divert when unanswered will not allow me to specify the wait peiod I have exactly the same issue. If I use *61* ie divert when unansweredand set the phone number for the unanswered call to go to , to 123 (ie idmobile voicemail)it allows me to set the time the caller has to wait till the call is divertedThe syntax is *61*123**10# for a divert to 123 after 10 secondschecking with*#61* the phone informs me ---“iD Mobile message---Call forwarding---Voice: 123 after 10 seconds”***so, it accepts the 10 second wait, before trying to transfer the caller to 123***PROBLEM is when idmobile tried to forward the call to 123,the caller gets “Sorry your call cannot be connected”ie 123 isn’t being linked to idmobile voicemailA workaround isto replace “123” with the long telephone number for idmobile voicemail service ie +44778233123So the syntax is *61*+447782333123#This will divert the caller to voicemail ----> but after 30 seconds <----
