Replacement sim

Hi, I got a replacement sim from curry's yesterday as I normally use esim. I've activated it and put it in my phone but doesn't work and just says emergency calls only or no service. Any help appreciated please.

Switch to ID Mobile - number port processed too early

i have set up a new account on 15/07/25 and asked for my old number to be ported over on 13/08/25 which is when my contract expires with my previous provider i haven’t received my new sim card yet but on 16/07/25 i received a text from my old provider to say my contract has been cancelled and i now have no phone or data i can’t set up my new account as i can’t receive the text message and i am also having to pay my old provider extra costs as my contract has ended before it expires i was advised to get a blank sim card from Curry’s which i have got but when i try to activate the card i am getting an error message how can this situation be resolved? the ID mobile sim for the new account isn’t arriving until 18/07/25 so that would mean i would be without a phone for 3 days , this is totally unacceptable and if ID mobile had ported the number over when asked too this wouldn’t have happened there is no customer services number to actually speak to a person and i feel i am getting no help can someone advise how to get my contract up and running with my existing number today if this isn’t resolved today i will ask to cancel my contract and go to another provider

Hello I am wondering if I am able to cancel a addon that was accidentally added on to my contract. It is for 15GB 12 months. I really do want to have to pay an extra 30 pound a month for a service I do not need as my contract is unlimited everything. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Hi there, I received a text message to say new SIM has been activated but I have not requested a new SIM. Now I have no phone signal and can’t receive text messages or calls even when connected to Wi-Fi. Regards, Simon

No service issue

I am new and moved my old number to ID mobile. I keep getting no service and phone calls are interrupted. It works fine for a couple of days then back to normal service again, although it doesn't stay long but quite annoying specifically I changed to this expecting a better service. Any help or advice plz.

travel abroad, plan coverage

We are going on Holiday at the end of the month and I was checking to see if I can roam in Cyprus on my plan. After checking the list its say Cyprus in in Band 1 where I calls, texts and data is covered under my plan how ever at the bottom Cyprus is listed under the destinations Not covered at all and will incur charges on calls texts and data. I presume I would be covered and hope its a typo on ID mobiles behalf but I would like it clarified.

extra charge after leaving

I eventually gave up trying to resolve an issue and left the network. I've just checked my bank and IDmobile have taken another monthly charge when I still had 14 days left on my old one.
