App says my plan is disconnected

I use my mobile for business calls every single day, and my 50 mile each way journey is the same route, using some of the busiest roads in the country (M4 between junctions 12 - 10 & other nearby major routes)...yet for 90% of the journey I cannot use my phone due to the horrendous signal failure that results in me having to keep ringing people back time and time again - it's embarrassing, unprofessional and I end up losing over 2 hours of valuable time per day. I have tried every option available of advice given, and nothing is working, and i am at the point of jacking in this contract with iD and going to another network that's going to give me better and more reliable signal, because I cannot afford to be losing out on work due to this. How can I get out of my contract? Because iD is not providing me with the service I need.

I have a new iPhone13 and I wish to change the number of times that it rings before switching to voicemail. It currently only rings three times before switching, making it almost impossible to answer it in time. How do I do this please? Sandie

Hello. Is there any way to set up voicemail, i.e. create a PIN for the first time, whilst roaming? Or will I have to wait until I'm back in the UK? Thanks!

Recently changed my plan from 2GB to 60GB with unlimited calls and texts, while the app says Ive got 60GB my phone still says 2GB and I am now receiving warnings that Iam getting close to my data usage of 2GB. My bill for next month is going be for the new plan. SO how long does it take for the new data to become active.

Hi anyone having trouble with their network again today?

I ported my old number into iD today. Have had text saying transfer complete. However, several people go straight to voicemail when calling me. I have disabled voicemail in iD app but it is still happening. None of the solutions proposed helped. It doesnt happen in all people, just certain ones. Help please iD, not much point having you as a provider if people cant call me.

I have ID mobile esim in a pixel 9 Pro. When I first had it the network coverage didn't seem quite as good as my previous provider, however, over the last few weeks coverage seems to have got steadily worse to the point that it is almost unusable and I'm having to have several attempts to complete a phone conversation. This is both normal phone calls and WhatsApp calls. I previously had three mobile and so didn't anticipate any change in network coverage. It was noticeably not as good when I first started with ID mobile but has been really poor for the last couple of weeks. This has been both at my home address and local area and the area in which I work which is 15 mi or so away postcodes, gl5 and gl51. Can anyone help? Because I'm on the verge of having to have a second phone it is so bad.

my wife and I have IDmobile sim and recently visited Spain, ID mobile did not work for us there , could not make calls, text and no data. Reset network, activated roaming on network and on phone but did not work , we were forced to buy esims. disappointed either service and thinking about getting another provider.

Hi, I spoke to one of your agents to get a new SIM card delivered to a new address. I had changed my billing address on the ID Mobile app. Unfortunately the SIM card has been sent to my previous address. Could you please cancel that and send a new one to the correct address please. Thank you

having trouble with location accuracy when using waze and maps to the point it is useless but put a vodaphone sim in and it works fine , phone is a samsung A52, not sure how to get it resolved.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern regarding my monthly bill. When I took out my contract, I agreed to a monthly payment of £38.99. I was made aware that the cost could increase slightly due to standard annual adjustments, but I understood this would be no more than £1.50. However, I’ve recently been charged £46.88, which is significantly higher than expected. This increase is far beyond what I was led to believe when I entered into the agreement and is not financially manageable for me moving forward. I cannot get onto the app, it keeps saying my details are not recognised

I reinstated my direct debit last month and recieved numerous texts through out the month saying I had done so which is annoying. I then get a text to say my direct debit had been cancelled and I must pay immediately! Annoying again. Paid it manually restarted the direct debit. Fast forward the next month I'm getting the same text repeated to me. So I'm now waiting for the direct debit to fail and do the same again as I can only assume history repeating itself. Any suggestions anyone will be greatly apprec iated.
