    I can't use my mobile data (4G/5G) on my SIM. What should I do?

    If you can’t use your mobile data on your phone, follow these steps to get back on track: What do I need to do?     Mobile data doesn’t work 99% of the time

    Been with Id mobile since November and my mobile data has never worked, maybe had 3 days of decent service the whole time, i contacted Id mobile when i first got my phone about this issue but it was never escalated or resolved, which resulted in a formal complaint. Nearly a year on and my phone still doesn’t work without wifi connection. Any advice as i’m sick of paying £50 p/m for a phone that doesn’t work??!

    Hi :) I have joined iD mobile yesterday. It was very easy, number was transferred across no problem. .. But, my mobile data does not work. I've tried everything: restart phone, re-insert SIM, check my settings, APN, everything but still doesn't work . When I call someone it uses WiFi calling... Not the network. For example when I leave the house my phone won't allow me to make calls. It is showing full bars, but no connection. Please please help me if your can, I want to stay with iD but I need to solve this issue. Thank you

    Mobile data hacked and no way to get help from iD

    My latest bill was £68, normally £22 for the last 11 months, and my data usage is 97gb - normally 2gb. My phone as well if showing 2gb used. I and sure someone is hijacking my data. Last month my PAC code was hacked and I got a new SIM, so I suspect they have found a way to use my data. But I cannot reach id to ask for help. Live chat had a queue of 113 minutes all day and kept cutting out every time my screen went to screen saver. I have changed passwords, run play protection in the Google app store but can't seem to stop it. Help please, someone.

    Mobile Data Problem

    Hi I am supposed to have unlimited data but my iPhone 14 will only connect using 3G. 4g is hopeless only shows one bar and nothing will load. 5g is few and far between. works perfectly on 3G but unfortunately I’m not able to manually select it so just have to wait for it to ‘kick in’. This can’t be right can it? regards John
