I havent had a signal in Whitehaven, Cumbria (CA28 6LT) for the last 3 weeks. Am I entitled to compensation?
Cannot call or receive calls from home. Says there’s no problem with coverage yet all calls going straight to voicemail and no dialling tone or connection to calls when I try to call out. Looking to move providers.
Hi my coverage is shocking I cannot make a call without it dropping out. I would like to cancel my contract.
I’m getting the worst coverage I’ve ever had on a mobile. I’ve been with ID Mobile for a while and I’m constantly losing calls, and the data coverage is awful. I’m stuck in a 24 month contract because the IPhone 16 Pro Max was included. Pretty pointless phone with the lack of coverage. It would be nice if I could contact ID Mobile but they have no customer service number, and even if they did it would probably drop out. Any ideas why the network is so bad?
Hello, Over the past 2 weeks I’ve been experiencing very poor network coverage (including data connection) at my location. Until recently the signal was OK, not 5G but usable. But now it’s either extremely slow or drops out completely. This is causing real issues, especially with calls and mobile data. The location hasn’t changed, neither has my phone or SIM. The problem seems to be with the network itself. Could someone please check if there’s a fault, maintenance or reduced coverage in my area? The postcode is: WV10 7FH. Would appreciate a response and a fix. Thank you.
Why is it that I have 4g signal in my village however I have no data connection at all? I can make and receive calls and texts but no data. I rely heavily on data for my work. If I drive approximately 1 mile out of my village it starts to work, must be using a different mast. The online coverage checker says signal is great at my postcode but it’s really not. What can I do?
Hi everyone 👋 I'm new to id mobile ! I've seen a lot of complaints on here about coverage but in my opinion please be patient with i know it's frustrating for everyone please believe me I know from my previous network (the best network 11 years running 🤣 what a joke) . I took out a contract in store & because I took it out instore instead of online I was told after there's no cooling off period so I was stuck with a 2 Yr contract (which I bought myself out of ) & I joined id . Before I took the contract out on my previous network I checked on the coverage for my area at the time it said great even the useless article in the store said the signal was great for my area ! Lol lies all of it whenever I had to make or receive a call I had to go outside to the front of my house because when I answered the call inside it cut off ! Customer services were not interested they promised to put in my complaint but it gets ignored I ended up going on the forum complaining about the service 1 of th
joined ID for almost a week and I noticed that the coverage is poor. 5G is available only outside while inside the 4G has 1 or 2 lines. this is quite frustrating as I’ve just started a 1 year contract. i’m using an iPhone 15pro and I also noticed that the battery goes down real quick! any advice to improve this problem?
Phone keeps dropping signal. Never did this fordt few mo ths but does it every call now! Why? Notnpayungnfor something which doesn't do what I pay for
My signal is rubbish and I’m on the verge of leaving ID?
I don't have network on my phone since I switched my sim to id mobile
Cannot make or receive calls at my home location
You can check the signal strength in your area with our helpful coverage checker, provided by our network partner Three UK: How does it work? To check the signal strength in your area, you can: Click here to open our coverage checker. Enter your postcode. Tap ‘Check coverage’. Tap 4G or 5G to see your coverage. Use the interactive map to zoom in and out and move around. Dark Pink means you can expect signal indoors and outdoors. Light Pink means you can expect signal outdoors only. Please note: Although we try to make these coverage results as accurate as possible, the information is only a guide. It doesn't guarantee availability in a particular location. The roll out plans are updated regularly and may change over time.
Im getting very frustrated with ID, signal not great, some days unable to make a call out,, download is not happening, what is wrong,
Please help. I’m a new customer and do not know how to contact ID Mobile. I have 2 bars of 4G signal outdoors around the area where I live but never any data connection. According to ID Mobile coverage checker I should have “excellent service” in and outdoors. According to OFCOM checker I should have “good outdoor” coverage. Why no data here? All apps and speed checkers on my phone consistently agree I have no data connection - they just time out with an error. Help!! (iPhone 16 Pro)
Been With ID mobile for 24 hours and the coverage is absolutely shocking, can i cancel the contract if i have recently taken it out ?
Something must be able to be done about the network coverage in my area it's absolutely horrendous I have a Google 9 my partner has the new iPhone and even trying to use WiFi calling we don't get a signal in our house and we almost have to walk to the end of or street to get one unfortunately I'm outside the 14 day cooling off period but if I'm no receiving proper service surely there must be a way out of this bloody contract
hi, I am in portugal and I cannot get any mobiel coverage. wi fi in the house ok and my dads phone )also ID) gets mobiel (good 5G) but not me any ideas
I still have no coverage & I am a vulnerable adult that needs access to my phone at all times. I need the contact number to call Idmobile. I spoke to them about 3 wks ago & they said the problem was resolved. I can't find the number i spoke to them on as my phone was set back to factory settings. Can someone please help me.
is there any chance of ID Mobile soon offering phone coverage from Sharm, Egypt?
I have not been able to make or receive calls for 3 days now, my phone is compatible with 4g and is the same one I have had since joining id mobile 6 months ago, I have tried every suggestion on here and still nothing. No signal bars or 4g showing. The live chat is absolutely useless and no other way of getting any customer service help. Can anybody help?
As per Title?
I am currently getting very slow speeds on 4G (maximum on speed test is 7mbps). This occurs regardless of location and swapping the sim to a separate handset yields similar results. My contract estimates maximum download speeds of 22 mbps (appreciate that is a maximum) so you can see the speeds I am getting are miles off. £42 a month I’m currently paying for a service that doesn’t work properly. I've tried the live chat numerous times but get sent into a bot loop where it just asks me the same sets of questions over and over (basically after me answering “no that suggestion hasn’t changed anything, it still doesn’t work”!). Could I please be put in touch with someone who I can speak to in person (PM is fine provided there’s some sensible, useful suggestions in there over and above what the chat bot suggests). I’m in the Newcastle area NE15 and coverage for 4G says “excellent” as it does at my work address NE4. Any help greatly appreciated, Charlie
Signed up with ID a week ago and I’m disappointed with signal. ID coverage checker for my postcode says Excellent indoors and outdoors. It is not, showing only one of four blobs and slow to move around data etc and breaking up sound on calls. At my address EE is good and shows 3 of 4 blobs. Vodafone is bad with no signal indoors. What impact will this have on me when ID’s Three network is merged into Vodafone? Roger Thurston { REMOVED }
