My payment for my bill was paid twice, how do I get my payment back?

I'm in Romania now and I can confirm data roaming is not working (and it should). I have enabled it in my ID account settings and my mobile settings.

I have not received the three month free Apple TV - how do I get this?

Hi, my name is Ellie Webb I’ve had a recent contract come to an end in January 2025 which was an 24 month long contract which was taken out in January and I paid the final bill of £51.64. I then changed to sim only for £14 a month, however the I was charged £51.64 last month and this month I have received an invoice for £51.64 for this month also. However I was under the impression that this contract had now ended and I was now set up to pay my £14 a month. I would like to know why this is happening? Is there outstanding payments due or has the £51.64 just rolled over? many thanks, Ellie Webb

I currently have an airtime plan with vodafone, my actual phone contract runs out next month but will have the airtime plan contract still running for another year but I am wanting to come away from Vodafone. Is there anyway you take on the airtime plan so I can do a switch over? Many thanks Leanne

Ok here's the low down plus I'm asking well in advance by the way. Contact 2 year's phone and sim ported my number onto ID Mobile. When my contract is almost up I won't have to pay for my device and want to keep my sim only unlimited data. How do I go about to keep my own number and have a sim only pack? I may go for a 2 year sim deal. This wound mean a new account there must be a way to slipstream the change for ease as I don't want to loss my own number as I've read others have has lost their number doing an upgrade for this.Thank you in advance.   Joe

Hello. Can you please deactivate sage search on my network. It is off on my google account. 

I am currently with Asda mobile. Sim only.  I normally alternate between two types of bundle depending how much data I might need.   If I don’t buy a bundle immediately when the previous one has run out, I go into PAYG rates until I buy my next monthly bundle.What happens with ID mobile?  If I have paid for a bundle with X amount of data and it runs out tonight, what happens tomorrow?  Do I immediately stay on the same type of ID Mobile monthly plan?  Do I go into a flat rate PAYG tariff?  Can I wait for example 48 hours and buy my next ID Mobile monthly plan?  Thanks 🙂

Hello, I have had quite a few issues when making and receiving calls, This is to Landlines and Mobiles, the person on the other end of the call is stating that the line keeps breaking up.I have chattered to an ID Agent and changed a few settings, but I am still having connection issues.This is happening in the Greater Manchester / Oldham areasMy mobile is a Samsung A55 5G.Is anyone else having the same issues.

How do I cancel my contract, if I have lost my sim, never used it and don't have an online account for this phone number. I do have an active account for a different plan but want to cancel this one.
