Help with switch from Vodafone to id

I gave my PAC to id mobile and the switch is meant to happen today but I've received text messages from Vodafone on my new id mobile SIM saying it looks like I'vechanged my SIM and thanking me for this, that and the other. My id mobile account on the app shows my 'new' id mobile number that should be changed to my old one using the PAC. Can anyone advise what has gone wrong? Thank you

I have been charged for a roaming add-on but could not use my data whilst abroad

I have been charged for a roaming add-on which I bought before my trip to Canada, but whilst I was there I could not actually use my data. The charge is on my latest bill but surely I should not have to pay for an add-on that did not work? I could not even contact ID mobile from Canada to try to fix the issue, although I tried. I am trying to raise a complaint but it is so difficult to speak to anyone. Has anyone ever experienced this same sort of issue?

I have no issues logging into my account on the browser website. As soon as I try to log into the app I can’t? This is a brand new phone. First time downloading the app. So frustrating

Painfully Slow Data - Anyone Have A Solution?

Hi guys, I know this is a common issue with ID and has been asked before but has anyone had any luck with getting faster data speeds? My data download speeds at home are painfully slow at time. Below 10Mb/s. I’ve tried the sim in 2 phones and a mobile router and it’s exactly the same on each. Funny thing is, I have a Three SIM in my work iPhone and I get around 70-80Mb/s. The coverage checker says I should be getting excellent 4G. It’s really frustrating. Thanks.

I already finished my old contract last February 2026 and I signed in for SIM only for £12. Last March you deducted twice £44 and £12 and April 2026 you double charge as well £49 and £12. Please can you refund my money, I’m on SIM £12 started last March 2026, hope you can stop the billing from my finished contract and refund it

unable to select date of switch after adding pac and stuff

Was unable to enter PAC code while buying sim. No option.No tried switching from website as well as app. After dropping all the details have to select switch date but it doesn't give you that option.Please help
