Hello, I’ve been with iD for 10 months now and I’m happy with the service. However, I’ve noticed that about 3 months after I joined, a better offer for my current package became available for new customers. My question is: would it be possible to upgrade my plan from 20GB for £6 a month to 25GB for £6 a month?

I ordered a new device on Thursday the 5th of March. On Friday the 6th of March, I received an email from DPD stating that my parcel would be delivered between 15:35 - 16:35. I messaged my mother to ask her if she would be home at that time as I was working, and she sat waiting until 18:00 for a delivery that never came.  I received no notice from DPD about the failed delivery attempt, I had to use the tracking feature on their website to see that the driver had reported that the recipient didn't know the PIN for the delivery. A blatant lie considering that they never showed up and even if they had, my mother was given the PIN by myself.  I submitted a complaint to DPD only to be told that I used the wrong email address. Not sure what they meant by that as the email account that I used was the one that they sent me the delivery time slot to, and I used their online complaints procedure to submit it.  I've received subsequent deliveries from DPD over the weekend, but for some reason my

I’ve paid my bill twice and still says I have an outstanding balance even though it shows in payments that I’ve paid

In most cases, users of smartphones want to block certain numbers for spam, marketing and other reasons, but I want to allow them ALL through! My reasoning is that months ago I was expecting an important call from the Department of Work and Pensions, via a random, undisclosed 0800 number, and that number was automatically blocked by the phone the moment they tried to call. They subsequently tried to call three more times while I waited, not realising that my phone would’ve done such a thing as block it. I was therefore sanctioned for a week for “not responding” and lost around £100.My question is: why did this happen, and how can I allow ALL calls to come to the phone without hindrances of any kind? What settings do I have to change? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A13.

Hello my recent bill is overdue by 2 days but I can't pay until Friday 30th. Is there anyway of delaying my bill until then without cancelling my plan. Thanks.

Hi,Has anyone else had this issue and how did the solve it??I got this phone from ID about 2 weeks ago. I kept my old number from O2 using a PAC Code. This transferred over fine. Now when I’m texting people it is coming up as the number ID mobile gave me with the phone. They can’t text me on the number I’ve swapped to, it won’t deliver. However they can call me from it?How do I rectify this?

Hi, i was given 15 gbp credit for an erronous order about 2 weeks ago and was informed it would be on my account in 48hrs. But it's not. Who do I need to speak to?

I recently switch from EE to ID Mobile and requested an eSIM and sent a PAC with my order.  The eSIM appears to have been installed but my old mobile number has not been transferred to the eSIM. I can make outgoing calls but it shows the ID Mobile issued number at the receiving end.  If I call my mobile using the ID Mobile issued number it gets through, if I call my old mobile number it goes to a voice mail box of my old network provider. I have removed the physical SIM of my old network provider. My phone is an iPhone XS Max. Please advise how I can get my mobile transferred.

In October 2023 I travelled to UAE for work and then to Turkey in October 2025. Both times I bought data add-ons but they did not work. I followed all the suggested steps of resetting networks etc but nothing worked. ID mobile completely let me down. I now have to travel to Japan and Singapore in 2 weeks time but I have no faith that the ID Mobile add-ons will work. Can anyone at ID Mobile help and please don’t refer me to your chat bot.

my mobile services are not working after paying the fees
