Recently purchased a Redmi Note 10 and although wifi calling is turned on it doesnt work. I live in an area with poor signal and hence rely on wifi calling.I cant see The Redmi Note 10 on the wifi calling enabled list, but my old (very old) Honor phone is listed which is strange. Can someone confirm that the issue is that my phone is not currently supported? If so, is it to be supported soon otherwise it looks like I’ll have to switch network.For the record, my old Honor phone never worked well on ID mobile wifi calling but did with other networks?!
I have recently arrived in the US, and my phone can't connect to any networks here. I have had the same iD sim for years and travel frequently to the US, and this has never been an issue before--previously I have always been connected automatically, usually to T-Mobile, I think. Now I have no signal and even when I try to manually connect to networks, it says none are found. Roaming is enabled on my iD account, I have a £20 cap limit, and no settings have been changed recently. The only thing that might be different is that I have a new phone (Pixel 4a, whereas previous phone on which I experienced no problems was a Pixel 2.) Any ideas what might be going wrong?
I’ve just changed my plan from 3gb to 8gb part way through my billing month - will the new level of data be pro-rated and added to the rest of this current month?Also, I have 2 plans, and one had already used over the data allowance, if the new level of data is pro-rated and added, will it absorb this usage, or will I still pay extra for this?
I contacted ID to cancel my daughter’s contract. I was told I had to give one month’s notice. I waited a month and then cancelled the direct debit.CARS began chasing us for £20 debt rather aggressively. We paid.Now we are being chased by Overdales for another £20. This is totally out of order as as far as we were concerned we cancelled the contract. The phone number/SIM has not been used for months and yet you pass on the debt.Please help as we are finding it impossible to get through to ID by phone.
I have just order a Galaxy S22+ which when I ordered ID Mobile stated it was ‘available’ then I get an email telling me it is out of stock but they will still be charging me and running a credit check, surely, they can’t do that without confirming availability of the phone firstIf there is a stock issue and it is going to take longer than a week then I would prefer they cancelled my order and not perform a credit check which would affect my credit rating, then I can look to a different providerHow can I stop a credit check happening and cancel my order so I can go with someone else ?

Hi iMessage is showing old ID mobile number not ported one .I’ve tried lots of things - turning off and on . Checking number in settings and iCloud . Resetting network etc . Signing in and out of iCloud . when I turned off and on and reinserted sim ( as some sites suggested ) mobile number showing defaulted to original ID number and not ported number . I can enter mobile number and correct it manually but then it still won’t verify just stalls at verifying . please help sorry can't edit the title to correct it. to iMessage showing wrong number
My contract is due to end on 13.07.2022, I’ve just requested my PAC code which arrived. I’ve then immediately received another text saying ‘as requested, the scheduled disconnection of your ID mobile plan has been cancelled and your service will continue as normal. I don’t want to wait another 30 days for my plan to end. Is there something I can do about this please?
Hi i purchased a phone with you through carphone warehouse.the phone was faulty as there was no service on the phone so i returned it. I am yet to recieve a refund for the upfront cost when i have had confirmation of them recieving the phone back and the contract being cancelled.please send me my refund

Hi, I upgraded my mobile in June. In July I had 2 payments made for my old contract and my new upgrade. I got a message today saying my old contract is nearly up and I can either keep the contract or cancel however I thought when I upgraded the old contract would be transferred to the new. Pls can you explain what’s happened and why I’m paying for 2 contracts. Thanks
I have somehow managed to lock my ID sim and it requires a PUK code from my network provider(ID mobile) iThe message is please call your network provider to obtain PUK code, but now both phones are out of use! Please send PUK code to me ASAP as this is now 5 days ago!Thanks in advance Bernie
