My phone usage has a cap of £25 how do I remove this from my plan.

Hi, I switched my number over to ID mobile but when I go into ‘settings’ and ‘phone’ I have a new number showing. I have tried to delete and enter my old number but it doesn’t let me save, please help as it is stopping me sending sms messages! Thanks Joe

Someone accessed my ID Mobile account via the website according to customer support and requested a PAC code They then used the PAC code to initiate the switch. My question is how did they get the PAC code when it’s supposed to be text to your number? I phoned my banks fraud team and they’ve informed me that they’ve seen a high volume of fraud attempts like this from ID mobile numbers and it’s most likely someone working at ID mobile making these requests. A quick google search tells you this has been a common issue with ID mobile over the years and that the staff are useless when it comes to helping you. I’ve took all the necessary steps with my bank, but is there any other way someone could get my PAC code? do they send it by email or live chat?

Hi, I cannot find my transaction number on my welcome email or on my digital invoice?

I purchased 2 contracts for my kids with ID mobile. 1 of these numbers receives random calls from mobile numbers I do not know. I started blocking them but they are constantly a different number and when you try calling back to see who it was it won't let you! It's scares me as I don't know who this is or what happens if my kids answer! Can anyone help or have the same issue with ID mobile? I have put scam and spam blocked on but still getting through!

I don't seem to have received an email 3 months Apple TV/music, despite it being on offer when I bought my new phone and contract. There is no link nor banner on the initial emails and I haven't received any follow up emails. How do I get this offer. I purchased my phone 30th September.

Once again, I place £10 on my account, it only registers on line and I can only receive calls. No data is accessible and I cannot use the phone.

I can't find details of how to redeem the 3 months of Apple music and TV in any emails that I have been sent. My purchase seemed to qualify for this.

Hi I'm looking to move to ID mobile in the next couple weeks from EE as the prices are very reasonable. But need to see if they allow call waiting in uk/Europe roaming as ee only allow call waiting in the uk but not while roaming? And also is multi call or conference calling available with ID mobile?

Hello, I took out a 2 year contract mid December 2022. I get the bill mid month and payment is taken at the end of the month. This means I have 2 more payments to make before the 2 year contract is finished. (Confirmed with the payments taken from my bank and ID mobile bills) I currently pay £28.26 a month, and today when I check "Leaving ID mobile" in my account my estimated final bill is £79.38. I have no charges on my account outside of the usual monthly cost Can somebody please explain where this £79 is coming from? I tried asking on live chat but they couldn't explain why or attempt to help.. To confuse things further when I checked on the 9th October my estimated final bill was £62.28. How has it increased?

Hello Was hoping for some help and assistance from someone as i have now spoken to the online id mobile services on 3 seperate occasions to be told something different every time (i have all the chat logs saved down as proof). When i took out my latest contract i was told that i would have an unlimited data loyalty add on (something that i have had on my previous 2 year phone contract and provided me with no issues). At the time of placing the order i was told that if i provide my order number then this could be added. I then found out this hadnt been actioned and had to speak to another adivsor again to get this sorted. Again i was promised that this had been actioned. However today i have received a text message letting me know that the unlimited data add on will run out in novmber. I have been back onto the online adivsor team tonight and they have informed me that they cant action this desipte being told something different prior, What i want to know is how can i get this add on added and resolved for good now, i have had to contact the online team to many times to get nowhere with this, for something that should of been sorted at the outset, It would be also very useful if i could be provided with a phone number i can speak to an actual human on rather than being provided with an automated phone number and not getting through to anybody. I dont understand how something that has worked before in the past has cause issues now this time around and how i have been lied to. not very happy please can someone help thanks jack

I have just had my number transferred from a previous account and now when people try to call me it just says my number is not recognised. How can this be solved?

I had difficulty in paying my bill which has now been passed over to LCS. I don’t have a reference number to pay it. Adding to this I was sent a new sim with a new number but couldn’t activate it because I hadn’t paid the bill and I don’t know the replacement number either so can’t log onto ID mobile site. I do however know my previous number and wondered if there was a way that you could either provide me with a reference number for LCS so I can pay the bill or give me the new sim number so I can log in and pay the outstanding bill. please could you advise

My old sim has now stopped working but not on my mew one. How likely long is this going to take as I do need my number for work. I am also hoping to change my billing date to be nearer to the end of each month or mid month if possible please?
