I have a new phone but was never sent the free earbuds 

Ive been trying to upgrade now for a week. The upgrade options on the app were very poor. I went on the chat to ask about any better deals and was offered a much better option. I decided to go ahead then the nightmare began - being told to find the deal on thr app when it wasn't on there, given various voucher codes that don't work and callbacks that never happen. Honestly wondering if I should just leave. Promised today I would get a call within 30 mins that obviously never happened again! It's so frustrating. Anyone had a similar situation and actually got a callback?

I would like to increase my bill cap from £25 to £50 to be able to make international calls.I paid £70 into my account but it won't let me adjust the amount. The slider only goes as far as £25.What do I have to do?Thanks

Hi, my wife and my Son both have pay monthly phones through ID Mobile and both are in my name. I pay the bills! My Son is now of an age where he needs to take the contract on himself. His phone is out of the 24 month period and is due an upgrade. Is there a way to process the upgrade and transfer the contract to him, so it no longer sits in my name?

I would have liked to just contact the help service instead of posting on a community chat board?! But after spending far too long attempting to find a way here i am. I cannot send or recieve calls or texts. When someone tries calling me it goes straight to voicemail and i dont even get a missed call. Ive been with ID for years, this isnt a new sim, its just suddenly happened. If someone could get bqck to me that would be great

Has anyone else run into this problem when replacing a deleted eSIM?I accidentally deleted my eSIM and tried to request a replacement. The normal verification is a one-time code sent by SMS - except, of course, I can't receive the SMS because the eSIM I'm trying to replace has been deleted. 🤦I contacted support through chat (which is so buggy) and provided the PIN from my iD Mobile account/app. Apparently that isn't enough.The alternatives I was given were to provide a passport or driving licence PLUS a selfie through a third-party identity-verification service, or physically go to a Currys store.I completely understand the need to prevent SIM-swap fraud, but this seems disproportionate and unnecessarily restrictive.Not everyone has a passport or driving licence, and I'm not particularly comfortable handing sensitive identity documents and a selfie to a third party simply because I can't receive an SMS. Why can't iD offer alternative verification through the authenticated app/account,

Hi,I have received my new iPhone 18 Pro Max today; however, I’m extremely disappointed to find that the box has arrived damaged.Considering the amount of money I have spent on this phone, I do not feel it is acceptable to receive it in this condition. More importantly, the phone is a gift for my mum, so I specifically wanted it to arrive in perfect, presentable condition.I would therefore like a brand-new replacement to be sent to me, with the current phone and damaged box returned. Please provide me with the appropriate return instructions and arrange the replacement as soon as possible.I would appreciate this being resolved promptly, as I paid a significant amount for a premium product and expected it to arrive in perfect condition.i have video proof of the damaged box which is unopened.Thank you.

A few months ago I switched to ID mobile with a new IPhone and contract. I have a cellular apple watch and want to have a e sim so that I dont always need to take my phone with me eg, on runs/dog walks. ID mobile appear to now be one of the few UK carriers that dont offer an e sim for apple watch. Im stuck on my phone contract so cant move to another carrier who does!!! Anyone else is this predicament? Anyone know if ID mobile have any plans to bring out an e sim for apple watch? I wish I had know this a few months ago. I would have signed with another carrier….

why can't i make a payment on my account via a card 

My contract is ending in a few days and nobody has contacted me about new deals or sim-onlys.

How do I speak to someone about changing my new plan as it’s not enough data. Or can I cancel plan and return phone and start from scratch.

Hello,I’ve read up on the help and it says to contact yourselves.I’ve currently got a eSIM in my phone with a number I want to keep, however have taken out a contract with yourselves which didn’t ask for pac number.I don’t want to download the eSIM to this phone and then it not work. I am using my eSIM on an iPad.  I know I cannot authenticate if I use the app.  However when I log on to the website it says I have to add my number and then attempts to send me an sms which I cannot receive.  So I have no way to access my account via website either.
