I believe I have been a victim of fraud. I was misled into providing a verification code and I did not knowingly agree to any contract with iD Mobile. As soon as I realised what happened, I returned both the phone and the SIM card. I do not authorise any contract, charges, or services under my name. This must be treated as fraud and cancelled immediately. I request a full investigation and written confirmation that no account, contract, or balance remains under my name. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter further.

3 weeks and no DPD delivery for upgrade. ID mobile have charged my husband new contract price and the investigation seems to be going on much longer than they advised. They just do not seem to want to help! They will not allow us to cancel upgrade. So stuck on what we can do. Has anyone else had this and what was the outcome?

REALLY URGENT: My wife received a call supposedly from her daughter. But she had called. It eas someone who had taken over her mobile number we think, becsuse the number calling history showed her number correctly. I checked up with OFCOM and was told to text the number to 7762 which I did.i then realised that OFCOM would incorrectly be asking ID to block that number. It is just that someone else was impersonating her. So please can ID UNBLOCK that number ASAP, so we can urgently get in contact with each other. We will need to private message both my wife’s number and the number to be unblocked. How can I do that?I guess that our daughter will be taking up the problem separately with her mobile service provider.kindest regards, John Wells

My original contract ends and carries over. When I try to use App after the contract ends, I was asked to log in. But I did not get a link to reset a new password. So it used another new email. When I tried to switch emails to the email, which I couldn't get the link, the App said already used. Why? Someone else is using my email address?

I have fraud on my account (a second phone and DDR in my name) and it has been refred to your fraud department but I have not had any response or update.

I ordered a phone from ID mobile and never received it I tried to contact them with no luck multiple times and have now received a letter saying I owe them money what is just complete unacceptable and know they are not responding to my emails.

I recently had my phone stolen. This is a phone I purchased myself, and have been using on the iD Mobile network.when I contacted support via live chat, I was told that they cannot block the phone as it is not the phone associated to the account. As far as I am aware, this is not correct. Any network provider can blacklist an IMEI as long as the device was used on the network. Why is support telling me they cannot blacklist the IMEI?

I recently transferred my phone and my wifes to ID from a different provider. On neither phone did we get around to setting up a Sim pin.Today I tried to do this with no success. In our phone settings, when I tried to turn on the Sim pin facility I was asked to enter the current pin.I tried the same default as was used by the prvious provider (9999) with no success, then was informed that the ID default is 1111. I tried this with no success so now only have one try left before my sim locks. Can anyone tell me what the default code is, and how I would recover the sim if I do get locked out following a third attempt.

Hi there I would like to change my number please if possible I'm getting harassed and it is affecting my mental health massively can someone please help me??

I would like to raise an alarm about scammers on this platform. Yesterday I raised a complain about my id mobile data This morning I got an email from Irene bellow is the email asking me the time to call also with the number to contact I did not respond to the email only to be called on my EE contact The male indian man asked got in touch and he was even seeing my Gmail account and my id mobile number He asked me if I can share the verification code he sent I then asked him were he got my number and he could not give me the correct number Please be aware I now doubt if this platform is for ID mobile.Last year I was scammed on this platform again after I failed to pay my contract online someone called me pretending to be supporting team member. So following this complain i will be contacting the police and report all these issues to Currys PLC because I believe a platform for scammers should be reported and replaced.

Hi, I live chatted with a sales rep yesterday and bought a new SIM only plan with a new phone number. I cancelled my existing SIM only plan and phone number. The rep sent me a link via the chat to the desired new plan so I could complete my purchase. During the purchase process I inputted my direct debit bank details. It also asked to pay to pay £0.01 with my debit card to authenticate the sale. The rep asked for the order number once completed. Is this legit standard practice for all sales? I'm also curious to know why my new plan wasn't simply added to my existing account. Now the new number has a new, separate account number. I guess my concern is a security and/or fraud issue I'm just worried about the legitimacy of the transaction as I don't remember doing this for my old plan. I believe I just ordered myself via the website. What the link legitimate? I have received confirmation emails, etc... but just want reassurance. Please advise. Thank you.

Received my ID Mobile contract phone today and the seal of the phone box is broke  and the box is damaged.Very disappointed. When trying to contact an agent through the live chat it constantly shuts me off or disconnects. There is no phone number to speak to somebody to resolve this so I am currently stuck with a 'used' phone when I have signed a contract for a brand new one. Can somebody please contact me ASAP.

I keep getting text messages from a company called CRS saying I have a debt owed via ID mobile in regards to a Samsung J6 Plus Grey. I have never had this type of phone. Can someone please contact me regarding this

I've only been with iD a few months and have been impressed up to now. eSIM delivery and activation was a breeze, good prices for SIM only and roaming too.However. Whilst away in Paris at Christmas, my phone was stolen!Obviously pretty upset, expensive phone, abroad and day before new years eve. Everything was on my phone, all tickets, and the route to mfa for all my accounts etc. After tracking my device 1.6km across Paris from wife's phone I realised it probably wasn't wise to confront whoever pinched it after tracking to a very unwelcoming bar/betting shop (bad people gathering place) so promptly turned around so as not to get stabbed for new years.  iD we're great. I used the automated service to report phone stolen where the prompts tell you they will bar sim and block the imei. Awesome. Indeed after going to great lengths to prove I was who I was via live chat, iD support confirmed again all steps taken and device blocked and got me a new eSIM which ain't was able to activate on

Have been contacting ID mobile since early November, getting fed up of lame responses. Can someone from ID mobile please contact me.

Got an email from complaintsteam@idmobile.co.uk about a complaint id made and they’re asking for loads of security information and haven’t signed it off with anything really is this a scam

I have just received a call to say that my number is being used for call spoofing. Using my number whilst posing as HMRC. How do I stop this?

i received a call today, they said with the 3g shut off they need to send me a new sim to use and needed my post code and email, but then there was issues with the email not coming through to my email. im busy atm so they said they'll call back later. is this legit or a scam attempt? it felt suspicious to me haha
