With the release of iOS 27, Apple introduced the iPhone hand-off feature. I know EE in the UK are planning on bringing it to the UK. Does iD have any plans to do this?

I need to type my PUK number every time I start my phone with this new SIM card. This happened before and this is a replacement card but the same error occurs

I received an email saying my eSIM is activated (I transferred from one phone company to this, with the same phone number) but I still have no service and can’t login to my account.

Hi,I got an ID Mobile eSIM a couple of weeks ago, and added it to my iPhone 15 Pro Max.The phone already has 2 other active SIMs in it:Plan.com eSIM which uses O2 network (my work line), and has its own APN settings.Lebrara UK  physical SIM (with its own APN settings) which provides a good data signal in one or two areas that are poorly served by other networks. My personal number is associated with this line currently.I got the ID Mobile eSIM as a potential replacement for the Lebara SIM as my primary personal line (apthough I’d like to keep the lebara one for its coverage in a few black spots).I am mainly testing the phone in my home, which has a reasonably good signal for all 3 networks - ID mobile shows 2 or 3 bars and 5G data available - phone and SMS work just fine.On the rare occasion that I can get data to work with the ID mobile eIM, the connection around my home seems to give around 150 Mbps download and about 5 Mbps upload speed.However, I can very rarely get data to work, o

Hi my postcode is WR15 8NA and my 4G signal and data response is shocking I cannot make calls on 4G the status checker says there is issues - what is the issue and how long will this last for - the search of browser is slow and not acceptable that I cannot make a call at all and the service I am paying for is not working 

My email is wrong how can I correct it 

Ive just upgraded my device and when i was upgrading i chose the plan which included  the google buds 2 with my contract. Just wondered when they will get here because i haven't heard anything in my emails or anything.

Could you please send me a purchase invoice for my new phone so I can claim the pixel buds please.

I’m hoping an iD Mobile staff member can help me check something with my account.I previously had a 1-month plan which has now ended. I have also since taken out a monthly plan for £8 per month, which I am still using and paying for normally.However, I have recently received a payment email from iD Mobile, and the phone number mentioned in the email is not my phone number.I’m therefore concerned that there may be a system or account-linking error, and that my email address may have been incorrectly associated with another customer's phone number/account.Could you please check whether this is a billing/system error and confirm whether the payment request is actually related to my account?I have not made any payment for this additional charge because I want to confirm the details first.I can provide my account details via private message if required.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?Thanks.

I have my own account with ID MOBILE but I also signed grandad up and I can’t remember his login details and he’s passed away and have no access to his phone to know the number but his account is debited from my account every month.  I need to speak to someone about cancelling this as it’s going out every month with mine and no one is using it.

Hi, my iPhone isn’t roaming in Germany but recently was working in Italy. I have tried to turn on and off a few times and failed to work all day yesterday. 

How can I transfer my old number to my new ID Mobile SIM? I have an existing number with ID Mobile that I want to keep. I recently upgraded my SIM to get more data, but ID Mobile has given me a new number. My old number still appears in the ID Mobile app, but the old account seems to have been dissolved, so I can no longer make calls or send texts from the old number, or obtain a PAC code. The new SIM and number are working fine. I simply want to transfer my old number onto this new SIM/plan. What is the correct way to do this, given that I can’t obtain a PAC code from the old account?

I have recently moved to the UK from another country and I wanted to get an iD Mobile sim-only plan because my friend recommended it to me, but ordering a sim card online requires a pre-existing UK phone number “for delivery updates” and 3+ years of UK address history for a credit check. Obviously I don’t have a UK phone number yet, that’s why I’m trying to get a UK phone plan. I also don’t have 3 years of UK address history, I just moved here last week.Are iD mobile plans only available for people who have already been living in the UK for 3+ years, or is there some way around this?

Anyone else had a fake iPhone 18 pro sent to them? Been 3 weeks with no resolution, constantly told 6 working days, another 6 another 6, not allowed to cancel the contract, and they won’t send out replacement phone!

Why does id mobile have such poor coverage, everyday without fail im having signal issues on my daily travels. 

Me and my wife recently brough 2 contracts from ID. one for an Iphone 16 and one for an Iphone 17. Today we received both phones. I found it odd that both orders where wrong even though they where separate. The phone looked fake straight out of the box. It seemed off. When I turned them both on and searched the files I discovered that the Iphones where androids and not real! They have fake software installed etc. Fake functions the lot!  Do not trust ID at all! In 2 minds on weather the police can do anything about it!

 i have had an ID mobile contract since 2024.rather than choosing to upgrade to a new device at the end of the 24 month period, i ‘upgraded’ to a sim only plan.At least I thought that’s what happened using the website I chose a new contract which was at a price that suited me with the right amount of usage. Turned out after the event that it was in fact not an upgrade but a whole additional contract! I immediately spoke with the live chat who promised to cancel it. A short time later I realised that money had come out of my account for this additional line. Again I spoke to live chat who had no record of the cancellation request. It was apparently sorted but I was still out of pocket. recently I can see that my line rental for the ‘upgrade’ on the original account I have had since 2024 is showing as more than it was during the 24 month contract and certainly does not reflect the sim only plan price.  these practices are either incompetent or deceitful.
