Hi new customer here. just got my new esim today and also have my pac code to transfer my number. when I enter the details into the form found in these guides I get an error message  see belowi have entered to info several times I didn’t enter the code when I placed my order.any ideas thanks

Hello,after having an id sim only plan early last year on my own phone (until my phone went to phone heaven and I got a work mobile with personal use) and having great network coverage at home and in our surrounding area I didn’t hesitate when my wife’s contract was up last weekend in getting her a new handset contract with iD, unfortunately she’s not best impressed as she has no signal most of the time in our local area even though the coverage maps show excellent 4G indoors and out for the whole area. I had a look on the website and there appears to be an issue in our area and they aim to have things fixed asap. My question is, where can I find out a resolution date for the issue? Post code is ST7 2NQ.Thanks, Andy.  

Tried dialling 0300 123 5000 for National Highways to report an emergency, but you've blocked this number. Ended up having to dial 999 which was slightly over the top for an incident that could've been dealt with via National Highways. Why block 0300 numbers when they're the same as 0800 numbers?

As with many people the link in the email for the apple offers is not working.  From what I can see in the chat this has been an issue for some time why hasn't it been rectified.  How can I get access to the offers 

Hi, I did ask this earlier today in a previous thread but then thought as that was marked as Closed it might not get seen.  I’ve had the promotional links for Apple TV, Music and Arcade. The link for the TV offer allows me to sign in to apple and press redeem but the next screen just has a spinning wheel. I’ve tried on 2 PCs and several time with no success. The Music link gives the “missing UID” message mentioned above.I haven’t tried ArcadeWould you please send me some working links? ThanksM

Im new to IDmobile, I can't view some websites using my new ID mobile SIM. If I use my current Giffgaff SIM in the same device I can. The adult content is turned on and I've restarted the device several times. Is there something else I need to do please? The site I'm hoping to log in to isn't an adult site, it's just my local library website and like I said previously I can view/log in using another SIM so the website is working fine.

I received an email from ID  for the free trial of Apple but when I click through to activate it comes up with the message UID missing and you can't go on. It's like a broken link. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi, I had a text yesterday to say my PAC had taken place and my old number has been transferred to my new digital sim. However when my old number is set as the primary sim, no data or calls work. When I set the new number (which I don’t want to use) as the primary sim, it works.  I have tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to help. Thanks!

Hi all, if I'm abroad do i need to activate roaming or is this done automatically?

I go into settings enable call forwarding, enter the phone number to forward to, click back and the device switched the call forwarding off?

I am not able to continue with my insurance claim for a broken iphone as ID mobile will not provide with me a proof of usage document for the dates I need and I now need to wait until late next month for the invoice for the current period before they will provide a separate proof of use document? They have already confirmed that the proof of usage document and invoice are different, just very concerned as I will now be stuck without a phone for a month until I can get this document to process my insurance claim - need help urgently please no one on live chat will listen to me or help
