Calling Italy with a cap set to zero is not possile. .
Calling Italy is free. Why I cannot make a phone call to Italy? When I tried it said it is not possible because your cap is set to zero. Can someone explain to why I need to set the cap > 0 if the call is free? I am really disappointed. I am new customer…

no connection during phone number porting
My phone number port date was yesterday and I lost connection at around 3pm. It’s now 8am the following day and I still have no connection? I can’t log in to my mobile app as the number I was given says it’s incorrect and my number it is porting too hasn’t finished porting, so that won’t work either. So now I can only message if I’m on WiFi, which is completely messing up my work day! Apparently there isn’t a number I can call to speak to someone so what can I do??

Your ultimate guide to streaming sport this summer!Blog
Sports fans are in for a treat this summer. It’s jam-packed with huge tournaments, races and more – and to celebrate, we're giving you the chance to win a HISENSE 55E6NTUK 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV! If you don’t want to miss a second of the non-stop action, we’re here to help. We’ll show you how to stream all the unmissable moments live on your iPhone or Android. And we’ll explain how to get your phone plan prepped, whether you’re watching at home or cheering from the sidelines abroad. Just follow this handy guide to catch every goal, match point and chequered flag without any nasty surprises on your mobile bill, and find out how to enter our incredible giveaway. Let’s get going… First things first: Get your data plan match fit. Streaming sport can use up a big chunk of your data. Meaning it’s a good idea to check your plan before kick-off to see how much data you’ve got to play with. Watching in standard definition can use up to 1GB per hour, while high definition will triple that, gobbling up a whopping 3GB or so every 60 minutes. If the football goes to extra time and pens, it’s safe to say you’ll be using a lot. So, if you’re planning on watching every single second, now’s the perfect time to think about upgrading. With a new plan, you might even be able to get more data for your money! Watching in the UK: Wimbledon & British GP. Most sport nowadays is locked behind a paywall. You don’t need an expensive subscription here though. You can catch two of the UK’s biggest sporting events for free on your phone… Wimbledon (June 30 – July 13) – Arguably the biggest grand slam in the tennis calendar, Wimbledon is always ace. And it’ll serve up some big hitting matchups, with world number one Jannik Sinner looking to bounce back from his final defeat at the French Open. But if Carlos Alcaraz – last year’s winner – has anything to say about it, we could be in for another titanic battle for the trophy. You can stream matches from each round live on BBC iPlayer. British Grand Prix (July 4 – July 6) – Hamilton’s switch to Ferrari hasn’t exactly gone to plan so far. With zero wins, and zero finishes on the podium, Lewis has a lot to do to climb the standings. Could home advantage at Silverstone help him take the top spot? Find out and watch the race live on the All 4 app. Roaming in Europe: Tour de France & Belgian GP. Jetting off to Europe? You can use your phone just like you do at home (in certain countries) with iD Mobile’s Roam Free service . You’ll have pretty much the same amount of minutes, texts and data from your regular plan (up to a 30GB fair usage limit), all available at no extra cost. Result. Tour de France (July 5 – July 27) – The world’s most gruelling cycle race pedals onto screens at the start of July. And you can see every sprint and lightning-fast descent on Eurosport and Discovery+. We’re just glad it’s not us doing those punishing hill climbs. Belgian Grand Prix (July 25 – July 27) – More motorsport. Yes please! The F1 hops over the channel with a trip to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit – the longest track on the current race calendar. To see all 44 laps, you’ll need a Sky Sports subscription (also accessible via Sky Go), or a NOW TV pass. Cheering on the Lionesses at the Euros? If you’ve been lucky enough to bag tickets to the footie over in Switzerland, we make it easy to stay connected. The land of skiing and top choc is one of our ‘ Roam Beyond ’ destinations. What’s that then? Well, depending on how long it takes for England to be crowned champions (or get knocked out in devastating fashion), you can buy a one day, five day, or ten day data add-on. Just make sure to sort this before you start using your data over there. Otherwise, you could be in for a big ol’ bill. Women’s Euros (July 2 – July 27) – Can Sarina Wiegman’s side make it back-to-back Euros titles? With a tough looking group (France and the Netherlands are no push overs) it’s not going to be an easy one. And with a serious turnover in the squad – we miss you already, Mary Earps – the team isn’t as experienced as it once was. You’ll be able to catch each match over on BBC iPlayer and ITVX. From managing your data at home to understanding roaming in France, Belgium and Switzerland, you should now be all set to stream this epic summer of sport. Before you head off though, double check your plan (can you upgrade?) and roaming options in the iD Mobile app . Giveaway time! Got a favourite team you'll be cheering on this summer? Whether you're following the football, dreaming of a Wimbledon win, or have your eyes glued to the Tour de France, we want to know who you're supporting! Tell us who you are supporting this summer in sport in the comments below for a chance to win a HISENSE 55E6NTUK 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV—perfect for watching all the action in stunning detail. The winner will be picked at random, so keep an eye on your inbox or DMs for a message from us. But hurry—the competition closes on 21st July at 23:59!

