Is anyone else getting the message “Ooops, something went wrong. Try again” consistently on the ID Mobile website?

What's the problem with ID yesterday and today if I am not in wi fi covered I can't make any calls as well receiving. Same happened last week. Why do we pay?

I'm so sick of ID mobile, it's every few months full days at a time i can't make or receive calls or texts or use my mobile data! Which maybe wouldn't matter if I just sat inside all day but some people have to work! Yesterday I missed a work booking & the school couldn't get hold of me to tell me my daughter had an after school detention she has no safe way home so needs picking up! It's becoming a real problem and we're not even offered some kinda of reduced payment for all these outages, just oh sorry we know you're paying for this but some days you can't use it and thats that!

Not been able to make a call for hours now Also cannot login to myidmobile, just get blank page. Used multiple browsers on different PCs - same result. WHY?

Hi I'm really worried now cause I cant seem to get a fix for this. The only thing I can think of is I got a new handset not long ago but now I cant receive OTP from any of my banks. Ive just entered a new 2 year contract with ID so its not like I can cancel and change my Network. I cant do any banking right now so any help is appreciated

I want to upgrade my contract but I can see an offer the new customers. It’s better than the ones I’ve been offered. Do I have to wait for my contract to expire to get this better deal or can it be done as an upgrade?

Can I change my sim in my phone to an esim as it is not showing that it is in my phone. Since yesterday with all of the network problems and I still can not .ake any calls or recieve them other than on WhatsApp. It is saying there is no network or sim in my phone. I have removed it and put it back in but no luck it still isn't working

Hi all. I’m still caught up in this outage BUT my physical Sim seems to be completely missing from my phone, is this the same as everyone else? The phone is a Pixel 6, and when I check the main Network and Internet Settings no SIM at all is listed and the phone is asking me to ‘Add a Network’. The ‘settings’ tab in the Call app itself are blank on the’Make and Recieve calls’ tab. No icon for a network at all and a the home screen just says ‘No Service’ I’ve restarted the phone, turned Airplane mode on and off, etc etc. The physical sim is still in the phone Is this just part of the outage or has my SIM/phone died at the same time? Anythoughts on what to do next?

There appears to be an outage going on for the last 3 days or so in RH16 area. This is acknowledged on the iD site, but please can anyone advise roughly how long it’s expected to last and if there will be compensation?

Welcome to 2025, where even my toaster has better signal than ID Mobile. 99% of the time you’re blessed with either no network, no internet, or a magical combination of both. Their app? Oh, a true masterpiece of digital garbage – slow, buggy, and refuses to let you top-up or buy a plan when you actually need it. But don’t worry – you wouldn’t get service anyway even if it did work. Let’s talk about customer service – or rather, a collective of confused people who have no clue what their own company even offers. Every single time I walk into a store and ask for a simple PAYG top-up, the staff stare at me like I just asked them to explain quantum physics. “We don’t offer that service,” they say... while I’ve been using it for SIX YEARS. It’s like they’re working for a company they’ve never even heard of. And online payments? LOL. Try praying to the gods, it might work faster. For at least three years, topping up online has been a complete joke. And nobody gives a damn. Currently, my plan is supposedly active until June 28th – at least according to their stupid app – but guess what? It expired a week ago. No data, no calls, and NO WAY to fix it because the app blocks me from topping up, thinking I still have a plan running. Last month, I added £20 to get the unlimited plan. The app refused to let me buy it until the current plan expired. But instead of warning me when it did, the system sneakily started eating up my credit, bit by bit, for God knows what. Boom – £20 gone. Had to top-up AGAIN just to function like a normal human being. And here’s the cherry on top: I’m 100% sure they have access to every single customer chat log, so they can easily check how many times I personally have contacted them with the exact same issues over and over again. But do they care? Of course not. Even now, their useless chatbot kicks me out of the queue before I can even speak to a real human being. It’s like their entire system is designed to frustrate and ignore you until you give up. Avoid this company like the plague.

I have asked many times for proof of purchase for my sons new phone so I can insure it but no one at id will help me I keep getting told different stories. Please help.

Still unable to make calls when is the going to be sorted out???

Hi All Following issues with the service of the last few days I haven't been able to make & recieve calls like many. ID Mobile have confirmed that these issues should now be resolved & like they have directed, I have switched my phone off and back on again. However, the same issues still apply.....still unable to make and recieve calls. Any other ideas on this as I'm finding it difficult to find to contact ID directly. Thanks

I switched to ID on 20 June and provided a PAC code to port my number in. Everything in the settings appears to indicate this has successfully taken place. However I’m unable to make or receive calls or text messages. When someone calls my number, it appears to connect from their phone and eventually goes to answer phone. But there is nothing coming through to my phone, ie it’s not ringing and there’s no missed call. I am unable to make any outgoing calls.

I keep checking the status and it says mobile data is working but mine isn't, says 7777 is working but I can't call it....I was trying to pay my bill which was due today when I first noticed any issues but I can't pay it because well nothing is available.

The state of this today not been able to hear my girlfriends voice all day or a moan cause of this today I’m sick to the ground of it 🤦‍♂️so get it sorted thank you Frankie and Daisy
