refuses to call. no other way to contact BT, just fails everytime

I just started a new contract for my 90 year old granded. We ported his number over from o2 and I’ve had an email saying it’s all gone through (two days ago). However, the SIM is saying Out Of Serice and he’s unable to make any phone calls, receive or send messages and can’t use the internet. I’m not in the same city so he’s now a 90 year old with zero phone in an emergency and I don’t know to fix it. A family member who is closer popped over to try the settings but we’ve gotten nowhere. His old SIM was working fine in the same phone - has anyone had anything similar and knows how we can fix it? ID are telling me everything is fine but nothing is working at all.

I will be in New Zealand for 15 days. Can I buy a 10d add on then a 5d one to cover the period

I'm going to the Caribbean in a few months and need to know if my Samsung Galaxy A54 will work and what charges I will incur. I won't be calling or making texts but using my camera of course. My hotel has WiFi but what are the costs or van I buy an add on etc etc thanks 😊

Does anyone actually like IDmobile? I have been with them a massive four days and cannot think of a worse company. as about 99% of people in this “Community” have mentioned, they cannot port mobile numbers. I keep calling them but I may as well talk to myself. they should be ashamed of themselves. No doubt I will get a reply from them asking to DM them, pointless, complete waste of time. if you do need to speak to someone in the UK call their second line Complaints number, they love to hear from you.

Hi It was showing on my iD app that I can upgrade from tomorrow but now when I tried to do change plan it's says no plans available.It's not showing ID app how long I have left on contact and when I asked they sent text message saying if I leave ID mobile I have to pay remaining line rental £108.00. I dont know how this figure is calculated and how long i left on contract? Could someone from ID confirm the contract expire date and where I can see it.As I was never sent this information either on email when I joined ID mobile I have looked at all my emails from ID mobile and there is no confirmation of contract date and when it will expire.I will await you're response.Thank you    

Hi, I plan on emigrating to Oz in the next few months and want to keep my UK number when abroad and using a different Aus number. if I were to move to PAYG, how long would any credit remain valid, would I need to top up every so often to keep the number and account active?  Or could I put money on and so long as I have credit, the number will remain active for me. thanks in advance.

I’ve recently moved my number over from another provider to 1D.The port of the number was supposed to have been completed on Monday, however, since then I’ve been unable to receive any incoming calls or texts. Outgoing calls works fine.I’ve been on with Live Chat but that was a complete waste of time and all I got in reply was a copy and paste of an FAQ.There isn’t a number for customer services so I don’t know how I get this resolved.I can’t say I’m overly impressed with 1D so far

Hi All. I’ve just switched and ported my old number over. I can make outgoing calls but nobody can call me.  I’ve been told a faulty sim after doing all the other things the advisor suggested. Any ideas

Want to double check the PAC process has gone through

Hello, we’ve had digital voice installed but if someone calls me on my mobile phone & I can’t answer the call the caller gets diverted to my landline phone number. How can I stop this? This has only happened since digital voice was installed. There is no call diversion/forwarding set up on my mobile phone. Thanks

Helloi I have been given an “upgrade” as my contract is now over, I’ve looked online and I can get a better contact elsewhere or with a third party using ID mobile as a new contract? Am I better to just do that?

I recently switched to iD from Vodafone and successfully ported my old phone number. I have now travelled to Athens, Greece and my old number is not working. I have been able to send texts from the phone, but the Receiver says the text is arriving showing it came from the original iD number that came with the new iD contract and not my old ported number. I’m going to be in Greece for a couple of months and am at a loss as to what to do? Can anybody help?

Hi all, New user here.. Well, new to the forum. I took out a contract about 6 months ago but it seems like I made a bad decision with this network. I gave the sim to my daughter as she started High School so she can ring us and vice versa for school pick up etc.. When ever we rang her she didnt answer, so we questioned her thinking its because her phones been on silent etc, but there were no missed calls! We then rang again whilst the phone next to us, and we can hear it ringing from our phone, but her iD network didnt ring at all??!! I gave her another phone thinking the phone had become faulty but it was the same issue. I then thought maybe it might be our service provider as me and my wife are with EE. So I then got someone else to ring from a different network and guess what, same issue!How can this be fixed, feels abit pointless giving her a phone if it doesn't ring. P. S. This happens intermittently, alot more that one would lik