I purchased 10GB add-on whilst in Turkey and it didn't work.
Hi, I was in Turkey and purchased a 10GB data add-on for £20. Unfortunately, it didn't work and I couldn't use any of the data. I only had one network to choose from (Turkcell). I'm now back in the UK and would like a refund, please. Thank you, Ivan

No signal is appaling. new customer. new sim, problem with sim card?
I'm a new ID customer only had it 6 days, coming across from EE. Much more expensive but constant 4G signal. Despite the Three network coverage saying I would get l good indoor and outdoor signal at home, it's really really not. I get a symbol saying H or H+. This is disgusting. The price i pay for this is not acceptable. My postcode stated good inside and out. My partner who is also has id mobile soesnt have any of these problems hers is constantly 4G. I have put the phones next to each other and she has a signal and i dont. I have a brand new Samsung S24 plus and yet appalling signal. Could it be the sim card considering my partner has absolutely no issues with signal? Can I get another sim card in case this is faulty? It's not workable at the moment. Thanks Dan.

why have I been unable to access the internet for the past 4 days during the day?
What is the problem? I’ve been closed out of internet access during the day for the past 4 days. I’ve tried every means of kicking internet connection back into life during the day, but I might get just a few seconds of connection before I’m closed out again. And then, about 18:45, things sort of go back to normal. This suggests IDMobile/3 Network is manipulating access, but, if that is not the case, what is the problem as regards day-time network access? And if there is a problem why is there no warning/advice via email - they have my email address!

Billing Issue and services cut off
I am up to date with my payments but have just been onto my account as all my signal has gone and it says I have an outstanding balance to be paid by 01/08/2025. Why has this happened? My bill is normally paid on 1st of the month but now this. I'm not double paying when everything has been fine. Can someone please contact me to discuss urgently as I need my phone services back on.

Cancel Upgrade
I placed an order for an upgrade on Friday 11/07. It was processed the same day, I was charged for the upfront cost of my new phone and the case that I ordered with it. It should have been delivered a week ago on Monday 14/07 My plan has been updated and I am being charged accordingly but I still haven’t got my phone or any communication about when I will get it. When I follow the tracking link from DPD it just tells me that it’s delayed but no further information. I have heard nothing from iD Mobile or DPD about the reason for the delay or if the phone will ever be delivered. I have a friend staying at the moment who was going to help me set up my new phone, I can’t do this on my own so if it’s not delivered in the next couple of days I will have to cancel the phone and the new plan and revert to my SIM only deal. Please respond quickly, if I don’t hear back from you today I will have to cancel. The worst thing is the total lack of communication from you and DPD, you can’t seriously think I’m going to pay £23/ month for nothing!! I posted a topic about this on Saturday and got a private message from Anika (iD customer service) asking for further details to identify the account- I supplied those details right away and then just silence. You need to talk to me about this now. regards Elizabeth Adams
