Hi Please can someone advise,I've set up a DD on a few occasions in the last years but it never takes the DD and I have to pay manually, it's also noticed that I'm missing payments on my credit register when I'm not. Today is the same been cut of as i haven't paid and told Todo so immediately, which I always do on that day but then sometimes my phone doesn't work for hours ! To add a little more misery on what should be a straight forward payment i get at least 2 mgs from ID mobile everyday telling my my DD has been reinstated. This is clearly an error as I shouldn't be receiving these as my DD has always been active. Without speaking to a human I've tried everything my end to fix this !

Roam beyond explains add on for Data but what about Minutes and texts etc. includes in add—ons?! For example if I am going to USA and buy Add on for 10days £35 that will give me 20GB a day but I am curious will I be charged for calling, texting and receiving? Or that will be included in price?

I need to change the bank details for my direct debit - I use METTLE - but get an error message when jniutting the details.  The message is just “oops” with no further info.

Hello,I am writing regarding a defaulted iD Mobile account showing on my Experian credit file for the amount of £40. Unfortunately, I no longer have the associated phone number.Could you please help locate the account using my name, date of birth, and address so I can clear the balance immediately?Full Name: { REMOVED }Date of Birth: { REMOVED }Current Address: { REMOVED }Once located and settled, please confirm in writing that the balance is cleared and the account closed, and if possible update the default entry as a gesture of goodwill because I wasn’t aware of the outstanding balance.Thank you for your help.

I’m applying for a mortgage and have had a missed payment on ID Mobile flagged up on my credit score. My mortgage provider says I need a letter on headed paper from ID Mobile to prove that I’ve now paid the debt, I have. How do I get ID to give me this letter?

Hi,I returned my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and three days later I received a final bill email showing an outstanding balance of £-10.85. I paid £529 upfront, and £29.99 was taken by direct debit from my account. However, I haven’t received any refund yet. Could you please check the status of my refund? Thank you,Rajan

I changed my direct debit date ages ago and it said my next bill will be slightly higher and taken on the 5th. You didnt change the date, tried to take it early, then cut me off and say I owe 2 months. Your online chat doesnt work and any attempt to contact you to sort this is useless.I'm having to post a question for billing that should be sorted !!!So what now? Watch this forum for an answer? This is a joke for customer service

I lost my job back in April this year, I haven't been able to get another job due to my age, I was recieving jobseekers and now I just get my government pension, I went on chat to see if I could go onto a lower monthly payment, but was told there was nothing they could do, I'm upset about their attitude I don't want to get behind with my payments I was just asking for a little help, just told me they couldn't do anything, I've been with different mobile companies and they try to help but ID is the worst , once my contract is done I won't be continuing to use them and I won't recommend either

Hello, I accidentally paid twice for this month’s iD Mobile bill, not knowing it would also come out of my direct debit in lieu of using what credit I put in. I've tried for a few days straight to get in contact with an agent for this credit to return to my account but nobody has been available. Any advice? Thanks.

I ordered a phone for my daughter and she did not use the ID mobile sim it came with as she wanted to go with another provider. My most recent direct debit failed, I do not know why as there was money in my account to take it, it failed a second time, now I have had an email from ID mobile stating my direct debit has been cancelled and threatening with debt collection, I just want this money paid, I cannot pay via phone as it wants the ID mobile number, it is impossible to get through via online chat, I am clicking on the right section and nothing is happening. This is making me very worried and anxious, surely there is a way to pay without ID mobile number this is getting ridiculous now.

Hi,I have been using ID mobile for a very long time, when I started as a customer, I never created an ID mobile account as far as I remember.Recently I relocated to the United States, closed my ID mobile account, and canceled my ID mobile direct debit through the barclays app (big mistake). I no longer have my ID mobile SIM card.I realised that I probably still need to pay my final bill.I cannot log into my ID mobile account. I cannot create an ID mobile account as that requires me to recieve an activation code by text. I dont have my SIM card and cannot have it sent to the US, and even if I did my account is closed. I cannot call the number to pay my bill by phone. I cannot reactivate a SIM or use an eSIM as I am abroad (tried that already).  The live chat hasn’t been too helpful. How can I do the following:Do I owe money to ID mobile, if so, how much? How do I pay? Any advice is much appreciated, thank you.

Hi there is a charge of £2.49 for the above and I don’t understand why. Can you help?

Hi All,I placed an order on the evening of 9th October 2025 for a Motorola Edge 60 @ £19.99pcm, about 30 minutes after placing the order I saw an advert on Facebook for the same phone for £300.10 from Currys so decided to purchase from there instead. I wen’t on the chat to cancel the order however because it was late in the evening the chat was not available, i thought no problem I’ll wait until the next morning to speak with them.About 30 minutes later I get a notification from DPD that they have mt parcel, didn’t think much of it because I thought I can cancel it in the morning. I spoke to an agent the next morning who said that they had processed the cancellation that I would receive an email within 24 hours confirming this, as expected - no email received. At this point I asked DPD to push the delivery back a week.On the 12th October I get an email to say my first bill is ready to view (£19.99) and will be taken by direct debit on the 24th October. On 15th October, I once again spea

Paid my bill 2 days ago. Money was taken and bill was not settled. I have had to pay again to settle the bill but there is no way to contact this useless company for a refund. Thankfully my contract is ending soon and I can be rid of you!
