I upgraded my son’s phone with a trade in. I paid the cost of the new phone. No trade in envelope came. It took ages and ages to find someone on the end of the phone at currys to help. Eventually I got a trade in pack. Sent phone off. Tracked as delivered. No update, no confirmation , no money, no replies to my emails. The service is appalling and I’m owed a significant amount of money. Who can help please? Don’t send me the email address for trade up as I get no response! The service is abysmal and feels like a con

Hello,I recently did a trade in of my iPhone 15 pro max and I received the base £450 payment on Tuesday (28th Oct) but have yet to receive the £300 bonus for linking it to my pixel 10 pro fold order. I filled in the extra form before I sent it off. I've contacted the email and had zero responses. I was hoping to get this chased up. 

Hi, my SafeSearch is permanently locked on in Google, even in Firefox and with different accounts. I’ve turned off all content filters in my ID Mobile account, but the block is still active. This is a DNS-level content lock on your network. Please manually remove the adult content filter from my line and flush the DNS cache. I need this done now

All of a sudden Safesearch has been activated it doesn’t matter what Google account I log in to or which browsing app it states I can’t change it as a parent or administrator controls settings on the network. Ive unticked the adult content on the ID mobile app and ensured my iPhone doesn’t have any settings of its own preventing it via screen time and it’s still not working, this is massively inconvenient so what’s going on ID mobile as I’m an adult.

I have 24 days left of my 24 month contract. I wish to upgrade to a Sim only deal. When should I notify ID Mobile of my intention to end my contract and start a Sim only with them? I don't want to pay an early termination fee, so should I wait until the last day (24th Nov) of my contract to end it and then on the same day order the Sim? Live Chat is pointless as I keep getting disconnected before an agent answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. 

Morning, I’m with ID and until now only used when I’ve been abroad as I’ve been in contract (SIM only) with EE.  I’ve just given notice to EE (contract ends 4 December), requested and received a PAC code.  How can I now bring my number to ID?

In May I purchased a brand new contract. Offer was for free watch and airbuds alongside Samsung S25 Ultra. Was told items would arrive separately. Phone arrived - loads of hassles going live but eventually sorted. No sign of freebies. Chased and told they'd be sent. Have been chasing on/off since May! Put in complaint and now told offer never existed. Do I now have an expensive contract (because I'd calculated the cost including freebies). Have I been duped? Do I have any other way to resolve?

Hi, I have just switched to iD from Lebara.  I have inserted my new sim card and can now use internet however there are no bars of data despite me being in an area with 4G coverage according to the website.  I have turned the phone off and on, turned airplane mode on for two minutes, reselected the iD network, reset my iphone X network setting but still no signal inside or outside of my home in Manchester UK.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE yesterday 29/10 for next day delivery, expected 31/10 but have received an email saying its expected 7/11. Why is my delivery delayed?

I’m considering getting the HMD Skyline phone (to use with my existing iD sim), but don’t see any indication regarding whether or not this phone will work on iD mobile’s network.  As the list of iD’s supported phones doesn’t seem to have been updated in approaching a year and a half, that page doesn’t seem too useful in determining support.Does anyone have any experience with the HMD Skyline?  Be great to know if I can use it, particularly as it’s one of the rare phones to champion replaceable components and longer-term sustainability (albeit with security updates limited to a disappointing 3 years).

The (hopefully) last phone I want to inquire about regarding support on the iD mobile network is the Fairphone 6 (aka Fairphone Gen. 6).Does anyone have any insight as to whether or not I would be able to use this with an existing sim-only iD contract?This seems to be a great option for ethically-sourced materials, long-term sustainability with a design catered to user-replaceable components, a 5-year warranty, 7 Android versions and a whopping 8 years(!) of security updates.Thanks ever so much in advance for any insight anyone might be able to provide.(again, I’m asking on here because iD’s list of officially-supported devices hasn’t been updated for quite some time)

My unanswered calls wont go to voicemail anymore. I recorded my own message, played around with the number of ring times before it goes to voice mail but it doesn’t work anymore. I have tried everything from chaging the ring time to 15, 20, 25 and 30 seconds. I am so frustrated. I had just wanted a standard greeting like the other networks do without giving my name and voice But trying to change the message and changing the number of ring time has messed everything. Please help! Otherwise I will have to go to another network. There is no customer service to help, only automated prompts

Hi I got a reply from Curry’s saying, they sent my phone back for trade in saying the following. If the device fails the third-party check, it could be linked to multiple causes such as a mismatched IMEI with the network, a mismatched IMEI vs the device model; the device could have been blacklisted or blocked and then reinstated, it could be down to errors with the manufacturer.So where do I stand seeing I brought the phone on a contract from Currys lolSo currys sold me a dodgy phone then?

Hello, I have a single line on my screen from top to bottom.  Initially it was intermittent and now it is permanent.  I have restarted the pixel but to no effect.  Should I reboot.  It is less then a year old.  There is no screen damage.

I’ve been with ID for years and occasionally update my monthly plan.Since last autumn wifi calling at home doesn’t appear to work at all for incoming calls and after disabling that almost no calls appear to get through (poor cell reception area usually 1 bar 4 or 5G, a few houses either way and there’s a better 1-2 bar 5G signal).Although the iPhone doesn’t ring to inform of an incoming call, the missed call notification pops up seconds later.This has now become serious as no calls from the NHS can get through, recently they redialled 16 times in 90 seconds to no avail. It’s a booking service that can only be delivered over the phone, frustratingly.Yesterday I was standing in a park with good 5G service with a friend and they could not get through receiving a “user not available”.I’ve followed the advice on the forum with regard to changes in Settings > Mobile Services save for the reference to APN which isn’t present in iOS 18?Can you he
