I have just upgraded from iPhone 13 to 15. I cannot receive or send txt messages on iPhone 15 which means I cannot receive code to allow me to receive new esim so I can transfer data. Anyone have any suggestions?

Replacement esim not working. In settings it says number unknown. I never tried text to say services are running. I've tried everything was told to do on the replacement esim which didn't work either, this replaced.moto g35 new phone Maybe I'm better of getting a physical SIM? 

Got an email from complaintsteam@idmobile.co.uk about a complaint id made and they’re asking for loads of security information and haven’t signed it off with anything really is this a scam

They get you in with low prices just to provide you with possibly the worst internet I’ve ever had on a phone since I had the original iPhone. It’s ridiculously slow and it’s actually taking the mick now. I switched from 02, having fallen for their trap that they use Three, and it’s the fastest coverage etc etc, only to realise I’ve been played and I’m now tied into a 24 month long contract with a hardly usable phone whilst my girlfriend sits next to me with lightning fast connection. Meanwhile, there isn’t a single person I can contact from ID to help me as they don’t provide any support service to save even more money and hope you just forget about it. It’s a JOKE. I’ll be plastering this everywhere on all socials and making sure this goes to the very top of curry’s. This is illegal. 

Hi,I had the Pixel 9 Pro Fold shutting down issue back in November 2025. It was 'repaired' at my local EE store but the issue has now returned. I plan on taling it back in again, but was wondering if i can just get it replaced for a different pixel phone as i suspect the issue will return again. How do I stop voicemail from reading the number out before giving me the message I am really not interested in it at that point, and it takes ages just to listen to a 10 second message. Thanks in advance

Turn safe search off nothing works

my usual phone is out for repairs. using a Pixel 3a in the interim which is unlocked to all networks.just noticed today that i cannot receive inbound calls. i called myself from another phone, it rings as normal then goes to vmail. the calls don't come through to the phone, instead, i get a missed call text. i also cannot make outbound calls, there is no dial tone, just silence. texts and data work fine.

I've had my phone since November Ive had it replaced under manufacturers warranty once and now the replacement has developed a similar fault, is there any way to cancel the the contract early or get a different model I can't keep sending this off every couple of weeks I've only had the replacement for 4 days! Phone is a pixel 10 pro fold I think the handset is from carphone, feels like I'm paying a bit monthly for a phone that should never have been released for sale

I have voicemail set up. I received some messages in my voicemail in Oct and Nov 2025. These were automatically deleted over time. How do I get these messages back? Thanks

ID offers a real good service even though everything being online. But should they jump from Three network which is struggling to keep up with other networks and jump ship ?
