Hello, so basically I want to get an update because this phone is bugging out now, it goes on apps by itself, the sound barley work, it closes by itself.

I have ported my number from 3 on the 6the of Aug. I use it for work. I have people who ate still seeing the temporary port number of 059, instead of my number which is 727. My wife cant text me it gives to the temporary number. Thanks Mike Russell

Keeping old number I have not received my new number, so I am not able to give my PAC number to the ID customer services. Can’t seem to find a customer service contact.

I received my new Samsung 23 FE phone a couple of days ago and all working fine. However, I have switched from Vodaphone (ie to keep my old number) and that has gone through today. For some reason, there is no mobile data, is there a setting I need to adjust? Also just called my number from my wife's phone and it says "can't take your call right now, leave a message", even though there are 3 bars in mobile signal. (Just to confirm, I have rebooted the phone).

Hi, I live in Hoo St Werburgh, Rochester, post code is ME3 9AP, the reception here is very poor indoors and outdoors. Why's this? Does anyone live close by any having the same issues with reception? I was in central London a fɛw days ago around Soho Square and reception was terrible, simply couldn't have good enough reception to pay for parking on the phone. I turned the data off and on to start with, then turned the phone off completely and it wasn't resolved. I turned off the phone again a few times but didn't resolve, this is when I realised it's the network not the phone. I missed my an hour of the show trying to find reception. Is ID's reception poor generally?

Hi there, I took out a new contract with ID via Carphone Warehouse about 10 days ago and my new phone is still saying "sim 1 not provisioned" and mobile data is not working. I have a PAC code from my old contract that I want to use. Could someone please assist?

Hello, I upgraded my phone to a Google pixel 8 2 weeks ago, this purchase came with a promotion of free Google headphones or a Google watch. I am currently trying to claim this rewards but I am unable to prove the purchase. None of the emails I received regarding the upgrade confirm what phone it was I upgraded too. Am in Majorca, and ever since I’ve arrived my phone keeps saying my ‘could not avtivate cellular data’ whenever I try anything. its an iPhone 13. Just done a software update. its on automatic network select, but have tried them all individually. Very very annoying. My wife’s mobile with Orange is working fine. its so frustrating.
