I was advised that I cannot transfer my number to my new ID mobile contract, it was suggested on here leaving ID to another company and then returning to ID. I have requested a PAC code but on attempting to download the new eSIM I just purchased from another company, it states due to ID I cannot do this?

I missed the delivery of my phone, it’s gone back to the warehouse and I can’t get an update from anyone  

Was unable to enter PAC code while buying sim. No option.No tried switching from website as well as app. After dropping all the details have to select switch date but it doesn't give you that option.Please help

No data for over 3 months.  No id data even though I’m still paying for it has been gradually dropping out.  I now can’t use my device when I leave my yard to go out.  Since late August 2025 data I paid id Mobile for hasn’t been getting to my device.  I’ve done the troubleshooting, carefully, meticulously, over and over and over again.  I’ve done EVERYTHING, and still as of December 2025 I ain’t getting no data, nothing, nada, zilch, n o t h i n g.  I even paid for a one month add on of data thinking that I’m out of data.  But no, I’m not out of data.   (1) I want my device to receive the data I pay id Mobile for every month. (2) I want my money back for the add on I paid for and I want the add on cancelled because once an id Mobile customer pays for an add on, they can’t cancel it  I want it cancelled. (3) I also want 3 months money returned to me for a data I paid for but never received.

I got an email 22nd October when I restarted my SIM plan offering me 3 months free apple.  I've tried to sign into Apple TV but it doesn't seem to be working? Can you send me a new code so I can use my 3 months free. Thank you

Hi, since moving to ID Mobile I have not been able to received text 2FA - my bank says to check with ID Mobile that this facility has not been blocked by them. I have checked my phone and nothing appears blocked. Please advise, thank you.

I sent my phone on the 11th and received no communication that it was received. After I chased I was informed the phone was in fact received and the payment processed on the 15th of November. It is now the 18th of November, no money received, and I have been back and forth by email with someone who is absolutely useless and only keeps repeating that the money was processed on the 15th. Everytime I call I get someone who pretends that they’re helping only for it to go nowhere and for them to say I need to email the trade-in team. I am now stuck in a nightmare loop of saying I haven’t received the money and being repeated to that the money was processed on the 15th. I have also been asked for my bank statement which I sent only to receive an email saying the money was processed on the 15th. It’s driving me insane and I feel robbed. It seems because my phone and money have been stolen by this crook company. Very upsetting!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time and just sell your phone on eBay.

Is It normal for id to ignore complaints and lie to you through the live chat? I ordered a new handset and charger on the 30th of November and still haven't received it. I used the online chat and an agent told me that they would request a redelivery and nothing has happened. I also raised a complaint, and again nothing has happened. No email, text or letter regarding my missing purchase. DPD website just says its gone back to Currys.I'm paying for something that haven't received for almost three weeks and nobody seems bothered about helping. Is this normal operating procedure for iD?

Hi everybody, moved to Idmobile from GiffGaff because of poor reception. I live in a well known bad area for reception.I also have a Thai sim in my phone.Always good reception in terms of many bars on my Thai sim but not for Idmobile!So after playing around, this is the conclusion.The Thai sim picks up the best betwork.The Idmobile sim is not allowed to to pick other networks, is not allowed!So why is this?Would love to know why my Idmobile sim is not allowed to connect to other networks.Regards.Paul

Hi all, new to the community.  I was previously on ID a couple year back and it all worked perfect, had good signal too, i eventually moved to GiffGaff, had no issues there either, wifi calling was working on any network ive previously had.I came back to ID just a week or so back after the Three/Voda joinup and i am shocked to see the decline of the Three network in my town along with any mvno using Three, its real bad, im lucky most days if i get 1 bar signal, some days its none, and yet the phone mast by the river is only half a mile away, What is going on !!!!, why has Three now got such poor service.I am missing loads of calls and texts and frankly its unacceptable, the network coverage map clearly LIES when you check it because it says i should have good 4g coverage in and out of my home, it also reports no known issues.To say im disappointed is an understatement, so i am going to be very very reliant on wifi calling working, and its not, it was working fin
