I had £4.72 credit on my phone, but when trying to make a phone call got msg saying I was out of credit. I added £5 top up and got a msg saying my top up was successful and I had £9.72 credit. Why, therefore did I get a msg saying I was out if credit initially when I had £4.72 credit??

Can only use WiFi calling in my area but calls drop during conversation. Your coverage map states excellent 4G coverage but only get 1 bar hence why have to use WiFi calling. We also have to stick it on airplane mode due to pixel not switching to WiFi calling automatically. Never had this issue when we were on Vodafone previously!!

Hello!  I sent my phone off for trade in nearly 3 weeks ago and have had zero correspondence from either ID Mobile or Currys since. I have tried contacting the suggested trade in email address and have had no response. I have also tried calling Currys and the response I got was ‘there is nothing we can do to help’ and 'you should keep emailing them’. Would be great to get some sort of update.  Anyone had a similar experience or able to help at all?  Cheers

I have just looked at my upgrade options on the app for iPhone 17 and there’s a deal for 500gb for £29.99 a month with upfront cost of £325 but when I’ve looked online I can get the same deal from yourselves but with an upfront cost of £159 so much less…. Is this something you can offer me? 

Hi, I recently had a contract with iD Mobile and returned both my SIM and phone on 30 October 25. A couple of days later, I tried to apply for a new contract and received an email saying I need 60 days of payment history on my previous contract before being eligible for a new one. Since my previous contract has been fully returned, I’d like to know if I still need to wait 60 days before applying for a new contract. I’d also like to understand if there are any other conditions that could prevent me from getting a new contract immediately. Thanks in advance for your help. My sim hasn’t arrived but my number switch happened on the 4th nov. On the royal tracking info it says they have had the package since Saturday. It still hasn’t been delivered. What do I do? I’m paying for an ID mobile sim and I can’t use the service

I am not receiving HMRC messages on my android phone by id mobile sim card. I restart my phone reshuffle sim cards but not successful.

Upgraded to a sim only deal but been charged the amount for my old contract. 

I recently started my contract with ID mobile and got a new number with this contract and phone. They kept me updated with emails and confirmed my new number has transferred well but I don’t appear to be able to receive calls. This has had a knock on effect as I need to log into my bank and I can’t access this at all as the phone number won’t work to allow calls through for the security checks.  I have followed as much advice as possible on this site and even taken my SIM card out and reset the network settings but the same problem remains. I now am locked out of my secure bank apps and can’t access my money and won’t be able to receive calls from my GP either.  I asked my husband to call my new number and he gets an automated voice saying this number is not recognised but it’s brand new. Could someone advise any other tips as it’s becoming quite urgent now and I can’t remain locked out of my banking and secure online apps.  Kind regards

Upgraded 2 days ago with another company was cheaper but not upgraded yet 

I use my app to check my data allowance. I received a text last month saying I’d used all my allowance, so I topped up for a small fee. I still received a higher than expected bill. This month I have had another text saying I’ve used all my allowance, but the app is saying I have 25% left. So when you go on the help hub and find out how to check your remaining allowance and it’s saying use the app, you are left thinking you have enough allowance left, when in fact you don’t. Spoke to chat agent , she said I’ve used all my allowance, refresh the app to see if it changes my allowance. Having refreshed the app I’ve still got 25% of my allowance left, but according to the chat agent it’s all gone. Dissatisfied again with ID mobile!
