Is my phone compatible with iD Mobile? iD Mobile is powered by Three and covers 99.8% of the UK outdoor population. Here’s everything you need to know: Who are Three? Our network partner Three launched in 2003, laying its foundations as the network that was born to be different. I've been having problems with my ID Mobile data connection and ability to make phone calls for the past 7 days. I've been on the network since February 2025 and the connection was great but now unable to read to load an article or do anything. I have tried switching phone off and on but makes no difference and need the connection as have young kids so need to be contactable at all times. There are others in the area that have the same issue. When will the issue be resolved and when can I be compensated or can I be excused from the 24 month contract as need network connection and the ability to have phone calls. How do I speak to someone at ID Mobile to resolve this issue.

Sudden drop in network coverage at workplace. Used to be fine.

Hello, Over the past 2 weeks I’ve been experiencing very poor network coverage (including data connection) at my location. Until recently the signal was OK, not 5G but usable. But now it’s either extremely slow or drops out completely. This is causing real issues, especially with calls and mobile data. The location hasn’t changed, neither has my phone or SIM. The problem seems to be with the network itself. Could someone please check if there’s a fault, maintenance or reduced coverage in my area? The postcode is: WV10 7FH. Would appreciate a response and a fix. Thank you.

I've had real problems with my Mobile Data Network connection last 6/7 days. I've gone from having really good connection to being barely unable to read a news article or do an online shop.Tried all the self help, things re Switching to Plane mode, Switching phone off + on. Cleaning sim etc But nothing is helping + there have been no changes to Network coverage in my area. Anyone got any ideas please? Thanks

    Network issue unresolved by Three

For the last few months, my coverage at home in East Lothian, Scotland, and out-and-about in East Lothian and Edinburgh, has become worse. For the last month now, whenever I check Three’s network coverage page, it has said: “We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible. We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.” Can ID Mobile (perhaps in conjunction with Three) advise when this issue will be fixed? It is becoming more and more difficult to justify staying on a Three network, and while I don’t want to leave ID Mobile, that is likely what I’ll have to do if this is not resolved soon as I can’t afford to be left without a signal. Many thanks, Alex
