In my welcome letter there is no id number and I can’t do the switch! Are we you going send it to me later?

Sorry to bother you, but I’m a touch confused. I clocked your colleague’s Facebook reply to someone from a couple of days ago (attached), and it seems at odds with what’s stated on your website (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/vodafone-three-merger). Could you please shed some light on this?

Anyone had called ID for upgrade only to find that they requested personal bank card details and three digit security code though direct debit  Also sent a 6 digit code via email and asked to read the  code which on email it says they never ask for the code.

I have moved from ID but can’t download my final bill. all i get is an error message every time. can someone please help with this, so that i can pay it!!

Hi, I bought an ID mobile plan and then had to go abroad for a few weeks so I couldn’t port my number. I can’t get a PAC code now but would like to keep my old number. Is there any way I can do this?

Hi. I've upgraded my phone and currently waiting on the handset. It said my new plan should be active on my app within 24 hours. It's now been a few days and still nothing has changed. I've checked my spam etc and logged on and off twice. Now what? 

Recently whilst travelling on a ferry between Hull (UK) and Rotterdam (Netherlands), and whilst my phone was inside an inside cabin on the ferry, i.e. within a giant Faraday Cage, my account was debited for £10 worldwide Roaming charge - £10 being the cap value I had established. This was at the time when my phone had “No Service” and i was asleep overnight.The ferry route from the UK to Netherlands would not have allowed the phone to “see” any cell towers in non EU countries, indeed the Faraday Cage would have prevented the phone from seeing anything.Why then have I been charged this additional £10?James8

So I was due to upgrade my phone,so I went with carphone warehouse  and upgraded,I choose to keep existing  number..After picking up the phone,I was sent the contract summarythe next day my old phone cant make call,texts and no Internet as i have not put my sim in new phone but can still receive calls.when.i make a call it says i have reached my cap limit but my plan is unlimited everything..... I've tried calling id mobile n they have told me they would call me back n nothing..

How to find price of this months phone bill 

I’ve managed to log into my ID account on the website , I’m now trying to log into the app ,  where I’m told to add my ID mobile number and DOB and second name , when I do this I’m told my details don’t match ? Need to log in asap as I’m trying to move an old number to this new contract .

I had my number ported across to the id SIM. RCS messaging still shows as the original id number. I've tried uninstalling the app, clearing cache, unregistering the original id number from my Google account, pretty much everything that I've seen suggested online, to no avail. When I click to verify my number and add by ported number, it comes up saying RCS messaging isn't available on this device even though it does work on the original id mobile number.  Any ideas?  Thanks 

I have already bought my ID mobile contract and got my SIM card in the post. Is it possible to switch my number over after this and if so how can I do it?

 How to use my phone  Abroad within the EU. I went Brussels recently was not able to use my phone without connecting to Wi-Fi. Why is this so? 

Always used a 4g router. But now want to just use my phone on tethering. Does anyone have experience of the speed comparison between the 2 please?

I can’t get 4/5g when overseas.  The id instructions say to go to “mobile services” on my phone but this doesn’t exist? 

I get an error message when adding surname, dob and mobile number online and on the app - is there a fix for this?

All incoming calls are being sent to voicemail. My phone doesn’t ring at all. I have an iPhone. Call Forwarding is off, Focus is off, Live Voicemail is off, Silence Unknown Callers is off, but WiFi Calling is on. iPhone updated to latest iOS, but didn’t help. Adjusting the ringing timer via shortcode didn’t work either. Restarting the iPhone, or enabling then disabling Airplane Mode solves the issue, but not permanently. What works permanently is if WiFi Calling is switched off. Why is this the case? What is iD Mobile doing to fix this issue? Me and both my parents are on iD Mobile, and I’m the reason they switched to iD Mobile from O2 with whom they never experienced the issue. Now I’m embarrassed because they keep missing important calls such as from their GPs when they’re at home. And isn’t WiFi calling supposed to help you stay connected for when the mobile signal is weak? 

Hii transferred my number over to ID yesterday. Since then I’ve been unable to receive calls and messages.  I’ve left it till after 10pm just in case but this morning I have the same issue.  I need to be able to receive calls and messages for 2 factor security. Which I currently can’t do.  I’ve seen previous streams with these issues. Just not sure what to do next ?

I did the enhanced trade in for the extra 50 when i got a iphone 17 pro. I’ve gotten the 275 for the phone few weeks ago but still have yet to get the promo money. How do i chase this up?
