Hi,just today I’ve started to have problems with WiFi calling. Never had issues before. I can’t make calls unless I turn off the WiFi. I’ve always made WiFi calls. What is happening? RegardsSilvia

I'm in Spain and I can't access my messages, it's asking for a passcode? I don't recall section up a passcode. 

I took out a contract with Id mobile in December 2022, unlimited calls, texts and dataCan someone confirm that I have no data limit when roaming in Spain, Portugal or France, apart from fair usage.  Thanks

Hi I have a new 2 year contract that works fine in England but on roaming in Spain I have not received Rate Advice and cannot receive calls from homeRoaming is turned on on my iPhone SE ver 13.3 and on the app and on the portal I’ve reset network services Rebooted my phone Used all the network providers that are in the id list  c Changed settings for 4G and5G. My husbands phone which also is IPhone SE on Similar id mobile contract  roams fine. I swapped sims with my husbands but neither phone would receive calls …… confusing. I spent a long time on id live chats several times who encouraged me to repeat the above tests   Three months ago we were staying in the same house at the same near end of my ee contract. The ee roaming worked fine  I can go on line, send/receive sms, and all forms of WhatsApp but cannot receive calls from the network and  the Rate Advice sms is missing  which makes me wonder if I am paying  off plan usage or roaming on my contract allowance

I signed up with IDmobile and received a IPhone 16e on Friday.  I’m wanting to exchange this phone as the camera will not be good enough for me.  I’ve looked online and it says I can return it at my local Currys store.  I spoke to someone on live chat and I got mixed answers.   I've already traded my old phone in so if I’ve got to post the 16e back and then order another phone I’m going to be waiting without a phone.  I’m classed as disabled so I do need a phone because if my health and mental health and as I don’t have an another phone I can use. I’ve moved onto an ESIM. any ideas or advice please.  thanks

My contract is up & I've chosen to get a Sim only deal with ID mobile  rather than upgrade to a new phone. Do I have to cancel my existing direct debit for the old contract or will this be automatically updated

There has been no data coverage on ID mobile in Whitehaven town for several weeks now? Call coverage is patchy as well. Service checker has said there is an issue you are working on for a number of weeks but no further details.Can you let us know what is going on and when it will be fixed? If this is long term, I will need to change provider. Thanks

I have just moved across to Mobile I.D and have received all the information that suggests everything should be up and running.The issue is I am unable to make or receive calls on my ported number even though I received message to say it’s all gone through correctly.How long should this normally take?

Hi, I got a new phone Tuesday and I still can't recieve calls. Do you know how long it takes for the sim to sort its self out? Or is there somthing I'm missing?

Really not getting sick to death with the 3 network and it's unreliable coverage. Calls cut out or get told from person I call can't hear me. As stuck in a contract for few more months and before I switch my number by PAC could anyone tell me that call diverts from id mobile are inclusive in your allowance to another UK mobile number?Thinking of testing rival networks to see if any improvements but just diverting my calls  to it. Could you advise if this is possible and inclusive of call package with id mobile? Once established new network and contract up will just leave. Pointless paying for a service that is poor...

This model was launched in December 2024 and is not on the ID Network compatability list.Has anyone bought it and does it work? Thanks.

Ive tried to claim my 3 months apple arcade via the email link and im met with the following, ive tried several browsers and deleting cache. The only link that works is apple tv, the music and arcade gives this error 

I have a sim only and would like another sim with the identical plan for my son. I want an esim for him.  .I was just about to buy online but I do not want a sim with the same number as I want a different number for him but I cannot see where it says the number will be different t at checkout. As far as I can see it says I will keep my number. Hope this makes sense!
