Hi I took out a contract several months ago. A sim only plan. After several payments was able to upgrade to a mobile. I chose the Samsung S25. Unfortunately I  am unhappy with my choice and cannot send it back to ID. Can I sell the mobile if still under contract please? I know I  have to continue with the payments of remaining contract. Thank you.

The issue is that it tells me that I can only make emergency calls, if I attempt to make a call, it says that it’s calling but no sound is made and it gives up after a few seconds. I do not receive calls either.Usually what happens when I plug my sim in and switch my phone on, it takes a little while to connect, then it tells me I can only do emergency calls. Hi there. I’m sorry I think I’ve seemed to miss my payment date last month and I stupidly haven’t noticed. This month how ever I’ve been made redundant and am unable to pay my bill. I’m assured that my redundancy money is on its way and I have a new job that I start next Monday. I am unable to pay at this moment in time but I will be paying as soon as I am able to. Can I pause my bill until I’m able to pay so my phone doesn’t get switched off as if my phone is off then I don’t have a way of contacting my new employer or my old employer to finish my redundancy claim

Hey there.Looking for some help please.I placed an order earlier this evening and during the checkout I provided my PAC code to bring over my existing number - this completes on 08/10.However, after installing the eSIM, I’m getting emergency calls only and in SIM manager, I am getting Unknown number showing under the eSIM.How can I fix this?Thank you :)

Hello, I am the account holder of two iD Mobile contracts with the numbers 07xxx1 (older contract, from 2021) and 07xxx2 (newer contract). I would like to: Keep my number 07xxx1 and transfer it onto my newer contract (currently linked to 07xxx2). Close the number 07xxx2once the transfer is completed.  Please confirm if this transfer of number between contracts is possible and let me know if there are any early termination charges for closing 07xxx2. Thank you for your help.

I have been with ID mobile for a couple of months and still have not had the Apple TV offer link emailed to me. I’ve regularly checked my junk mail as well, but still nothing. Have I missed something? Can I get it sent to me now, or is it too late?

I can send a picture message to my own email, but not to anyone else.I have plenty of data, and messages & calls are unlimited.Where am I going wrong.

I have a new iPhone, set up with physical SIM card, but can’t transfer the eSIM with 2nd number

Can i transfer data from one sim to another? /Can I share data between sims I have with ID? 

I selected today for my old phone number to be transferred to this new phone, typed in all the details as well as the PAC code. Nothing has happened today and the phone is still with the old number and I don’t think has activated yet.

Hi All,Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange was ordered on 23/09, and I received a confirmation email on 24/09 stating a delivery date of 09/10.However, today (30/09) I received an email saying the order is still being processed.I contacted ID Mobile via live chat, and they informed me the item is now back in stock. They said the status of my order is at the ‘picking stage’—it is being collected from the warehouse and prepared for shipment.I am cautiously optimistic because the ID Mobile website still shows as out of stock with an estimated delivery date of 16/10.Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I have just moved onto ID mobile with a new Google Pixel 10. It is only working on 4G. It is not on the list of 5G supported phones. When will it work on 5G?
