Hi please can you help me I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now and I’ve been struggling with work at the moment could you please put my phone line back on until next months bill and I’ll pay it up in full many thanks Ian

I receive texts and network calls when I am connected to WiFi only and I am not able to comment to my data. Yet outside of wifi connection my phone shows only emergency calls with no network coverage nor data. Why is this happening despite having unlimited mins and calls and 100gb of data

Hey all, on holiday in Spain for a few weeks with my kids. Mobile roaming isn’t working at all - it’s switched on, on my iPhone and on ID Mobile app but nothing. have manually changed networks and tried orange and Vodafone but this doesn’t seem to do anything.  I didn’t get a rate advice text when I landed and the internet worked for the first hour but not at all now. When I try and use the internet I get a PDP Authentication error message pop up and no internet - can only use on WiFi. any help would be greatly appreciated. Kids can’t get hold of me if they are out and about and I can’t get in contact with them which isn’t going to work

My payment plan started charging me more that initially agreed in April 2026, I have only now looked back but I have been charged more every month since then. Why is this

I need a SIM card

I can make calls to landlines, iPhones and via WhatsApp, but I’m unable to call UK mobile numbers directly. My phone displays “Calling…”, but the call doesn’t connect and there’s no dial tone.

I have never had access to my voicemail and I’m wanting this fixed please

Which proof of purchase do i use to claim the cashback for the Samsung s26 ultra

Hi, my daughter has a pay monthly sim only at the moment.  Isnit possible to upgrade to a phone and keep her number? Also it will be a Christmas gift, donu know if there will be any gifts with watch etc available around Christmas time?

With the release of iOS 27, Apple introduced the iPhone hand-off feature. I know EE in the UK are planning on bringing it to the UK. Does iD have any plans to do this?

Ever since I received the phone, I didn't believe that the quality was up to standard. My sister has exactly the same phone and her screen quality camera quality signal is so much better than mine. My colors on the camera are all dull and seem in a gray scale, everything is slightly pixelated. My brightness isn't great. I have also compared it with another colleague at work who has the same phone and his phone is a lot better quality as well. I have tried restoring the phone, resetting it back to factory settings. I have tried altering and unaltering camera settings but nothing seems to work. I have used all updates and this hasn't resolved anything either

I need to type my PUK number every time I start my phone with this new SIM card. This happened before and this is a replacement card but the same error occurs

I received an email saying my eSIM is activated (I transferred from one phone company to this, with the same phone number) but I still have no service and can’t login to my account.

How do I get my money back on a bill I didn’t need to pay?

I wish to purchase ANOTHER sim: same plan new phone. Yes i need 2 phones. 12345678910111213141516

Hi could you please let me know why the 118118 numbers are still.be allowed through despite me not enabling the premium numbers.

Just upgraded. There was an offer on for £250 cashback. How do you claim the cashback?

Hi,I got an ID Mobile eSIM a couple of weeks ago, and added it to my iPhone 15 Pro Max.The phone already has 2 other active SIMs in it:Plan.com eSIM which uses O2 network (my work line), and has its own APN settings.Lebrara UK  physical SIM (with its own APN settings) which provides a good data signal in one or two areas that are poorly served by other networks. My personal number is associated with this line currently.I got the ID Mobile eSIM as a potential replacement for the Lebara SIM as my primary personal line (apthough I’d like to keep the lebara one for its coverage in a few black spots).I am mainly testing the phone in my home, which has a reasonably good signal for all 3 networks - ID mobile shows 2 or 3 bars and 5G data available - phone and SMS work just fine.On the rare occasion that I can get data to work with the ID mobile eIM, the connection around my home seems to give around 150 Mbps download and about 5 Mbps upload speed. However, I can very rarely get data to work, o

If you get declined for a phone do you still get a welcome pack

I've done the usual resetting things without success

Hi, I have recently started to use id mobile sim for my wife, most of the time people can not call her no network and she never has network at home, really frustrated

Hi my postcode is WR15 8NA and my 4G signal and data response is shocking I cannot make calls on 4G the status checker says there is issues - what is the issue and how long will this last for - the search of browser is slow and not acceptable that I cannot make a call at all and the service I am paying for is not working

My email is wrong how can I correct it

Ive just upgraded my device and when i was upgrading i chose the plan which included  the google buds 2 with my contract. Just wondered when they will get here because i haven't heard anything in my emails or anything.
