I accidentally ordered an eSIM instead of a SIM card, can I replace it? I accidentally ordered an e-SIM instead of a SIM card. Can I swap it? I haven't used my e-SIM yet because my phone doesn't support Mobile ID. It asks for my phone number when creating an account. I have the number in my email, but the e-SIM isn't activated. When I create an account in the app, it sends a code to that number, so I can't read the code and therefore use the app to swap my e-SIM for a SIM. How can I do that? Thank you for your help.

The QR code is no longer valid for an eSIM.  How do you get a new one?

Hi there, I've recently moved to yourselves from three. However three cancelled by eSim for apple watch. I see now that you do not support eSim for apple watch. I thought you used three network? So I don't understand why you don't support apple watch?Had I've of know this I would have gone with another provider. This is really disappointing.Are you looking to support this?It is such a shame as you have the best roaming deals, hence why I joined. 

Last night at 22:00 I got a phone call from a private number. I though weird in a Sunday night so didn't answer. 20 minutes later I got 4 more calls. Which I also didn't answer. All show as private or unknown number. Can I find out what numbers were calling me? I'm carrier logs ?? 

I would like to get a new number. I keep getting phone calls withheld am happy to pay the £25 fee. How do I get a new one?

Replacement esim not working. In settings it says number unknown. I never tried text to say services are running. I've tried everything was told to do on the replacement esim which didn't work either, this replaced.moto g35 new phone Maybe I'm better of getting a physical SIM?

Hi,I had the Pixel 9 Pro Fold shutting down issue back in November 2025. It was 'repaired' at my local EE store but the issue has now returned. I plan on taling it back in again, but was wondering if i can just get it replaced for a different pixel phone as i suspect the issue will return again.
