I want to add my partner to my id mobile plan as I am paying for her. But I can't work out how to add it?

If i was to get multiple devices does this get me any reduced rates ?Or would both be charged at top rates

Hi, im eligible for an upgrade. I have found a deal on Mobiles.co.uk for an s26 ultra on the Id mobile upgrade section. Its for 100gb data doubled to 200gb..no upfront cost for 51.99 per month with the samsung watch deal. Is this something you can match for me?

I ordered a new phone through upgrading my plan at 8:24am (Friday 4th September). I wanted to get it sorted as it says orders after Friday 8pm and before Monday 8pm will arrive Tuesday. I'll be leaving for the airport to a holiday Tuesday afternoon/evening so hoping the device will arrive before then given the time I ordered. But so far no confirmation of the order being processed. I've got the acknowledgement email but wondering how long it typically takes as hopefully I'd like to get it Saturday-Monday to have it ready before my holiday. Any help would be amazing :)

My contract ends today. I have already requested my PAC code. I want to give my official 30 days' notice to cancel my plan, but I want to keep my account active on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) or standard rolling basis until my number transfers out, so I don't get charged for a new full month.

A new contract for an iPhone 15 including a belting charger is £29.99 monthly with £29 up front. This is considerably less that the same contract as an upgrade. Please can you let me know if I can have the better deal for an upgrade or ir I am better leaving id mobile?

Hi I upgraded days ago but have not received my pin or upgrade package

I want to join a new contract on ID mobile but it is not featured in the upgrades only through another website. I have requested a PAC to get the deal but obviously it's the same network so it's stopping me from getting the new deal. Why, as a committed customer can I not get the same deal?

I placed an order for an upgrade to the galaxy 9a on Wednesday 2/4/25. I haven't had any email confirmation or money taken out. The 9a was showing as a preorder item, think it's available from the 11/4/25, could this be the reason? Either way, some help on this would be wonderful. Thanks

Hi, I'm at the stage of extending my contract and getting a new phone. Along with this order, I'd like to buy another new SIM card for my daughter's as a new plan. Do I have to make two separate orders or can I do it in one?

postal code does match with my province or location if I try to apply for a contract phone online

Trying to change my plan and every-time I do it keeps coming up with an error message. My contract has already ended so want to get this sorted so I’m not over paying for my data and minutes.

My phone is broke and I’m due an upgrade in 14 days. Is there any way to get the upgrade now?

I want upgrade my contract for samsung s26 ultra but the deal what I can get on upgrade is not acceptable for me in another network can get better then upgrade. You cannot offer me better deal?

The BAD and the GOOD from IDMobile my experience today 1st November 2025.After deciding I have to many phone's due to work and personal use I decided to upgrade my personal account to a sim only today. After paying out over £31 per month for phone and sim unlimited it's now time to go sim only. I decided to go for unlimited on a monthly contract currently £18 each month, big savings to be made.So I called sale's this morning and spoke to an agent told them that I wanted to upgrade my contract. So after going through the the security checks he processed to start my upgrade. Here's where it all started to go wrong, after giving my phone number to him, he told me that my detail are not on the system. I find this very strange as I've been paying my bill's for year's with no issues. Ok so I gave him my account number and low and beyond this account number not in the system. In turn he asked me if I had given the correct phone number and account number to which l replied most definitely I've

Hi, my upgrade is due on 30th of this month, can I upgrade now or do I have to wait till this date

I want to move from monthly to e sim now my handset is paid. Want to stay with ID and keep my number. This should be easier! It’s a plan change, don’t understand why I can’t select my new plan and checkout? I’ve been messing with it for couple of hours! If it’s this hard I may as well  look at other providers.

I am due an upgrade and I want to know if the new phone I choose isn't to my liking, can I sell that phone and continue using my current sim/plan in my old phone what I currently have. As long as I make my payments as usual does it matter which phone I use?

Please would you confirm id an upgrade generates a hard or soft credit search or no search at all as ive been a cuatomer for several years. Thankyou.
