I don't see a resolution to this problem so I'm posting again to see if you think anew SIM card would work for a No Service problem?

I ordered a sim only contract in early december on-line, went through the credit check and received paperwork for it too, that’s the last i heard! never did get the sim or infact anything more from ID mobile, I am very confused.

Hello!  I sent my phone off for trade in nearly 3 weeks ago and have had zero correspondence from either ID Mobile or Currys since. I have tried contacting the suggested trade in email address and have had no response. I have also tried calling Currys and the response I got was ‘there is nothing we can do to help’ and 'you should keep emailing them’. Would be great to get some sort of update.  Anyone had a similar experience or able to help at all?  Cheers

I just PAC transferred  my number a week ago and ever since joining ID I can't get access to apps or websites that send one time passwords. I've tried everything.  ID customer service is dreadful and no help whatsoever.  My SIM in my old phone that did work before now doesn't so its clearly a network issue and not my new phone settings (that's all they focus on) . Annoyed angry and fed up with ID already! 

I reported my phone lost/stolen on the 30/12/25 when will I receive my replacement sim card?

Has my pac code been transferred from my old provider? I want to keep my old number and I gave the pac code on the 1/12026.

I got a ID sim a couple of days ago. I tried to keep my old number and I asked for PAC. I filled in all the gaps. It keeps saying error every time. I also can't login to ID mobile app. For the ID mobile number, I put the new number given to me by ID mobile. I keep switching the sim card from the previous sim to the id sim (new sim) every time. Maybe that has got to do with it? What shall I do? What mistakes have I created? 

Hi, my SafeSearch is permanently locked on in Google, even in Firefox and with different accounts. I’ve turned off all content filters in my ID Mobile account, but the block is still active. This is a DNS-level content lock on your network. Please manually remove the adult content filter from my line and flush the DNS cache. I need this done now

In the last week I have been gradually getting more and more spam sms text message where I am added to a “group”.I’m up to 20+ per day now and it’s driving me mad!I can only seem to report them as spam and can’t find any setting in the Messages app (Google's one built into my Honor Magic 7 Pro) to stop me being added to groups without my permission.Does anyone have any idea how I can block these please? They’re always different numbers.Is anyone seeing a huge rise in them recently too?Cheers!

In SIM manager there is only the id mobile sim, there is no option to add an e-sim. I suspect the e-sim facility needs enabling, is it blocked?

Does anyone else have a problem with the Google pixel 9 pro XL and the RCS encrypted text messages not working? It's Google's own encryption and doesn't seem to work on the phone weirdly. I do have WhatsApp however so not a big deal.  But just wondered if anyone else has had this issue?!

When I do a full reset it allows me to make a call but soon after revert back to the same old thing. My wife and daughter have the same ID and are the same.  we have the latest update and have iPhone 16 pro any help would be great

Hello, I have raised a complaint with iD mobile regarding a very serious issue. I have not yet had a response and it has been several days. As someone with various mental and physical health issues this is causing me a lot of un nessicary stress and i need this looked into right away. Every time i call i am told to be patient and wait. So please can someone help me here!

Is anyone else having problems with web login into IdMobile account? It provided me with an email code and then got stuck when I entered it into space provided on screen. Second time it said ‘oops..something went wrong’, but this doesn’t help.  chat advice is that the site is down but it seems that other pages of website are working just fine.

Every time I call my mum's mobile I get cut off at approximately the two minute mark.Any idea what is going on please?

New to this, bear with me. Been with ID for last 12 months. Having connectivity problems, whereas use 4g and home WiFi, connects up, but within 10 mins loses connectivity. Messaged live chat 5 hours ago, and apart from the “routing you to an agent” and awaiting for complaints team, to call me back after I phoned them, where do I go from here. Turned on and off the the airplane mode and reset the WiFi settings. thanks in anticipation. 

Oops... something went wrong.  Please try again. - I was trying to enter a PAC to move from one provider to another. I kept getting this answer, I have waited for days, changed internet browers, switched the laptop on/off, deleted cookies, and nothing is working. Also, would be nice to be able to speak to someone about it….

I am trying to enter a competition on winon5.com. The only payment option is through my phone number. I get an error message from ID Mobile refusing.
