Hello... I bought new mobile phone and want to insure it. The insure company wants me to register it with my network provider which ID is. How can I do it?

hasn't worked properly for over six months I am paying over £30 a month and getting no data and very poor service with seemingly zero support. Can I please get some genuine support

Hi, I'm not able to get call forwarding working. I have an Asus zenphone 10, on Android 14. I've navigated to the correct settings. I click on the option for call forwarding and then it takes me to a screen to choose my SIM. When I click on the SIM it takes me to the call forwarding options, which are all greyed out, and there is a pop-up at the bottom of the screen which says reading settings, it just stays there and nothing happens. I think occasionally there is an error message. Please The photo attached, this is what I'm seeing. I've tried very solutions put forward on chat and they've been unsuccessful. One was to enable my mailbox which I have done. Any help getting this to work would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I am being charged for a phone ending in 0395 but I do not have a phone with that number, my old phone does not have a SIM card and I transferred my number to my new phone when I upgraded in December. Can you clear up what is going on for me?

Hi, Ive tried 3 times now to transfer my old mobile number using my PAC code however every time it sends me the text saying it will switch by a certain date but it still hasn’t switched. This is the message I get when I put in my details again just now. ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.’

Just purchased a new sim only contract, been sent the eSIM details, activated it and there’s no damn phone number to it?!

Will my iPhone X be compatible with sim only deal as currently with o2 and thinking of switching but it’s not on the list.

I have previously had an ID mobile pay monthly sim only contract. I have just purchased a new 24 month contract with ID mobile again and I was not prompted to enter my PAC code. My new phone has been delivered and I’m not sure how to transfer my old number over to my new sim?

I recently switched phones and also switched to ID Mobile, when I went to set up all of my banking apps I was asked to enter a verification code that was sent to my number but no verification codes were coming through. I can still send and receive messages from other people. I was wondering if there was any fix to this. Thanks.

Hello I hv recently set up a contract with you and transferred my number across but I don’t think j the transfer has completed properly! I’m having trouble sending some text msgs and when asking a friend for help today it appears my correct number is working in somethings but the number given to the phone is showing on others! My friend sent me a txt msg which I received but when I replied it showed the number given with the phone! Also if you check my number under settings it is incorrect. It seems like the transfer has not completed properly fully. The correct number should be.... The number given with the phone was... Pls can you help?

I've come across from O2 to iDmobile and requested a PAC code from O2 so I could keep my number. I've received texts from iDmobile to say everything's up and running but I can't make/receive calls or texts except when connected to wifi. I have had 2 very long and ultimately frustrating episodes on the online chat support app today which didn't fix the issue. I've been into a curry's store this evening and they set me up with a physical SIM which has been activated (I was previously on an esim) but it has made no difference. I really need to be contactable currently as I have a close family member who is very ill and I need to be contactable. So far I have reset the network multiple times, restarted the phone each time I reset the network. Had Airplane mode on and off and had the phone turned off for hours at a time. No e of this has made the slightest difference. I've tried my wife's business sim from O2 and this works, so I think the phone works. I'd be grateful if anyone could help me resolve this issue, please

I changed my number when I moved to ID but whatsapp will not let me change the number. I have now spent days on this and gone round in circles with the whatsapp live chat. It is not really a live chat but a set of automatic answers sent that do not solve the issue. I have tried countless times changed all sorts of settings, deleted whats app then tried to start again but all I am getting now are messages that there is suspicious activity going on. I do have 2 telephone numbers in the US to try but I am finding the whole thing upsetting and time wasting. Anybody have any other advice?

My iPhone 16 is having issues with taking and making phone calls. I have to switch it off and back on for it to work, but I am having to do this 6-7 times a day, and missing important calls

I have had my iPhone 13 (bought on a plan with ID) for about a month and I am suddenly unable to plug a charger into the charging port. It looks like 2 metal pins are sticking out into the port and no charger will fit. This happened out of nowhere, not following a drop of my phone or anything. The issue is not fluff or debris. Why is this happening on a brand new phone? I am not happy about this and would expect to be sent a replacement. in addition to this, since swapping to ID mobile, my phone cannot send SMS messages and it seems to be affecting my WiFi which seems very strange to me as WiFi is separate and with a different provider but it has only happened since getting my new phone. I was not going to get in touch just yet about these matters as I have been managing but since I have now also got a problem with my physical phone I am even less impressed and require support with this. Hi Im not receiving text messages on my Samsung 25, I've done everything I've read on the site. If I change to RCS chst it appears to work fine. Once I turn RCS off, they receive my text but I don't receive anything back

My payments for my phone will be complete next month and I am not planning on upgrading until later in the year. I plan to move to a SIM only plan. What do I need to do for this. Currently I am only offered phone upgrade plans that I do not want.

Since moving to ID mobile, my phone drops the call before I get through to the answerphone on my mum’s landline. Also when ringing numbers at my workplace (in a hospital), it rings off before someone can get to the phone to answer it. Can I extend the ring time for outward calls?

I joined id mobile in September and I now seem to have x2 numbers coming up on my sim…. people I message are receiving texts off me from both numbers but there is no consistency when it comes to which number they will receive anything from. Separately, it seems I am having issues receiving texts and calls through as I’m only sometimes able to receive them. I’m not having any luck with your chat option as it isn’t understanding the issue / questions that I’m raising. Can anyone help with this?
