HI, I still haven't had my £50 Currys voucher and it has been over 52 days now. Can someone please let me know what is going on?I have left messages and emails but have not had a response.

My data allowance shows as 10gb but my contract is unlimited

I’m on an unlimited plan but when abroad turned off mobile data and roaming as soon as I got on the plane in UK. I only used my phone via free wifi and yet I have texts telling me I’m going over my minutes.Looking at my bill I can see no explanation as to why or how or where or when, and Live Chat was a total waste of time.Why am I seeing this additional £13 charge? How is this possible with Roaming and Data turned off? Why can I not find a detailed explanation on my a/c or bill?

Hi, I payed my bill manually because it hadn't came out of my bank when it was supposed to, I have woke up this morning to the money being taking out which has caused me to go into a over draft.

My bill iz too high this is not the contract or bill price and my spend cap is zero

I need some leeway to pay this month’s bill and need my phone to stay connected as I just moved it’s my only access to the internet and calls etc.

Can I access my voicemails in Mexico without charge or will I be charged to hear them? Thank you

I am waiting for a refund; I already took the time to request it, but I’ve been waiting and still nothing.

I searched for a mobile number that called me and sent two WhatsApp messages and I’ve been charged £45 whilst in Switzerland. Can I see my visage to show what I’ve actually been charged for as I only had my roaming on for a few moments?

Phone number from O2 meant to switch yesterday. Followed the steps, pac code was given and ive had my final bill from o2 and leaving supplier email. How do I get my old number to move over? Thanks

title : Failed Payment AttemptIf my bill direct debit payment declines will it automatically attempt to take the money again the following day ?

Hi, so last month I paid my bill twice on accident, so what ID mobile did was, they took one payment on my account to pay last months bill wich went out the same day and left the other payment for next months bill (wich would've been for this month) but my worry is, Iv just had a notification from my bank to say my bill will be taken tomorrow as a direct debt from my bank account but this bill has already been paid 2 days ago they took it from my account credit but my account says my next bill is due September?

My bill is due tomorrow 11/08/26 is it possible for me to pay on the 13/08/26 instead please as that’s when I get paid. thanks

I took out my contract with unlimited data but I keep receiving messages from you saying I've used my allocation

Once we have paid for our phones and the contracts finished... how do we know what our future bills are?

I am thinking of settling my bill and leaving my contract but i cannot see anywhere on the App where i can find this information ?

Hi, I have just received This message having just sent a picture to someone. I have never had this message before so I was wondering if something in my contract has just changed.

Hi, the dates from the 7th of July to the 24th of July are missing on my bills for july/August. Please can you print tbe full bill

Hi. Seriously im not happy its really hard to contact you people no phone number nothing. Im having issues woth the ohone since day one. Not getting calls in phone going straight to voicemail. Other issue I missed my payment as I was abroad I made payments on thr 24.07.2026 and just logged in again saying I missed payment again and paid the balance off right now and app still showing I owe you £27.99 I paid 2 times for 1 month makes no sense. Please contact me on my other number if possible for a chat { REMOVED }

Why there is extra charges in my billPhone no. { REMOVED }

I have a straight PAYG plan where I just pay for what I use (no monthly plan). I have had this plan for many years with no problems. Last year my phone stopped working even though I had plenty of credit. I would get a message indicating that I’m out of credit when I try to make a call or send a text, despite my credit balance. I’ve tried all the steps previously noted by @Beal when they had the same issue.  The conclusion drawn seems to be “In summary, the problem is a subscriber profile fault, so the subscriber record needs to be rebuilt across billing and HLR systems.”Please could my subscriber profile be looked at to determine the cause of my expanding credit balance which I am unable to access. Thanks.

I ran out of data but have been charged £50. How do I find out what this is for?

I’ve paid my bill but still says outstanding?

Hi there I am new to ID joining on the 6th of August. My phone and SIM card was dispatched on the 5th of August and received on the 6th.I noticed billing starts on the 5th of August, why would this be, you will not providing any service or phone on the 5th of August as this was in transport, surely the start date should be when it is received the 6th of August?  Many thanks
