I have had problems since changing to ID & eventually lost the ability to make or receive calls about 2 weeks ago. I’ve been on the app & tried everything suggested to no avail. Today I went into Curry’s to be told the problem is with ID & lots of people have been going in asking them. 1. Why have they not informed us? 2 why are they still taking payment & not providing agreed service. 3 I am a carer & need my clients need to be able to contact me urgently so would like to leave.
