Hi Sian it’s still not working even with restart. It’s an eSIM. I’m just disappointed I’ve had no update from iD and still no switch.

We have inserted the SIM into our son's phone but despite trying several things, the network is not recognised. He cannot use his new phone. Is there anything we are doing wrong, or that we can try?

Had problems with the port and deleted eSIM to get again. Requested a new eSIM and after 3 hours. Still no email, currently got no service.  please advise

i have unlimited data, however, i want to find out how much data i have actually used..  as when i renew contract i may downgrade to 500gb data.  to save money  

My ID mobile  data does not work with full signal - it has been like this now for over a yr - I have one more year on my contract and I know it will be the same. I have done all the usual checks to make sure everything’s ok with my iPhone - my phone is perfectly fine!! I have found this to be an issue no matter where I am in the country UK. I use WiFi more than I’ve used my unlimited mobile Data. It always seems to be the same story such as the masts are down or working upgrades in the area - but if this is the case then it’s the whole country. I would expect this to be a  thing of the past since we’re in 2025. It’s real frustrating that you don’t get what you pay for which is not a small amount - its not like you can just simply change providers when your latched into a contract, but yet, the provider gets paid on time, every month due date by direct debit which always works for them. I think my best option in 12 months time is to go contract free and pay as you go - that way i can

I have just upgraded my sim only to a phone subscription now. There is an offer for a free watch, but the link doesn't appear to work. Has anyone else had issues, and does this need to go to customer service agents to resolve?ThanksJeff

I've been having problems with my ID Mobile data connection and ability to make phone calls for the past 7 days.  I've been on the network since February 2025 and the connection was great but now unable to read to load an article or do anything. I have tried switching phone off and on but makes no difference and need the connection as have young kids so need to be contactable at all times.  There are others in the area that have the same issue.  When will the issue be resolved and when can I be compensated or can I be excused from the 24 month contract as need network connection and the ability to have phone calls. How do I speak to someone at ID Mobile to resolve this issue.

I accidentally double ordered a new contract phone. I was advised by a online advisor that it was too late to cancel the order and to just accept 1 parcel on delivery and reject the other one so that it would be returned. I now have 1 new phone but don't know which number is assigned to it. I have tried getting through to someone via the chat but am not getting anywhere.

What's the problem with ID yesterday and today if I am not in wi fi covered I can't make any calls as well receiving. Same happened last week. Why do we pay? 

HiI'm really worried now cause I cant seem to get a fix for this. The only thing I can think of is I got a new handset not long ago but now I cant receive OTP from any of my banks.Ive just entered a new 2 year contract with ID so its not like I can cancel and change my Network. I cant do any banking right now so any help is appreciated

Hi all. I’m still caught up in this outage BUT my physical Sim  seems to be  completely missing from my phone, is this the same as everyone else? The phone is  a Pixel 6, and when I check the  main  Network and Internet Settings  no SIM at all is listed and the phone is asking me to  ‘Add a Network’.  The  ‘settings’ tab in the Call app itself are  blank on the’Make and Recieve calls’ tab. No icon for a network at all and a the home screen just says  ‘No Service’I’ve restarted the phone, turned Airplane mode on and off, etc etc. The physical sim is still in the phoneIs this just part of the outage or has my SIM/phone died  at the same time?  Anythoughts on what to do next?

Yesterday mobile network wasn't working. I couldn't make important calls. How can I claim compensation?

I have been trying to switch my number from Lebara to iD Mobile. My switch was due to happen 26/06 and is taking a long time but now I can’t access the APP or find out my usage etc as it says my account in not active. I can’t call 7777 again it’s says my account is not active and I can’t receive any verification codes.I try to live chat it just cuts me off and I can no longer use my Lebara as it’s been disconnected. Please help.

My network is crap csnt get network at home or even at work definitely leave ID after my contract ends I've left my other network for same reason paying for something cant even use 

Phone service was down for most of yesterday, with the ability to make calls returning in the evening. I made a phone call before 9AM this morning no problem, then went to make another just after 9 and now my calls wont connect again. ID have been useless through out these outages with no info being sent to their customers. How am I supposed to run a business without the ability to make phone calls.

I’m trying to make a call to Corfu and keep receiving the message that I’ve reached my capped limit.My plan is unlimited texts and calls?The code for the number starts with +03 Is there any way I can sort this out as we go there next week and I need to make calls.Thanks so much
