new phone (voLTE unavailable) has all the options unlocked, and I can edit them. The old phone (voLTE available) has all the options greyed out and I can edit nothing. If someone could explain to me how to get voLTE enabled on my replacement phone, I would be grateful.

    New phone sim wont connect

    Got a new pixel 8a and inserted the sim and there is no connection (no service). It recognises as ID mobile but wont connect. Tried with another device and same issue so it seems to be the sim not the phone. Tried restarting, putting into airplane mode for 30s, cleaning the sim and none work.
