Have I made the wrong choice? Phone not ringing Hi all, New user here.. Well, new to the forum. I took out a contract about 6 months ago but it seems like I made a bad decision with this network. I gave the sim to my daughter as she started High School so she can ring us and vice versa for school pick up etc.. When ever we rang her she didnt answer, so we questioned her thinking its because her phones been on silent etc, but there were no missed calls! We then rang again whilst the phone next to us, and we can hear it ringing from our phone, but her iD network didnt ring at all??!! I gave her another phone thinking the phone had become faulty but it was the same issue. I then thought maybe it might be our service provider as me and my wife are with EE. So I then got someone else to ring from a different network and guess what, same issue! How can this be fixed, feels abit pointless giving her a phone if it doesn't ring. P. S. This happens intermittently, alot more that one would like... The odd call may go through but its 5050. Hope
