I want to set up my direct debit but it won’t let me until I’ve paid for overdue amount of £15. I have tried 5 times to pay this and they’re is an error either with the app or the system as I have more than enough funds in the bank

Why is my billing start date several days before I received my SIM, as prior to that I couldn't possibly use the service? Also billing isn't for a full calendar month? That can't be legal or good practise. Agreed swap over date was 10th, SIM arrived on 7th, bill says it starts on 4th June and finishes on the 2nd July. Bill says monthly, not a lunar month or every 30 days, monthly. Was going to swap over my other household phones but if this is the sort of underhand tactics iD are going to use I will find somewhere else.

Hello, i have done the PAC code and gotten an email saying my phone number has transferred over but It hasn’t changed anything. I have gone through the steps laid out in your link with Imessage etc and still nothing.

Hello. My 24 months contract ends on 31st of May and I wish to keep the phone but I also want to keep my phone number and stay on ID Mobile. I have no idea how to check if after 31st I am still going to be billed £30.84 a month just for the current:“25GB dataUnlimited minutesUnlimited texts”If so how do I cancel this as I do not need so much data nor unlimited minutes and texts? Should I just wait until after the 31st?Thank you!

In order to claim my free Chromebook I need an invoice for the S26 ultra I have purchased from ID. ID said that this would be shown under previous bills on the app - it is not there. I emailed ID but have received no reply. I do not want to lose out on this deal die to ID not providing the necessary documentation. Any advice, anyone?

I always get “message failed to send” when I’m trying to send photos via sms. I know it should charge me for sending photos which im fine with as I don’t do it often but it doesn’t actually let me do it. The message just refuses send and it doesn’t charge me. Any idea why?

I need a bill with my new address so I can prove my address but my bill isn’t due for a few weeks. Can I get one now?
