    Missing promotional trade in

    I signed up for 2 pixel phones in april , i received the trade in for the pixel 7s i traded in. So far i am missing the 200 promotional credit for both trade ins. Contacting support has resulted in radio silence. Is there anyone can help.

    breach of contract

    I have had problems since changing to ID & eventually lost the ability to make or receive calls about 2 weeks ago. I’ve been on the app & tried everything suggested to no avail. Today I went into Curry’s to be told the problem is with ID & lots of people have been going in asking them. 1. Why have they not informed us? 2 why are they still taking payment & not providing agreed service. 3 I am a carer & need my clients need to be able to contact me urgently so would like to leave. Are ID in breach of contract?

    Order not going through with Carphone Warehouse

    Hi, I'm trying to order the Pixel 9 with the Pixel Buds Pro 2 promo contract through Carphone Warehouse but it keeps getting rejected with the following message: "The order you placed through www.carphonewarehouse.com has been accepted by the iD Mobile network, however not for the chosen handset and tariff combination that you have ordered. The iD Mobile network would be willing at this time to offer you one of their great sim only packages." Is this an issue on my side or a CPW issue? Thanks.

    Hi I have pre-ordered the hazel pixel 9 pro 256gb and checked with live chat when estimated delivery is end of October. Has anyone else been told this? Other network providers are saying mid September and when I placed the order ID mobiles website it stated that too, don't want to wait that long as it seems other people are getting them sooner. Any help me much appreciated 👍

    Where's my buds?

    I bought a pixel pro 9 that was sold with free ear buds but after receiving the phone there's no mention of the buds. Has anyone else had this problem? I was expecting a code or forms to fill out but I haven't received anything at all. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

    Not received my Enhanced Trade In amount

    I completed the online form to activated the enhanced trade in and followed all the terms and conditions. I received my original trade in amount of £10 no problem, however, the enhanced trade in amount of £150 never arrived. I have been chasing this with TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk for two months and getting no where. They have asked for additional information, which I have provided. Then someone else picks up the enquiry, asks for the same information or doesn’t read my enquiry in full and states the £10 has been sent. I am waiting on the £150!! This is ridiculous! Can anyone help?

    eSIM for WhatsApp Business Account and Phone use

I'm interested in a pay-monthly eSIM contract to use as a number for my WhatsApp Business Account, to send messages etc. Is this possible with this type of eSIM account? 2. My mobile, Google Pixel 8a, does support eSIMs but only has an EID set for SIM slot 1. My current personal number is on a EE pay monthly standard SIM in slot 1. I'm assuming that I would have to move the EE SIM to slot 2 then install the eSIM into Slot 1. If this is the case, will it cause issues with me taking and receiving calls with my Personal SIM in slot 2?

    24/7 chat bot, return of horrible phone

    I have had the Google pixel 9 pro xl for 24 hours, well within my 14 day cooling off period, it is a pile of poo, hate it, I have a Xiaomi 12t pro and it beats it hands down, I can't get a chat bot or anyone to speak to me, ID when working are the bomb but I stuck with them as never had any problems on my SIM only, now I do, no-one available to help me, not even their 24/7 robot… Can anyone help with a number to call or link to speak to an actual person please.… P.s. don't buy the pixel pro, it truly sucks, hype is all it is...12t charges 0-100% 17 mins and lasts 2 days, this turkey is on charge 2 in 24 hours and the cameras are pants too!     Call forwarding/Call divert is not working?

    Hello, I did some research on iD mobile, and read here, here and here that call forwarding/divert is supported. So I signed up today! However, I cannot get call forwarding to work at all. I am using a Google Pixel 6a, with this month’s software update. I am using an iD mobile eSim. WiFi calling is working, and I have setup voicemail. I can make and receive calls OK, and get 4G/LTE coverage at my location. I’m trying to enable call divert by: Opening the android dialer (phone icon). Opening Call forwarding menu ( Menu icon > Settings > Calling accounts > iDmobile > Call forwarding. The phone briefly shows “Reading settings...” and then shows a forwarding number for ‘Always forward’, ‘When busy’, ‘When unanswered’ and ‘When unreachable’. The number shown ends in 123 (voicemail?) for all options except ‘Always forward’, which shows as ‘off’. I select ‘Always forward’ and enter a phone number (a UK mobile number in the format +44xxxxxxxxxx) and select ‘Turn on’. The phone shows “Reading se

    I’m looking at upgrading to the Pixel 9 Pro, which has an offer to get an additional £200 value when you trade-in an old phone. This offer runs from 14/08/24 - 05/09/24, but the pre-order date for the Pixel 9 Pro is 18/9/24. Does this mean I would have to trade in my current handset before I get the new one in order to get the trade-in offer? Thanks for your help!
